This place SUCKS!! They are incompetent, and only seem about making a dollar. The owner is hardly ever there (gone hours at a time) and unless you speak Spanish, youre left to deal with staff that arent bilingual. I took my car to have multiple things done, Navigation installed, back up cam, also grill and led lights. For the job I was quoted a price, and later up sold to other parts etc that I didnt particularly need (was told they needed it to complete job). They broke a piano finish piller off my car which I had to buy again, my radio dash wasnt put on correctly or they broke that as well (theyre very rough with a car, push and pulling without certainty of proper detachment). My Navigation wasnt flushed with my dash, it was lop sided, AND there was no sound coming from the navigation. To top it all off, the didnt complete the work (installing LEDs and side mirror signals) because the guy was too afraid to break something and didnt want to be responsible for it. It was a TOTAL MESS!!! I called Kenwood (radio/navigation company) and they explained how it was supposed to be hooked up for navigation voice prompts. I called this place back and they didnt understand what Kenwood was talking about. I had enough of the stupidity and shoddy work so I ended up taking it to a way more professional shop...had to pay more to correct this companies errors, AND NOW everything is right!!FYI: I had to program the remote that THE OWNER bought and said I needed, to keep my steering wheel controls. They didnt even know how to do it...it was sad!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, unless youre Spanish and want to take a chance, or you dont care about your ride.ALSO, while I was there, I witnessed the tint guy on the scene doing several cars. Within hours of me being there AND the next day I had to bring my car back, a couple brought it back because of bubbles. Go somewhere else.

They are very informal people, I sold them a merchandise and asked for it to be money order, and then they rejected it without calling, and it is impossible to communicate with them because when they know your phone they do not answer you. IF YOU SELL SOMETHING TO THEM, DEMAND THAT I PAY YOU WITH CREDIT CARD
