For 4 years I have been rebuilding my 99 E430. The rumors are true, once you drive one, you dont want to drive anything else. So I invested in rebuilding this car, it is a wonderful luxury. A few months ago there was a problem, it was either the engine or the transmission. My regular mechanic was too far away for me to get my car to him. I had heard the rumors about Hans at Xavers from other Mercedes owners, I had no choice.I barely made it to his shop. I was so upset with my car, that I threw the keys to Hans and basically said I think it is going to be cheaper to buy a new car. Being a girl and walking into an auto repair shop is like laying your head on a butcher table and waiting for the meat cleaver to finish the job.An hour later Hans made the diagnosis on my car, it was not the engine or the transmission, it was little fixable things and some updates to improve the performance of the car.This is when you learn the difference between mechanics and The Mechanic. Hans is The Mechanic, you bought your Mercedes for the performance of the engine, if you want to go from point A to point B and you want to enjoy the ride, Xavers is the place.

Came in to fix my belt. Came back out with more problems than before. My car now doesn’t go into drive unless I park it and put it in drive again...... called them about they claimed they didn’t cause it. Didn’t have the problem until it came out this shop. Not worth it

I love this place I came In this morning praying he could fix my car because I had a broken water pump that he told me months ago need fixing not only did he fix my car he charged me a lil less than what he quoted months ago within 3 hrs I was back on the road with my car running great thank you guys

Top notch they fix my Mercedes from work. If they dont know what the problem is they figure it out. If its a difficult fix the stand behind repairs. Just in case an oops happens and the problem returns they fix it again until its truly fixed. Fair and honest.

Hans is a good mechanic. Not sure about the help( His sons) My moms window switch on both sides are broken, the cover to the engine compartment tabs are broken so it wont snap back. The has happen since his kids started working with him. Im so glad Mercedes has a extedded warranty now and the new car will never be at Hans or Xaversagain
