One of the best places to get a massage. I recently moved to Irvine and was looking for a place to get massage as I workout regularly and play soccer. I booked a 90min massage. Cindy was very knowledgeable and skillful with all her techniques. My body feels relaxed and the knots removed from my muscles. They are clean and service is excellent.

They must have something wrong with their scheduling system. I arrived and was informed I was a day early for my appointment, only after leaving work was I made aware of their scheduling issue. I wish I could have given them a try but it seems as though they do not care to earn my business. 1/10 for communication.

This was my first visit here but I will be back! I went with a work group of 9 co-workers after some meetings/work. They accommodated all 9 of us at the same time! (a Wednesday early afternoon) That made it super convenient to be able to go all at the same time.Anyways, Im actually from out of town/State so I had never heard or knew about this place and as I said it was a work reward so that is how I ended up going. I thought it was great overall!I actually went to Thailand about 7 years ago and it was an awesome trip. We got massages there every night. Typically there is allot of stretching in traditional Thai massage. I need that but sometimes its also nice to get a more traditional massage (swedish) instead of so much stretching that can be somewhat painful (but still helpful). My massage (therapist technique) was a PERFECT combination and I highly recommend!My therapist was a tiny Thai lady but her hands were tremendously strong! In my opinion strong hands, medium to heavy pressure, combined with long smooth flowing strokes is the ideal massage and my therapist provided the right amount of each! Perfect strength, pressure, & flow! Probably one of the best salon/spa massages Ive had.The inside physical plant is extremely nice. I saw the front lobby and of course my massage room. They were VERY well decorated (floor to ceiling wood walls with mouldings) and traditional authentic Thai furnishings).I have debated putting my therapist name in here and Chaba can likely figure it out who it was based on my name (she was very professional w excellent technique). Sorry for being selfish but she is already pretty busy/hard to schedule;) Im sure all the therapists are great though! Schedule here now & enjoy!

It’s not like a relaxing rubdown where you fall asleep - rather, it’s a deep tissue workout that really helps you feel better. Cupping, hot stones, stretching and specialty oils help your muscles relax and the knots to disappear. I highly recommend Chaba for people who want to look after their bodies the right way.Their COVID precautions make me feel safe. Everyone wears a mask, rooms are deep cleaned after each client, they have air purifiers and the waiting room is spaced out (not that I ever have to wait).

Its been a few years since Ive gotten a Professional massage done.. I go to my chiropractor monthly but thats for a lower back issue I have. After looking around for a Professional massage place I found so many hole in the wall places that didnt seem to offer what I needed. I tried 2 other places but, not that its their fault, did not deliver what I was looking for. I go to the gym regularly and have some pretty deep knots, so I was looking for a place that had strong enough staff to provide a deep sports masaage lol thank you baby Jesus (thats my name no pun intended lol) for allowing me to find this GEM of a place! The staff over the phone are super friendly and informative. When I arrived I was greeted by the girls up front who were very friendly and Im sure were smiling underneath these darn masks :( lol the whole experience from phone call, arrival, laying in room and massage was exceptional. I didnt get my masseuses name but she was a really nice lady and asked me if I had any areas of concern. I was literally smiling under my mask from a the knots and stress she took out of my body! You can tell everyone is trained in their field. I was almost left speechless and in a transe leaving the place. I have NEVER had such an amazing massage before, this is really THERAPEUTIC, not just hand rubbing. 1000% recommended and will be back for sure! Thank you ALL so much! (Doing back flips)

So you used 15 seconds and refilled my water; the masseuse that worked very hard, dug deep and relieved all the knots in my muscles for 60-90 minutes straight and made my weekend better deserves a real tip!! My favorite place to get deep tissue massage! If you can withstand the pain then this is the place to go. You can do couples massage or individual massages. love their sweet tea in the waiting room. I would highly recommend this place. Keep in mind that their staff will vary meaning if you get one bad egg/experience there are other massage therapists you can try another time.

I made an appointment for a one hour deep tissue with my girlfriend this past Saturday. We went in and I got Sandy. Sandy asked me where my pain point was and I said my neck.Sandy did not give me a deep tissue massage and didn’t touch my neck! When I spoke to Ashley about it at the front desk she said she would try to get me a refund as I don’t live in Orange County. I overheard Sandy telling Ashley that her elbow hurt. We left and I got a call from Ashley. Ashlytold me that they couldn’t give me a refund and that all they could do was give me a $30 hot stone massage- my massage cost $65!I called Chaba back the next morning and spoke to Bobby the manager. Bobby was dismissive and could care less about making this right!

Very rude and don’t want to do deep work unless you give over 50 percent cash tip! They have the nerve to complain if you tell them where you are hurting most. And expect cash tip all the time!! And I guess 25 percent credit card tip is not good enough for them. When this place first opened, the old owner was asking several clients to write good reviews. So don’t buy into all of it. Plus, she had an ATM machine in the facility incase you did not carry cash with you. She even got robbed because the ATM machine was right behind her glass door, and obvious to loser criminals.You can probably get this info from public records I am sure. Contact local police department. Anyway, there are so many amazing spas and therapists in Orange County. This is the second worse. I know the best therapists in OC and they do a great job and never complain. Of course this owner will write some BS in his reply! The owner is very aggressive and all about money. He immediateIy responses to negative feedback to put himself on a pedestal and degrade his old clients. He has a nasty reputation and temper in the spa community. I have been getting regular massages for over 20 years for chronic pain!! No therapist was ever HURT and neither was I from massage therapy. Massage therapy has been the best remedy for my chronic pain and all my doctors highly support it. Nice excuse owner! Stop trying to defend yourself. Would you like me to have over 20 therapists write to you and discuss their great experiences working on me for over 20 years? I would love to do that, and I have concrete evidence!! Believe me, I have concrete evidence. As a matter of fact, there are couple other places that have issues, but 95 percent of all my therapists and spas I go to are very appreciative, extremely thankful, compassionate and caring towards my chronic pain and others in the same situation. I was on a long business trip when I pulled a muscle in my back. I needed relief and found it here at Chaba Thai. The atmosphere was clean, professional and relaxing. The masseuse was the most skilled I have ever encountered, and I have had many massages all over the world. Superb!!!

I definitely did not enjoy my massage, i spent $95 on 90min. The first therapist her name is O was just ruping my body without any technique, then i asked for another one, june came wasnt great, dont try Ow or june they are really bad. And when i asked the front desk she didnt even care.

Their website is definitely amazing, very attractive. I was sold on how cultural and tranquil it looked. When i arrived, i was helped immediately. The furniture and artwork and all other things Thai really looked awesome. They had water and tea in the wait room.The masseuse came out to get me and walked me to my room. There were no doors, just a curtain. The rooms are small. I got a sports massage. Masseuse was okay, i expected more pressure, she did ask me if its okay to apply more pressure 30 minutes in. Also, maybe im ocd but sometimes i felt that the way one side was massaged was different then the other. Overall, it was still a good experience. With the price though.. i would probably go to BW since it includes all the other amenities which thos place did not have. (Resting room, pool, steam room, showers etc.)

For the first time in my life, I realized that THIS is what a REAL massage is supposed to feel like!!! Other massages at Burke Williams or the like, I was 1) bored after 10 minutes, because it was so ineffectual, 2) left feeling more tense than when I arrived, 3) mad that it was so expensive for little to no good effect. Nadia was my therapist, and the 60 minutes passed before I knew it. It was the deepest and most effectual self-care body work I have ever had done, and I am telling everyone about it!!
