We got a new Yukon XL from the Herring Rd location. It was clean, comfortable and problem free. Interaction and communication with the team was easy and pleasant during pickup and return. I like the location because its closer to home. The facility is fresh and well thought out. The Herring Rd team does more than they have to to make sure that you get exceptional service

Enterprise car rental. This location used to be Enterprise Truck Rental and it is located off major roads. Plenty of parking. Location is equipped with car cleaning, car washing facilities in addition to a small waiting area. Usually busy and nearly impossible to have someone answer your phone call or even return your call. Be ready to spend a lot of time if you are planning on renting from this location. Appointment times have not worked either as multiple people are scheduled for the same time slot. I have always seen well used cars. Even had to get oil change for two of their cars as it was time for oil change in the middle of my rental. They did not have a replacement nor were they willing to swap cars and everyone I spoke to were pretty blunt about it. Even seen employees on their phone when customers were waiting in long lines.

The team at enterprise newnan was very helpful and attentive to each question that I had. Several times the staff anticipated my questions. Thank you all for a good overall experience with my rental van. One item to note, was the van did have a slight odor of smoke. If you have allergies to cigarette smoke, I would double check with the team to ensure you receive a smoke free vehicle. Thanks again to the newnan team, very nicely done.

I had to pick a rental up here because the dealership had to keep my truck. Its currently 91 degrees outside. After they charge your credit card they tell you that you have to wait outside in a metal garage Its probably 97 too 100 degrees in this metal garage. Mean while they are all sitting in a very COLD air-conditioned office.I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get my rental ready. Not sure what exactly I was waiting on. If they are making people wait in this horribly hot box for social distancing..... Then maybe they shouldnt have the 6 plastic hot chairs all lined up touching one another!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! After waiting in this metal hot box I had to pull over because I got sick and puked. The dress I had on wuas drenched in sweat when I was finally able to leave.

They tried to negotiate with me even though the insurance company was supposed to cover the entire cost of the rental. I had to take my business to Hertz. Bad business practices going on here.

3rd time I get assigned to pick up a vehicle here thru my insurance company. Since my very first visit experience of waiting for over 45mins for the car to be ready, Ive decided to call first and every single time nothing within my insurance daily cost of $50/day is available. If I want a car here I have to come out or pocket for $10 or more per day. Not sure if this is real or intentional at this point.

Freshad was wonderful! When he picked us up from the auto body shop around the corner, the first thing we saw was his bright smile. He was super friendly and engaging.Mackenzie went above and beyond her role at Enterprise to ensure that the vehicle we picked up was clean and ready for us to take home.There was a third employee that I worked with over the phone (Mikaria?) who was extremely pleasant as well.The vehicle we got was a 2020 with all the bells-and-whistles. It was an all-around great experience.I will definitely recommend them & will work with them again in the future.

They don’t deserve one star. If you want irresponsible children to handle your rental car this would be a great place! I went in at 2:00 to pick up my rental but was told it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait so I said I will be back at 4:00 but do not expect to be delayed further. Seeing how unorganized they were I waited until 4:30 to return. Upon my arrival I was told my car would be coming in through the “show room”. As I watched as others that just walked in get their cars, I questioned yet again as to where my car was. I was informed they still didn’t have it ready and either I wanted it or not. I called Enterprise only to receive more run around. At this point I was informed that they had decided not to rent a car to me - they locked me out of the office but in the parking lot. As I was calling the police we were finally allowed out after I opened the gate myself. My insurance company Geico made other arrangements with Hertz who is delivering my car to me. Geico is also lodging a complaint. I saw other customers Lea e without a car due to the same above. Save yourself the headache and find a company that is organized and have managers older than 21.

They are sending out dirty cars. I rented a car that had blood stains on arm rest and very smelly. I called manager and was told to come back for a upgrade only to get the same brand car that was just as dirty. I pointed out the issue only to be giving a excuse that its a used car and its the customers fault. They do not meet the standard that they promise for the cleaning of vehicles rented during covid.

