Terrible brand new car 200 miles and they didnt get to the windshield Thursday when I picked it up. Left glue way up on the dash under the windshield where I cant get to it. Broken razor piece in my drive door handle, cleaner all over my dash and windows that dried on. Visible glue on one window emblem slight imperfection on the rear window right in my view from the mirror by the brake light. Snotty looking glue dripping onto my ac knob. My left blinker would not stop running properly the whole day after I picked it up. And, they threw away my temp tag so Ive been driving without it till. Now as I just realized it. Tried contacting 3 ways immediately after picking up but they closed early and finally respond to messenger. Says theyll take care of it tuesday when they are open. No call Tuesday. I called today no apology just excuses and uncaring attitude. No offer to get my windshield done soon no offer of a detail or discount for the mess they left me. Just I can do the windshield sometime go ahead and schedule it. Just blaming the other employees after he left for the dentist. Definitely wish I had gone elsewhere. Had bubbles in the rear window not sure if they disappeared. Gave them several opportunities to make it right frankly I wouldn’t let them touch my car again if they paid me at this point. Would post pics if I could find out how to paste them.

Offeys has been such a big help fixing the terrible tint job I had done at supreme. Great people to talk to and high quality work. Wish I would have came here to begin with!

Had my new car less than two weeks before taking it in for tinting. I booked online and was rescheduled three different times within that period. That’s just the beginning! My leather seat was punctured, my plastic scratched AND the corners of the smaller back windows (which I paid extra for) were cut very jagged. I am devastated to say the least!! I was referred through someone that knew Jason many yrs ago but I would never recommend these services. After asking around more, I heard horror stories. Also said my remote start was too old (2017) and he could not troubleshoot. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money with this place!!

Took my sweet beautiful Betsys ford edge in for a remote starter. The install was quick and the remote starter works great! Highly recommend Offeys customs. A Christian owned business as well. Praise the Lord!

The absolute worst place to go. They did my 2015 camaro and the tint peeled 3 times now within a week of being done. I asked for a refund or someone else better to do it and neither were provided. He said he’s been doing it for 25 years now, apparently 25 years has not been long enough. Terrible service and terrible job.

Ordered a radio/CD player/GPS unit from this business and I have to assume it was never received as there was zero follow-up

Husband paid for a system to be put in his car, and spent a good amount of money. The vent to his ac was broken upon returning, and two of his speakers didn’t work. He asked them to do right and fix what was defective and what he paid for, was given attitude and the run-around like it was my husband’s problem. The man he spoke to didn’t want to spend the money to order a new one and just gave my husband $80 to be done with the situation, the two speakers alone cost $140 +labor. This shop doesn’t do good work or stand by their word and it reflects poor integrity, and bad business practices. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

I was referred to Offeys by a friend to have them install a tow bar baseplate on my Honda Element, they did a fantastic job in a timely manner for a substantial bit less than the other installers in town. Jason and Misty are a great team for meticulous workmanship and attentive customer service, I will certainly be using them in the future!

The car radio was given to me as a gift. The person who purchased the radio for me stated that the staff at Offeys talked him into purchasing the radio I received, even though he wasnt convinced it was very good. He was right. The radio was not hands free, the screen was not readable unless it was dark outside, the sound quality was extremely poor during phone calls, and the staff person who installed the new radio in my car did not tie it into the steering wheel controls, as my friend requested, because this was how the radio that came with my car worked.When purchasing the radio, my friend was told it came with a 30 day guarantee/return option so I called Offeys about returning the radio and the woman who answered the phone stated that we could come in any time and receive a refund. But when we got there, the owner gave us the run around. He said he could not refund the labor or wiring. My friend and I were OK with that because we both just wanted my old radio installed back in my car since the new one, that Offeys sold my friend for $140.00, truly did not work. It was not worth the money but my friend was willing to accept a $55 refund if they would exchange the radios. At that point, the owner stated he would call me to schedule a time to complete the process but I never heard from him. Based on the unprofessional behavior of the owner and the lack of customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The worst! They dont even deserve 1 star based on my experience. I had been so bummed when Columbus Car Audio left and was so happy to see someone else finally move in. I explained exactly what I needed over the phone - they didnt carry what I wanted so I asked to have an Alpine Apple car play unit installed in my Honda Element converted for wheelchair use (automatic ramp etc.) They assured me it would not be a problem so I made an appointment. When I got there they were very friendly and I was very excited as I reminded them to make sure they didnt disconnect anything to do with the automatic ramp. No problem, no need to go near any of that. I waited over 3 hours but didnt mind the wait. When they were finally done the ramp was not working so they had to reconnect that. First it would go down but not up then up but not down. Half way to Heath I realized there was no heat. I went back and they had to come out to reconnect it. I asked them to please get it out of demo mode for me and he poked around a bit with no luck and told me I just had to read the directions. I told him it seemed pretty clear that something was wrong based on what he did that wasnt working and he assured me - quite arrogantly - that everything was done correctly I just needed to read the instructions and refused to help me anymore. After calling Alpine it became crystal clear the installation had NOT been completed which was why the settings button wasnt operating. There needed to be some connection between the emergency brake and the unit to operate the settings. While trying to work that out my emergency brake locked and could not be released. When I called to explain what happened the next day, while my car was in the shop to get the emergency brake released after waiting for AAA for 3 hours, I could not believe how rude they were - both the tech and who ever answered the phone. Then they hung up on me! When I called back they would not even pick up. Unreal! Bad enough they screwed up. Worse that they were so unbelievably rude about it - not the slightest accountability or apology. I ended up taking it to Columbus Audio anyway and it cost me $100. to correct their mistake. I wouldnt trust them with anything.

Install a remote start for around $300 they do a great tent.

Great customer service they all were super friendly and were still there 30 minuets after close so I could get my car same day for the tint I had done, it looks amazing. They did a perfect job and I will only go to them from now on.

They smoked in my brand new car. Unacceptably low level of professionalism. Disappointment for the quality of service they deliver in tinting windows.

We had them tint our Range Rover should have done it sooner makes it so much more comfortable to drive.

I brought my car in to get my USB port replaced after buying the part from the dealership. After picking my car up the problem was not fixed. I called and told them the issue and they told me that they did what I asked and there wasn’t anything else they could do. Did not even offer to take another look at it for me. The tech who spoke to me on the phone was extremely rude and was the most unhelpful person I could have talked to.This made me feel they are more focused on just getting paid and not actually fixing the problem since this was a very easy problem to check to see if it was fixed.To be clear, I am very aware that they did not diagnose the problem so I am not blaming them for that. I am just very frustrated that I had to show up to pick my car up and it was very clear they did not put any effort to make sure the problem was solved.

Had DVD installed few yrs ago, they drilled more holes than planned and placed the sensor to far away. Went back other day for decal work, the guys were clueless on how to do this very simple job. Especially from learning it was for a memorial idea for our son. We wont be back.

I have an S10 and just got all 4 speakers installed, 2 amps and a subwoofer! They told me to tune it, as they rushed out of the place! When I got home, I could only get music to play out of the back speakers and one front speaker. It was all buzzing and not clear at all! It had no power, they also broke my console door and the bolts all fell out! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They charged me $350 for SHITTY ASS WORK!!
