My Buick Verona drove much more smoothly after being serviced for an oil change and tire rotation as well as receiving a state inspection. The car felt like it was brand new when I drove away afterward. My car seemed rejuvenated after not going many places during the pandemic and having a refresher at Suttle.

Ricki gets a 5 for excellent customer relations however the service technician only gets a 4. I had an oil change and he failed to reset the computer. He supposedly did a 29 Point inspection however when I got home all 4 tires read 6-7 Psi below recommended level.
It was good, my kids realized after the fact that my appointment was for a different day but they fit me in anyway
So my experience with suttle hasnt been good at all just recently they sold me a car with a oil leak so Im literally having to completely refill the oil in-between oil changes and they keep telling me they cant find anything because then they would have to fix it with the extended warranty. Then evey time I take my car here somehow one of my bulbs tend to be blown. Today I took my car for a inspection and same results I even have video of these things working right before I drop off so they cant say this snt working this is frustrating to have to deal with and Im ready to see about taking legal action
From the initial message to the dealer to driving home a new at4 took only 4 hours.Follow-up: Wish I could make this six stars! After having the truck for about four days a serious manufacturing defect was discovered. Perry, Tim and the rest of the service team went above and beyond in working with GM, keeping me up to date and quickly repaired my truck.Both GM and the dealership (I think Larry was involved too thanks!) stood behind their product and ensured I was satisfied.Thanks!

I bought my GMC 2 years ago and really didnt like it,I had my heart set on a truck.my dream truck has always been a Chevy Silverado,I took my GMC terrain to have the regular oil change when I was waiting I walked around and looked at the used cars, and to my surprise I found the truck of my dreams..I traded my GMC and was approved for the Silverado..I am so excited I finally got what I wanted..this truck is beautiful,it has a few minor things that needed to be fixed and suttle fixed everything and I am so happy.. finally I have exactly what Ive been wanting for so long..thank you suttle for having the truck Ive been searching for...
The plastic latch for the middle seat sunroof pulled loose, possibly from excessively tight rivets which distorted the plastic bearing surface. It was fixed free of charge and Miss Ricky, the Green Team head, was exceptionally sweet and helpful. And she no longer needs a cane to walk! All is good. In addition, my wife is quite happy with her Buick Enclave Avenir. Shes gotten used to the engine shut-off-restart at stop lights.
Salesman Keith Felton was awesome and very easy to work with. I purchased a 2016 Cadillac ATS and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever been involved with. I look forward to doing business with Suttle going forward.
I recently purchased a pre owned truck from Suttle Motors. Once I took delivery in Richmond, I noticed the truck listed options that were not on the actual vehicle. I didnt know what to do, so I called my salesman, who was off that day, and got transferred to the sales manager, Miles Suttle, who listened to my concern and said he would do everything he could to accommodate me. Wow!I sent him estimates to have the 2 options installed, and he agreed to pay for those items. It was just an error in the listing, but his high integrity took a negative incident and turned it into a positive one.I had been looking online at several vehicles in N.C. and MD, buy my wife was concerned about buying from independent used car lots and that we would receive a vehicle that had problems. She insisted I look locally.I found a vehicle at Suttle, and from the beginning, Sonny Hamby was great. He even took the vehicle to an independent shop for me (since I was in Richmond) for a pre-purchase check, since it was a Landrover.He even delivered the vehicle to my home in Richmond. He was nice and professional throughout the process.I would highly recommend anyone looking at a new or pre owned vehicle to shop Suttle Motors and ask for Sonny! They stand behind what they sell, which means a lot these days. I will definitely look at them first for future purchases.They turned my frown upside-down!
To be honest I was not exactly happy to learn that the person I scheduled my appointment with was not there that day and I was not called to be informed of it. To my surprise though, Rich and his team were great! I had an issue with the touch screen in my GMC Sierra Denali Truck. This issue was a little frustrating because it was intermittent. Each time we thought it was fixed, the problem would return in a few days. My service advisor (George Wood) stuck with it and ultimately resolved this issue. I think George did an excellent job and I appreciate the service he provided.

