Got to my oil change early and the service provider was able to take my car at that very moment! They were very informative and professional. I didn’t feel like I was treated differently because I am not from the area and I also didn’t feel like they were trying to up-sale me on other services for the visit which entices me to return. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they had a sign that said you had to wear a mask because of the pandemic (which I didnt) my fault, over all is good

This is the best place to go to if you need tire repair and suspension done, they fixed my tire last month which was about to blow. One of the big auto shops tried to charge me $2,000 to install struts assembly and other small parts, I bought the parts and had them installed for $300 for a total of $500 spent. While I support businesses, I dont support scammers. Thats why I go to Rauls and I just moved here from the city. Now thats how you stay in business. Great customer service by Yancy, now thats whats up. 👍

I actually visited this place months ago as a recommendation from my uncle, to fix my flat tire. Another place told me the tire couldnt be fixed, and I needed to purchase one for $170 since they didnt have another one in stock. I went to Rauls and with $20 they fixed the tire, and checked all tires. Not only they provided good service but it was also fast. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend them

I called and made an appointment for 8:00am Saturday morning. I arrived at 7:45am a worker said we don’t open until 8:00am and the mechanics don’t come in till 8:30 in the morning. Blew my mind but ok I’ll wait when the mechanic came in he said “you can go to auto zone to buy your brakes” I said this is a joke right. The mechanic said no no joke. My next question was then why hell did I make an appointment for, I called yesterday to make sure you had everything needed to do the job Needles to say they didn’t service my vehicle

Front desk girl janzey is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. my husband car a nissan needed brake service and the mechanic shows you what the problem is and explain things well. Very happy with my repairs and they got me in at the last minute.

When I need to get a sway bar put in he puts a long screw in and breaks my axle and denies it I wouldnt go to him even or a flat tire

I was referred here by my mother in law. I came to get all four tires and they did the work for a great a price! Yancey is VERY professional and explained that the tires are mounted and balance included with tire price. I was in and out within 45 min tops! The people here are definitely hard workers. Ive never come here and they are standing around. The prices are also affordable for the work they do. I didnt give five stars because I will say the wait time can get very long depending on what youre getting done. I find that they stop working on your car if they get a quick tire job which can take up to 20mins. And they dont update you on how much time is left unless u keep asking.

These guys take care of you. Mechanic is fast and receptionist yensey gives a friendly service. I leave in Montgomery but is Worth the drive there, they have fair prices $500 bucks for pads, rotors and cylinder jimmys auto was charging $800 for the same work. Definitely RAULS will be my mechanic

Greatest place ever

The guys who works there do work like maniacs. Fast and never over priced me. I been there a few times for patches or small jobs and always good and fast. Patches to my tiers never comes off!

They had no Inspection stickers the day of my appointment. They do good work though. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Raul was very polite and respectful, did my inspection in good timing and accommodated my work schedule to get me in for inspection. I highly recommend!

I told them there was noise under the car and they told me it was the whole suspension and it would $1600 and they did it and noise is still coming from the car and now squeaks inside the car

I traveled to New York recently to visit family. While I was there, my car broke down. I was really nervous because I have out of state tags and Ive always heard that mechanics will steal your money if you are not from around. The staff at Rauls is amazing! Angel and Jennifer were great at providing me customer service and explaining to me the problems I have and the best way to fix them. I loved how they spoke English and Spanish fluently. I read a review that said none of them spoke English. Dont know where he went. My car was fixed with urgency and care. I looked up prices around the city, and they charged me a competitive rate that the other shops couldnt beat. I would do business with them again if Im up there and have issues. Oh and while I waited for my car, there was no need to get a taxi. Their location is great because there are food places directly across the street ! Thanks Raul!