Rented a car a week ago had for week everything good went back this weekend and could not rent because my bill thats in my name only comes three months at a time I over payed bill so that I pay 2 times a year they would not accept that so I could not rent I think that if you have rented before you should not have to go through that will be looking for another rental company

Don’t rent from this place. We have been waiting since 3:45 pm to get picked up from a car body shop and it’s already 4:50 pm. The people who work there don’t care about customer service or customer retention. I would re-Train the manager there about service industry and leadership. If he can’t improve, time to get someone who can do the job!!

Enterprise has always been our go to for Car Rentals...but I was really Super Satisfied with my latest rental....from the Herring Rd. Location in Newnan.....Not only were the practicing safety due to Covid....they were extremely nice, the car super clean and just the ease of getting in and out was Amazing. They really know what theyre doing at that location...I wish I could name the 3 people who helped me but that information is at home....There was a young lady being trained and she did awesome...and a young gentleman that was knowledgeable and we had a great conversation and another young lady who seemed to be the manager or supervisor. This branch of Enterprise was excellent. The people were very friendly, accommodating, and thorough. They answered all my questions, and got me in a vehicle that was two years newer than what I was driving but the same make and model. Arrived to pick up the car and there was one agent on duty and she was only allowing one Custer in the building at a time even though the sign said the occupancy was 15 per CDC. She was extremely slow which resulted in me standing outside in the hot sun for 30 minutes until she allowed me inside to be assisted.

So far...I’m not impressed. We were hit last Wednesday by a drunk driver. Car totaled! Insurance set us up for a rental from Newnan Enterprise. I have called all day and no one answers the phone! They called me and left a VM and I immediately called back...no answer! On hold now as I type for 11:22 and counting.....In five more minutes I’ll cancel reservation at Newnan Enterprise and go elsewhere!

I went to their old location, not realizing they had moved. This made me pull in their parking lot right at 1pm. I needed to extend my rental, but they turned me away and said go to Union City. I’ll be happy to go elsewhere if this is the kind of customer service they provide. Customer service is Business 101 to a successful business and keeping patrons returning. Needless to say, I won’t be back ever.

Pricing was great however pick up was not so good. The young lady was very overpowering trying to pressure me into getting the insurance added daily after I had already explained that I didnt want to add more to the rental. Only one person in the office that can handle front counter service which caused for long wait times for pick up and drop off. Not a wide selection of vehicles to choose from so I had to just accept what was given to me. There was not even a vehicle available for me to upgrade if I wanted too. I wasnt notified that the location was changed from the location my reservation was placed on. I normally rent here all the time for my trips and never had service to this caliber.

HIGHWAY ROBBERS. I came to extend my rental and they charged me for 3 gallons of missing gas even though I extended and drove out of there with the exact same car! They charged me $4.00 a gallon! They should only charge for unused gas if it is your final dropoff, and if not, they could at least be decent human beings and let you know to fill it up before you do an extension. And now all I hear is weve already closed out the ticket, nothing we can do.

We showed up and they said you need a appointment to rent a car and they had none available. Seems like 2 crucial facts that should have been shared w my wife during the phone call. Great customer service, and great location! I was a bit wary of renting again because of COVID-19, but the car was SPOTLESS. The manager and staff were super friendly and made it extremely easy for me to extend my reservation (multiple times). My only critique is that it can be difficult to speak with a representative at the location depending on what time you call. I had the most success calling right before the lunch hour though. Overall, it’s worth the drive to this location even if you don’t live in Newnan. I will definitely rent from this location again!

I reserved a standard size car, but I got a compact size. Seeing that was not much to choose from I settle with the compact size. The vehicle had no smoking sticker inside but the car smelled like a cigar. I use Enterprise a lot but was very disappointed this time. This is not the first time, it depends on the manager at the time of the rental. It;s like a revolving door at those places. Always new faces.

