If you want to rent an RV look no further. El Monte has amazing customer service. The very friendly staff showed how to use RV and made sure we were comfortable. Ive used the other RV rental place and the experience is night and day. El Monte took care of us and were more than fair with all the services and charges. No charge for using the generator which you wont get at the other place, and the other charges that often come with RVs were much more reasonable. Special shout out to the manager Robert Ruiz.

We had an amazing experience. The equipment was solid and worked well. I cannot say enough good things about Robert Ruiz and Kelli at the office. Honest, friendly, customer service oriented people. We also used the support line during our trip and that service was also excellent.

Robert Ruiz, the manager, and Emmanuel, Customer Service Agent, at El Monte RV Rental in Newport Beach, were SUPERLATIVE in their customer service and assistance to me. Because of problems with my brothers heart surgery, some of the requirements for the RV changed and they bent over backward to accommodate and help me. They were always professional and friendly. Good job!! I would definitely go back to them for future RV rentals.

Oh man, what can I say? Our experience was amazing and made my sons wish of RVing a success! Staff was very thoughtful and made the experience as pleasant as it was. Reservation, pickup and return were a breeze and the RV was clean and comfortable as promised. We will be life time customersas long as this is how they continue to run their business!

We rented 5 RVs all were set up in time. staff extremely nice. one of the trailer AC gave out and they brought in another RV within a few hours. staff from setting up the reservation until we left were always responsive, curious and accessible thanks for making our visit so pleasant

Weve rented an RV two years in a row from El Monte for our annual anniversary celebration and plan to do it more regularly in the future! We experienced professional, kind and courteous service - with an explanation of all the RV workings for new renters such as ourselves, as well as flexibility from the team in picking up and dropping off our RV rental in Newport Beach. Additionally, we enjoyed a very helpful representative answer questions that we had while we were on our trip! We still talk about how much we enjoyed our time away and well be back soon!

No doubt a 5-Star for Robert who is very friendly, courteous and professional. He took his time in explaining very thorough and went extra miles to come by my camp site to help out - Kudos to Robert. As for the coach, it was super clean and worked out perfect for my family.

The coach was clean and comfortable for my husband and me. Robert was wonderful and placed the RV on the lot, saving us the cost of insurance. I whole heartedly recommend El Monte RV rentals and will use them in the future.

Robert and his staff always going above and beyond, outstanding! Been renting from them for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. They cant do enough for you to make the whole experience wonderful from start to finish. Couple examples; one time I needed to use the RV tow hitch to carry a bike trailer and it had a locking pin through it preventing its use. No problem that the key was at the corporate site miles away. One of their staff beat that pin off with a hammer in the blazing sun! I turn up early to pick up my RV another time only to find it had been returned to corporate for a minor repair, Robert switched me out for another identical unit that wasnt going out till late in the day and my family and I were on our way! Flat tire 250 miles from home, no problem - they sent someone local to fix it within an hour and we were on our way again. Trust me, there is no place better to rent an RV from. Great vehicles, super pricing and customer service second to none.

I enjoyed the rental experience until I returned the RV. I was told that I had scuffed one side and had lost the kitchen vent cover. So I had to pay for buffing and the cover. I know I did not contact anything that would have caused scuffs, or cause the vent cover to fall off. My mistake was not taking pictures before I left the lot.

Easy rental from the first call to the drop off. Everyone was professional and personable at the same time. I will use them again if I need an RV rental.

My recent rental of a 25 Class C Motorhome through El Monte was my first experience ever driving a motorhome, much less renting one. Cassandra at the Newport Beach location was great at going over the vehicle with me and making me comfortable with the vehicle. Of course, I had to call the 800 number a few times with questions, and they were fantastic with their support over the phone to a new RVer. I will definitely rent again, and will use El Monte RV for each trip!

A very good experience. I was a last minute (24hrs) renter (my fault). The two service people were very good and very professional in giving me (a first time RV renter) enough instruction to feel I would be fine on my first adventure in RVing. The RV itself was better (newer) than I expected (a 22 ft 2017 model). As suggested, leaving an hr to get thru paperwork and instructions and loading was an accurate estimate. 15 to 30 min. is probably not going to work. The costs per day were as posted on the internet. The cleaning fee reasonable. Only complaint was there were no free miles given per day. Every mile incurred the per mile fee. Other RV renters generally provide for a 100 mile/per day free allowance. I realize that the mileage policy is part of the calculation of req. revenues for the Co. but I think that some allowance (50 per day) would have been nice and would have generated a 5th star in my personal rating. The $50 one yr discount on my next RV rental was unexpected and appreciated. I look forward to RVing again and the one yr allowance is probably dead on. So Grand Canyon here I come around May, 2018.

Great experience with El Monte RV. Last year used Cruise America an had a horrible experience. El Monte RV had way better customer service and the fleet of RVs. I will use El Monte RV for all my future trips.