Bought a couple of used tires....Wouldnt hold air or pass inspection..Called and told them...basically said they wont do anything

First time we used them. Was in a bind because was getting a noise which I thought was the exhaust and wanted to use our Sienna as a backup transport car in our daughter’s wedding the next week - did not want everyone to hear us comimg! Well turned out to be the fan belt puller assembly and bearings which could of been a big mess if it broke down in regular use. Was able to drop off for repair got back as promised. Thank you

This is the best auto repair shop i could find in Newburgh, even thou i live in poughkeepsie. Dont be fooled by negative review. These guys are amazing. great customer service yancys and raul the mechanic is good. If you want to save thousands (not hundreds), bring your car here. Its just a few guys working they charge me $50 brake job vs in other shops they charge $110 just for pads. They arent fooling around, they are working hard.

Sold me two used tires that caused my tire light to go on. I took it back to them to take a look at the reason. Mechanic was very rude and was very hesitant to even look at it. When he did look it just put air in it and told me to drive away. I still had the same problem. Had to purchase new tires.

Believe the bad reviews everybody. Zero stars. Manager or owner -dont know - is incredibly (incredibly!!!!!) rude and a liar. They do not stand behind their work. Accused ME of ruining a tire (i just bought it) so I could bring it back for a new one. (Uh, why would I want to waste time in a tire store? Like its fun?) This place shoud be shut down.

I took my truck into the shop to have it repaired,(heater core) When I got it back the air bags didnt work. So I took it back and told them, once again I left my truck. This time when I got it back, not only did the air bag not work! It made a dinging sound, the vent was broke, and the cup holder was busted. Once again I left it, they fixed the cup holder and the vent. The air bag once again didnt work and now the radio and windows dont work. So once again I took it back, this time the guy tells me he has to charge me again, to look at it. Of course I told him he was crazy, since his shop is the one that did all this stuff. He replied to bad... I took my truck home, after investigating the matter I found that they removed the fuse in order to make the dinging stop, my radio and windows now work however it still dings and the air bags dont work!!! This place is a joke, save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I took my car for an oil change and besides my service they advised me that i needed two rear tires, pretty good condition and fair price.

They do work fast and are decently priced but if you pay attention they have a sign up that says they arent responsible for anything that happens after you leave... I got a new tire there and they put the lugnuts on wrong and my tire came shooting off on the highway.. almost went off a cliff... They wouldnt do a single thing to fix it and I ended up paying over 300 for a tow and another 100 to get new bolts and lugnuts

Brought my car in to get two tires put on. The tech used a impact gun to thread on my lug nuts (the wrong way to do it) and stripped out two lug nuts and lug studs. When I tried to get the shop to pay for it they stated it wasn’t there fault and told me I had to pay for it, after arguing they agreed to do the job for free but not pay for the parts that they ruind. When I got my car back the tires were way overfilled and the special socket I let them use was gone. The hourly rate is cheep but it’s absolutely not worth the risk taking your car here.

They said they did a tire balanced and they never did and wouldnt give a me a credit or anything stay away from this place

Came here to pick up 2 used tires to replace bald front tires on my beater car. $70 for 2 tires. When I got to my mechanic, he said they were down to the warning indicator and were borderline on passing state inspection. I brought the tires back to Rauls and after they inspected them, they accepted the return hassle-free. I guess its buyer beware with used tires, but I give them credit for standing behind their sale and accepting the return.

If you are looking to have your car poorly fixed and to be treated in a very disrespectful and dismissive way, then this is the place for you. Against my better judgement I decided to give this place a try instead of going to my mechanic of over eight years (Northeast Mufflers in Millerton, NY). Had to take my car back to Rauls because the original problem hadnt been addressed and additional problems had been created (SURPRISE! I had to pay more money). In my case: I live and I learn, and Ill NEVER take my car back to Rauls. NOTE: They only accept cash (good luck with that...)P.S. I giving this ONE star because Google doesnt allow ZERO or NEGATIVE star reviews.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning for a used tire. Service was fast and friendly, even let me use a tool to do a little work myself. Two weeks later the tire popped and left me stranded on I-84. Never had an issue buying used tires from the Jamaicans up the street or the spanish guys on Broadway and west st. Will never buy tires there again, I recommend that you do not either.

Unprofessional, no customer service, and on top of that not only did they manage Not to fix my cars problem, they made it worse. And made me pay for them to go back and do something they should have done in the first place.
