Went out for the first time, what an amazing experience!!!! Would definitely recommend this place, and would go all the time if we lived near Boston!

Went out twice this summer with Capt Matt! My family cant wait for our next fishing adventure.

Wow! Captain Matt and his Mate Anthony were great. I cannot say enough good things about Schools Out. Me and my brothers brought my dad for a late Fathers Day present. Captain Matt brought us out to catch baitfish first, then we headed back to the mouth of the river. Captain Matt kept moving into the mouth and trolling back out over and over, which was awesome because we kept hitting tons of Stripers. It was non-stop action. I have been on some other boats and Captain Matt went above and beyond to do as much as he could to get us near the fish. Mate Anthony was on it. He worked his tail off making sure we we had everything we needed. Cant wait to go again!

This was our third time out Striper Fishing with Capt Matt and First Mate Jack. Had a great time and caught great fish, even a couple of keepers!

So much fun. Great crew. Caught so many fish and even saw a whale!!!

We just went out today and it was absolutely perfect. Matt was an excellent captain and Wayne from Maine as first mate was on top on his game - keeping the chum and bait plentiful. We will be out again next year for sure! Maybe even twice!! Thanks guys for an amazing day. ~ Kerry and Harley

Fabulous day with Captain Matt and 1st mate Anthony. I was the lone adult and am not real experienced with fishing. Had 5 teen/tween boys with me...read online that Matt was a middle school teacher and I felt this was going to be a great fit. Experience was better than I had hoped for, he was great with kids and was able to give us a personalized experience. The boat was very spacious, clean, and well kept. We did not feel as if we were sitting on top of each other- sometimes a problem with smaller boats. Can’t wait to go again!

Captain Matt is committed to providing the best experience possible. Ibe been out twice and had a great time on both trips. I cannot say enough good things about him, his helper Wayne, or the super-comfortable boat.

Ive had a few opportunities to be aboard SchoolsOut, I couldnt say enough good things about Captain and his crew. I have enjoyed actually catching fish and seeing the sights in and around Newburyport. Ive also been lucky enough to enjoy a sunset ride to see fireworks! Always a great time, even if it rains. Matt is a great host and a trustworthy Captain. I cant wait for the season to start!