I requested a oil change, that was done and completed. I experienced not problem with that service. I was also informed that I needed a cooling system flush and treatment. I had no idea but I was glad that it was done especially now that the weather is cooler. I am so thankful for Suttle Motor not only giving me what I want but checking for what I NEED!
I worked directly with Larry and Shane at Suttle Motors. While it was the craziest time in the world to buy a car (during COVID), and GMC did not get my order for my car correct, I had a great experience with Suttle. Its one of the last places around here that have that small town vibe to it. The staff werent like the normal car salesman feel. They were helpful and professional, while friendly and warm.I custom ordered my vehicle in January of 2021. Unfortunately after 5 months, the vehicle that came in was not correct due to changes on the GMC side. Larry and Shane were upfront and told me exactly what happened which I appreciated. For the next month they worked tirelessly with me to find me a vehicle that was what I was trying to build. When the time came and the vehicle came in, they made the car buying process a pretty easy one. Following the purchase of my car, Shane checked in numerous times with me to make sure I was all good with my purchase.I hope I dont have to get a new car for awhile, but if I do, I will definitely go back. I highly recommend them! You wont be disappointed!

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!! Steve Davis and Ray Hogge lack integrity!! I brought my car here after I was rear ended in an accident. I was called to pick up my vehicle when it was finished. Drove from Gloucester to get it and when I started the car it sounded like there was a helicopter flying over. I didnt even take the vehicle and just left it there to be fixed and let them know it sounded like the exhaust was causing the noise. Got a call back later the next day saying they made some adjustments with the exhaust and it was ready. Again it was making a noise; this time I brought it home because it was after hours and I needed the car. I looked at the back end of the car and noticed the heat shield for the exhaust was lose and flapping around....causing the noise. (Not sure how the mechanic didnt notice it the first 2 times) Scheduled to have it brought it again and showed Ray what was wrong. (want to point out getting ahold of Ray at this point wasnt easy.) Was supposed to get a rental but they didnt have one ready (even though they new what time I was coming ahead if time). Had to take the car and bring it back 3 hours later. Again had to leave it over night. Got the car back the next day and I didnt notice the sound. Drove home but the car still didnt sound right. This time I crawled on my back as far under the car as I could go and noticed that there was a tweak in the exhaust pipe and it was leaking from where 2 pieces of the exhaust come together. I took pictures for proof. Had the insurance set me up with a different repair shop since my faith and trust in Ray was gone by this point. The new shop put the car on the rack and noticed that the exhaust was bent in multiple places. Had to replace the entire thing. Suttle charged for replacing the exhaust but clearly didnt. Suttle also never once offered to compensate me for my multiple trips to and from Gloucester or for my time that I wasted. I called after to talk to the manager Steve Davis to inform him of the bad experience. He said he would look into it and call me back.....that was 3 weeks ago. Pictures of the bad exhaust Suttle tried to pass off as good below.
I just moved back to Virginia from another state and needed a front license plate bracket, Virginia inspection, and an oil change. Everything was done very quickly and I was also able to take advantage of your shuttle service to and from the dealership.

This was my third visit to Suttle Motors’ Service Department. The last two times have been with Rhonda. Over the years have encountered many advisors. Rhonda ranks with the ones that were considered the best. She listens, well informed - a take charge type of person who knows what she is doing. A great people person.The service that was performed as would have been expected.The lease on my 2017 Encore is up in June. The 2021 Encore GX will be leased. After owning cars from Germany and Japan, my first American vehicle - 2014 Buick .Encore. (Previous Encores purchased in the metro-Atlanta area) I spent a lot of time with Jerry Cheek. He was great in answering questions and introducing me to all the GX’s pluses. The other Encores, I was unable to get the color or all the features. Jerry is aware exactly what I want! However, he explains that may not be possible and I understand why. Feel he will do is best to find the GX.As you can see, I am very pleased with experiences at Suttle Motor.

Brought my vehicle in to the body shop for repairs. Came back after they said it was fixed and found the bumper still cracked and out of alignment. Afterwards and calling them out on not cleaning the vehicle after bodywork they made it back up. On my third time to pick up everything was great and looked good. Just like anything hold people to a high standard.

Quick and precise work. Kept me informed as to the status of the work needed and to what parts on my vehicle would be fixed and or replaced. Gave me an estimated completion date and met that date a day early. Job was done with great craftsmanship. Only issues I had/have is there are some small scratches on both sides where Im assuming was done by removing/replacing the grill, but not bad enough for me to complain about. The air dam at the bottom is not fastened completely on right side, but I can handle that myself.Over all, Im very pleased with the work done on my vehicle. I would like to send a special Thank You to Jeremiah of the body shop, which I understand is the technician that completed my work. I will definitely recommend Suttle to anyone I hear ask about body repair. Thanks again to you all!!!
