This guy is just simply the best. No matter what hour of the day, or day of the week, he answers his phone or texts to help. Sometimes State Farm can be a little more expensive than other insurance companies, such as Geico, but the difference is, you can call Jason any time of day and he will gladly and patiently walk you through whatever it is you need, versus a 1-800 number you call in and get a robot and ends up being so frustrating. This makes a world of difference - since the times you usually need him are when youre in distress and just need someone to pick up and logically walk you through what to do while youre freaking out!