I had set up a rental and was told they would meet me at the body shop on the arranged day at 10 am. I was at the body shop at 9:45 and waiting once I called the body shop to say I was there to drop off my vehicle the guy came out got my paperwork. He ask was I supposed to have a rental and I told him yes. He asked had I called them to say I was there I said no they said they would be here at 10. He told ne he was going to call and I started trying to call. For 30 minutes I got busy signals. Had a friend pick me up and take me to the rental facility. When I arrived at 10:36 I was asked was I picking up I explained the situation the girl said she was sorry and went to get her manager. Then she came back said the manager was doing the paperwork. Then she ended up coming out later and doing the paperwork herself. Then she came back said the vehicle that was supposed to be dropped of at 10 am was not ready this is at 11:00. Explains it needs new tires and will I take the tiny Chevy Spark they have. I told her I did not care what car it was 11:15 before I got the car and got to go back to work. Needless to say I was mad. Poor customer service the manager never came out. Then I went to return said car and they had moved across town just did not tell anyone they would be moving I got there my lyft had to be called and directed to a new address. Very unprofessional.

I have rented from the Newnan location several times in the past. This last experience has lost me as a customer completely. A manager rented a truck to me that had damage to it when i picked it up. Normally during the walk-around, the employees point out the obvious damage and assures you that the damages seen will be notated and not count against you.This particular manager didn’t point out anything! I had to point out and make sure she notated that the front bumper was severely damaged and cracked and that there were scratches throughout the truck as well as damage to the interior. Upon returning the vehicle, my credit card was charged still for damages previously encountered. It is still under investigation now. I will not be returning to this location!!**update** After several weeks of investigation, the charges were refunded to my credit card. It was determined that the damage was done to the vehicle prior to my renting it! Although i was refunded, the entire process was very distasteful and i still stand firm on not renting here again, if i can help it!! The manager at fault was cold and unapologetic. Not the type of customer service i deserve as a honest, paying customer!!

The absolute worst and most unprofessional rental place I have ever dealt with. I have rented dozens of vehicle from Enterprises over the years and this was the worst situation. After telling my pregnant wife the documentation they need, the pick her up and then refuse to rent her a car. They make her wait, stranded at their office for 2 hours. I show up and it is nothing but attitudes and rudeness. I call corporate and they are just as rude and don’t care what their employees did. What happened to such a good business? I’m seeking legal counsel. This is beyond horrible service. Stay away if you can!

Ive been trying to get this resolved with an in-person visit and several attempted phone calls but that hasnt worked so Ill try this... On Thursday 11/5 I reserved a pickup truck for today (Monday the 9th) to be picked up early afternoon. After waiting in line for nearly an hour I was told there were no trucks. I need a truck. I was asked if I was open to driving to Union City or Peachtree City to pick one up and I said yes. After another 20 minute wait the employee came back and told me they didnt have one either but she would find one and call me in a bit to tell me what I needed to do or where I needed to go to pick it up. I just realized its 4:40 and they show a 5:00 closing time. I called, I explained what was going on and the guy on the phone says yeah, we dont have any trucks available. Thats the last thing I heard before the phone hung up on me. I called right back and have been on hold again for 13 minutes, no answer. Its now 4:58 so I guess this repeat customer is out of luck and will call around to see if someone can bring me home from work and pick me back up in the morning. Thanks Enterprise. - Update, its now 5:15, Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes.

First time car renter. Reserved a car for the Peachtree City location, but got called the day before to pick up at the Newnan location. Slightly inconvenient, but didnt mind. Next day, I go to pick up the car at 9am, they tell me that I will need pay stubs or two recent bills if paying with debit card. They never mentioned this via phone the day before! I asked if my CELL phone bill would do or anything else I could do, I was told NO and they walked away. I even offered to pay in full or put a deposit. I got home and called costumer service. They told me CELL PHONE BILL was OK and just bring two pay stubs next time. If you arent white dont expect a decent costumer service at this location. We saw other people treated better with no reservation and get cars A.S.A.P.

