Horrible.I rented out a uhaul and set up pick up for after hours.They lock the trailer and email you the code to unlock the uhaul so u can access the key.Well, unfortunately they gave me the wrong code for the lock which forced me to cancel and delay my move and i had to pay the movers. So I had to go back on Sunday and even the employee couldn’t unlock the truck for me. And it took about 30 min for them to access the correct code to unlock the trailer.I complained, and the front desk girl that was working that morning said she would credit me back $50 and it would be added to my card. It is now SEPTEMBER 16 and still no refund !!!!!Someone needs to call me ASAP!

Horrible Service! I called the day before 2x to make sure someone would be there at 7 am. It’s 8:45 am and no one is here. I will now be stuck in traffic and late due to someone else not showing up and telling me something that wasn’t true. Get it together Uhaul!

Horrible location. Reservation at 2PM. Showed up at 1:45. No one is here. Note on the door said be back at 2:40. WTH...

Please know that if you make a reservation, but get delayed picking up, your reserved vehicle will be given away. Even if you needed the vehicle for 24 hours. If you are delayed, too bad! This is very distressing situation that clients need to know. Fortunately, we were able to get a small van. We were about 90 minutes late. Had to wait in line regardless. Plan for thus.

Awful experience! Did a pick up after hours. Two different people called us to ask if we were coming in before they closed after we already booked it as an after hours reservation. We knew 2 hours ahead we would be late, so we called the office and they said they would change the reservation for us - just show up and enter information in the app and get a code to the lock box for the key.LIES! First of all - it took MULTIPLE tries for the app to recognize the verification code they sent (not the first time). Then, it says we have NO reservation. Even tried to confirm through the website. Called and had to wait 20 minutes to speak to their after hours center.Come to find out THEY NEVER DISPATCHED THE TRUCK! so he wants us to log in AGAIN to “pick up” but we don’t have that option because, again, they never dispatched the truck!Meanwhile, the employee is leaving the office and runs through the gate to their car after they see us standing by the lockbox trying to figure things out. Can’t offer help or anything. I get their off the clock but what happened to being a decent human being?The rep on the phone had to REDO the reservation.Completely aggravated that we’ve now wasted over 40 minutes on a 2 hour reservation.Part of this is uhaul, and part the runaway employee. I get you’re off the clock but you can’t even check on someone? Then say you have to be somewhere otherwise you’d help if you could? Anything? Nope.*UPDATE*Dispatcher had to re-complete our already completed but not showing express check in contract. An hour later and we got the van. Now for the BEST part!Just got off the phone after being transferred to customer service, then sales (who wouldn’t listen to what happened and cut me off twice to try to transfer me to someone else), then customer service again who practically laughed at us and told us we didn’t complete the express check-in - WRONG! We did complete it and the first after hours dispatcher asked us to, and we told him we couldn’t because it said it was already completed.Now we have to wait for 72 hours to even see if a manager will reimburse us at all for this ridiculous rental.Go to enterprise and rent a regular truck or a van for a day!!! Cheaper and unlimited miles! And much better customer service. Uhaul is by far the WORST!

These people are like family, they dont abandon you in your crisis, and work it out with you!! There are an awesome group of men who hang out at the entrace to volunteer for a price to move your furniture if you need them too!

Terrible experience. Tried to return the rental, and was not told that I had to use my smart phone to take pictures of the truck (inside and outside, where it was parked, the odometer, etc.). At the end of the entire return, which took 45 minutes, I got charged for 2 days when I had it for 4.5 hours. Then spent another 1+ hour on the phone with them the next day trying to get my money back for the extra day of charge... incredible haha!
