We have had the opportunity to stay here a few times and it feels like a second home, but a little more luxurious! All the amenities of home with the convenience of being at a great location near the beach. The hosts have provided everything one could possibly need and have been communicative and responsive to any questions we have had. We really enjoy sitting out on the patio and people watching and walking past just a few houses to see the sunset on the beach each night. LOVE that there is also garage parking because if you’ve ever stayed in Newport without it-you definitely have to bring some walking shoes during busy days!

Fantastic beach house with everything youd want accessible to a family during a beach vacation! The place is conveniently located a few blocks from the sand! Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils. The cleanliness is A+! TVs in the rooms so kids can pick what they wish to watch separately from parents. Its a great beach house with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend it! The owners are down to earth and very prompt in their response. Enjoy it!!!

Susans beach house was amazing! The location was perfect. The house was spacious, had everything we could possibly need and it was the perfect house for us to relax and unwind. We loved the fact that we had our own garage space so we didnt have to worry about finding parking. We were walking distance to the beach and stores nearby so we never had to use our car. We loved riding the bikes and our toddler loved having so many sandtoys to choose from. I cannot say enough about the patio. It really was the perfect spot for us to spend time as a family, we bbqd, did smores and enjoyed people watching. We definitely plan on coming back. Susan was so easy to work with and was quick to answer any questions we had. We cant wait to plan our next trip!