Bad experience overall. They will never pick up the phone. When they do answer they place it right on hold. The vehicle they gave me had issues and stalled out in the middle of the road and when asked could they come replace the vehicle I was told no . Also, I’ve been promised vehicles twice and yet they don’t have any available. When asked what they will do about it they suddenly find a vehicle. They are not friendly, very unprofessional, and do not care about their customers. I was made to do an inspection on the car and move a vehicle in the pouring down rain and when I walked back in drenched the manager “ big fresh” (great name for a manager!) seemed to be laughing under his breath at that fact. Also, very racially favored. You have lost a loyal customer and I will never use this location ever again! Take a look at your reviews from the past two weeks.. maybe that will tell you something. Everything Enterprise stands for this location is NOT.

Rental car was filthy and covered in stains. While driving home one night the transmission in my rental went out. When we told them what happened they just said to bring it back... Didn’t offer help with towing or anything.Next time I’ll just Uber around.

So I was rear ended before taking a week long trip on the road. Decided I’d use Enterprise since they ‘pick you up.’The lady I spoke to on the phone Friday told me to call them in the morning after making my reservation online and they’d get me a pick up time.Called Saturday morning at 9:00AM when they open and no one picked up.Okay.Called back at 9:15, they answered. Asked for a pickup at 10am at my house and I’m informed they don’t have pick up available today.Then the lady asks me to hold, which made me hopeful.I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes now... the entire time a 45 second ad is on loop about their excellent customer service, how they treat their customers how they deserve to be treated, and how they’ll pick you up whenever you need them to because they’re always on standby.There’s always the possibility that something horrible has happened to the lady who picked up and she’s unable to get back to the phone, and I hope that’s not the case, but I can’t imagine another situation where I’ve been on hold this long other than her just wanting to avoid talking to me.Update: decided to bite the bullet and get an Uber to the rental location. Here I am 40 minutes after posting my initial review. They’re busy, sure, still no excuse for a 25 minute hold without at least picking up and reassuring me they hadn’t forgot about me.

This is the most ridiculous excuse for a business I have ever seen. They not only charged my credit after I specifically told them twice not to because I would be using another form of payment but they also charged me for almost $100 more than what it was supposed to be. I called and tried to get it straightened out and not once, not twice but three separate times I was left on hold for over 30 minutes each before the call was disconnected. I emailed customer service and have yet to actually have someone call me back and the only reply from them have been five separate customer service specialists emails stating they are sorry and will be passing my complaint to the next whatever department and someone will contact me soon. Five different customer service employees, specifically Matt, Hannah, Ashley, Melissa and Case, to which I have emails from each one saying the same lame excuse. I had to delay a payment to my credit card, file a dispute, and still havent heard anything. This has been going on for over 3 weeks now. Oh and the only reason they responded at all I believe is because I posted an honest review on YELP. On the upside the truck I rented was actually very nice. That is literally the only positive, which I guess can have the ONE star award. STILL WAITING ENTERPRISE.

Excellent service, very accommodating. I had a vehicle in the shop and needed a car for a week and needed transportation from the shop to the Enterprise center. It took about 45 minutes, but they only had a single driver. I wanted to try to get a Rogue, since my wife would like to purchase one and get a better feel for handling and gas mileage, etc. They did not have one ready that the gentleman checking me in knew of, but another gentleman spoke up and said that he thought they had just finished cleaning one. Indeed they had, and I got to try the Rogue for the week. When my car was ready, I took the Rogue back, checked it in and got a ride back to the shop where my car was waiting. In every step, they were professional, caring and attentive. I even got to overhear a price dispute which, in my opinion was not the fault of the staff, but was handled with care and professionalism. Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

