You have to be kidding me...... upon entering the driveway i approach the owner. Good morning i would like to rent uhaul...Which one was his response...yikes. Keep in mind, he owns a junk yard and is no trucks in sight. Usually, a tour of inventory is done at point of sale.... After returning the truck, i asked for a receipt. He stated how he doesnt give them and i can take a picture with my phone. I simply replied, I see why you have a 2.7 review. I havent read any review before renting because i wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. Shame on me smh.... please dont waste your time or money
First of all, the owner of the place not only have a bad attitude but proved to be a dishonest guy.The place and the vehicles are dirty.I dont recommend that place at all and my advice is stay away from that place.
