I loved the service I had a rep named jimmy and he was amazing he was able to help me in every way. I was stressed out finding a new insurance but he helped me. He even found a cheaper one that allows me to have tow services which I previously didn’t have with my other car insurance even though I paid more. Back in February I was shopping around for cheaper insurance and came across Insurance Online, Jimmy was the one that helped me. He was very nice and super helpful! Signing up was the easy part, however on 8/18 I tried contacting him to cancel as I want to go back to GEICO as they are easier &faster to communicate with and I can access my policy easily on their app. When I tried contacting him, I didn’t realize the time, but I left a voicemail with my name, phone number and reason for calling. On 8/19 I heard nothing. And now as of 3pm on 8/20 I again heard nothing. I tried calling again on 8/20 and once again reached the voicemail. I wanted to cancel my policy before they take my next payment! So I called Insurance online directly and I’m not sure who answered, but she helped me super quick! Had she not helped me it would have been 1 star. If it was so simple to cancel, why couldn’t he help me? He told me when I signed up to always call him if I needed anything or help. Disappointed he did not help when I needed. If you need cheap insurance go for it. But if you like easy and fast communication probably not it.

I personally went with them because they gave the better options . I chose to go with liability with uninsured motorist. No one else even gave me that option the only other options I was given was full coverage or liability. Also like that the policy automatically came with roadside assistance and not that cheesy roadside assistance where they reimburse you the roadside assistance where they actually come out and help you right then when you need it. Everything was done through a text message and I worked during the day so it made it really easy. When I asked for now to store price they didnt try to waste my time like some salesman do just trying to get the sale. The answer all my questions completely professionally I just want to give a shout out to Wendy who was my representative I was off the phone unless 10 minutes or just the DocuSign paperwork being the majority of the phone call. Let me go ahead and save her number and send me all the documents I need to in email as well as hard copies to my house. She could have made it more convenient or easy to buy insurance and she wasnt the cheapest but she was definitely the best. thank you so much Wendy

Insurance scam preying on vulnerable people. We bought a policy with an upfront charge of about $160. When asked about the charge the customer service agent started saying that it would go towards the policy. After signing the contract, the fine print revealed that about $120 was a non-refundable broker fee. And they sold a third rate policy. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was charged $76 for the new account process. After looking over the policy that was sent to me within 20min. I asked for a refund as I did not want a new insurance policy. They said they could not process a refund. Now I will have to go to my bank and dispute this charge because they refuse to give a refund.I will also be following up with the BBB.

I am required to get SR22 Insurance. Insonline. got me a great rate for a year policy, that expires soon. Only needed to contact them in the last two months. I was having an issue with banking info online. It was not there problem but they helped with getting my payments in securely, giving me please of mind. Now I need to re-up my insurance going through Insonline for my next policy. Due to the fact that they helped me with all my Questions and never left me on hold for extended lengths of time.