Notified the night before pick up at 6:56 pm I needed to pick up rental in Newnan Insteade if the Peachtree City location. I inquired if I could pick up in Fayetteville because it’s closer and told I would have to call myself to see if they had a luxury SUV available. How exactly did she expect me to call when due to COVID hours they were already closed and my rental pick up time was 8:30 am... upon returning the vehicle I was asked to go vacuum the pet hair to avoide a detail cleaning fee but there was pet hair in the vehicle when I originally picked up. Once I returned the vacuumed and washed vehicle I waited over an hour for them to check it in. It took five minutes to return it once the agent looked the vehicle over. So, why don’t they expedite check in’s when it’s less time consuming?

I had called several different business prior to me renting my vehicle. This office answered with professionalism and a willingness to serve. I arrived early and they were quick to take care of my paperwork and get me on the road. I have had the pleasure of working with the general manager on my list lease and made sure I was happy with a smile, handshake and see you again. Yes there are other companies that offer a cheaper rate, but nothing compares to the service at this location. Great Job, you will keep me coming back!

While enterprise may have the best prices on occasion, it is definitely not worth the wait at this location. I put in for a pick up time of 9AM on Tuesday and showed up 10 minutes early to do paperwork and what not.. well that wasn’t even worth it. With only two employees working and 4 people in front of me I knew I wasn’t getting out of there anytime soon. After waiting 30 minutes and still having two people in front of me I couldn’t wait any longer. I went down the road to Hertz and not only got an even cheaper price but I was on the road in less than 10 minutes. While the employees at enterprise were polite there was no sense of urgency in getting their clients taken care of. I highly suggest showing up an hour early if you decide to rent from them.

Regular poor customer service. I rent a vehicle several times a year, and during this COVID shut down, I have had to unfortunately utilize the service of the Newnan location, where I typically use a different location.Earlier in April 2020 I scheduled in advance to receive a vehicle. Upon arrival, though the parking was full of available vehicles (and the sales person said few people were renting that was why that had so many), I was only allowed to choose between two vehicles...both of which had cracked windshields that had started to spider. She said, and the supervisor, claimed that they would only rent me economy since I paid for economy and out of the 40+ vehicles that they had sitting around. There were only two I was allowed to choose from. After arguing they said they would upgrade me free this one time but wont do it again. I explained I just wanted a vehicle with no cracked windshield.I rented the car with half a tank of gas, I returned it back with a fuel tank. (my other location that use always called me to thank me and gave me a few bucks as a credit). This location could care less about customer satisfaction.On April 18th I rented a vehicle and drove it one way from another state. I returned it on April 19th. Due to the extremely long haul and exhaustion, I returned the vehicle with 1/4 tank less than what I had rented it at. They not only charged me for returning on the wrong day, April 20th but charged me OVER $40 for a 1/4 tank of gas !!!!!Newnan, GA Enterprise - Guaranteed WORSE customer service !

My experience was not bad. The only negatives I experienced were phone based. The location would call my phone but not leave any messages and once when I spoke to them they stated they would call right back and never did. This may not sound like a big deal, but my company doesnt allow us to talk on the phone while driving or answer the phone while driving.

I had ants in the rental car I had. And I ask the lady did the lady just return the rental complaining about ants and she said she knew nothin about it but Im pretty sure thats what they are made to say

These guys are great. Theyre easy to work with and they bend over backwards to make you happy.Ive rented here 3 times and Im really impressed with their personal customer service.They even told me to look for a better deal and they wouldnt just match it theyd beat it!Breath of fresh air!

The staff they have is great, but to little. Saturday is crazy, be ready to wait. But when they get to you they dont rush you. It is also hard to get them on the phone. The phones constantly ring and they ignore them. I tried to extend my contract a couple of days, had to call and call and call. Finally I called first thing in the morning and they answered.So if you want good service and a good car at a good price come in and sit down and wait for it. The same thing when you return a vehicle. More staff if necessary.
