I had the best experience with the company. They set everything up very fast. All the equipment was very clean. And most import all my guests had the best time. We opted for the snow cone machine and it was so easy to work. Even when they came to pick up everything the cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend using them for your next event.

We had an amazing experience. Booking was easy and staff was super pleasant. We had to change our setup and date 3 times and it was not a problem - I felt so bad but they honored the changes hassle free. The setup and clean up staff was super professional and very nice. We really like that they put extra mats under the wet bounce house so dirt and grass would not pool at the bottom. It was easy and seamless. I highly recommend!

Great rental company! The bounce house was awesome and the kids had the best time in it. Flexible with rescheduling if necessary. We didn’t have to reschedule, but the weather looked iffy a few days prior and they said there would be no problem if I had to reschedule. Definitely will rent from them again soon!

We rented an inflatable water slide for my daughter and her friends last minute. Infla Bounce House was so easy to work with and very reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area. The driver called to let me know his arrival time and he was very professional. I don’t typically write reviews but after my experience I felt compelled to post. The staff at Infla Bounce House were terrific from start to finish. Our neighbor rented the 18 foot slide for their son’s birthday party and the delivery person gave me a card that day. We rented the 13 foot palm tree slide and my kids and their friends had a blast the entire day! Most importantly, The gentleman that set up and broke down the slide could not have been kinder. It was as if he knew he was delivering a guaranteed day of joy to my son—a smile on his face the entire time, even in the extreme heat. I would absolutely recommend this place for your next party and we are without a doubt use them again!!

We have used Infla Boune House several times and our experience was always positive until this past weekend. We paid extra to have the bouncy house delivered before 9am. The day before our party, they confirmed an 8am delivery and the bouncy house was delivered after 9am. When I asked if I still had to pay the early delivery fee I was transferred to the boss who instead of in the least apologizing, insisted that his driver left at 8am and the only option I had was to not pay the early delivery fee and have the bounce house picked-up at 12pm. This seems like basic business protocol to me. If you pay extra for an extra service and you dont receive that service, you dont pay for it. Needless to say given this bullying behavior, I will never use Infla Bounce House again.

We had such an amazing experience for the bounce castle we rented for my daughters 4th birthday! The guys who dropped the castle off (and picked it up) exactly when they said they would. They double and triple checked that we were happy with the placement of the castle and even moved it after securing the stakes in the ground happily! Would recommend them to anyone!

THIS COMPANY DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING, but gives me NO CHOICE. I HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE with this company. FIRST time me renting from here. I paid EXTRA money for 830pm for my daughters birthday party last night. And the delivery guy came at 8:02PM. I had told him that I reserved it until 830, they started to go back and forth with me. Owner said yea its past 8pm, only 2 mins passed (8:02pm) he said I paid for after 8. So you mean to tell me I paid an extra $30 for only 2 mins past 8pm? Are you kidding me?!! So at the end the OWNER said he will be giving me back $275 for the inconvenience. So the delivery guy packed everything up, he left the tarp in my backyard so I was waiting for him, but it was too long for him to just pack the tarp. So I went to check for the truck in front of my house to have a word with him, he was NO LONGER THERE. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. HE LEFT WITHOUT GIVING ME BACK ANY MONEY OR SAYING A WORD. Im sure the owner told him to just go along with what he had said and then to leave. If this place was professional, reliable, and responsible this would have never happened. UNBELIEVAB I wouldnt recommend this place AT ALL!

I rented the water slide for my baby girl birthday party 6/12/21. The company excelled on communication and I live it. Called when they were on there way and called when they were outside. And also thensamenfor pick up. I would definitely use this company again the slide wasnt ripped or damaged. Just a minor issue the slide wasnt cleaned I had to wipe some parts with cleaning wipes but other than that perfect.

Ordered a very beautiful and festive pink bouncy house for my daughters 5th birthday! The kids LOVED it! We also rented a popcorn machine which was easy to set up! I originally requested rental services for 6 hours, however needed additional hours last minute! They were so accomodating and allotted me an extra 3 hrs!!!!! I recommend Infla Bounce House 100%!!!!

I used 99infla for my son’s party and booking was easy even when I decided to update for a slide with water. Friendly staff and we have it for up to 6 hours which was plenty of time for the kids to have fun.

They sent me a cotton candy machine that did not work and he wouldn’t refund me my money. Make sure everything is working before the guy leaves who set up because they won’t refund your money. I complained to the owner he said he would refund me my money if I proved I called to complain I produced the proof and then he told me he wasn’t refunding my money if I want to rent again they would put the money towards my next rental he did not honor the contract but tell me I signed a no refund contract so I’m out of luck I will never rent from them again not genuine people

Very happy with the service. Bounce house arrived on time and the guy set it up quickly and efficiently.

I called them late Saturday in a panic, the original company never got back to me as promised. Other companies wouldn’t pick up during the weekend, Infa was the only company to answer on Saturday and Sunday. Vinny (dispatch) scheduled me in on Monday and they showed up 1/2 hour early to install the Prince House (had the best price), the tech was super polite and Vinny was on it, making sure everything was good for us. Thank you for saving the day Vinny and team.

Overall the experience with Infla Bounce was great. I ordered a palm tree water slide for my daughters 4th birthday party in our backyard this past Saturday, 6/26. The process to order the slide and confirm was all as expected. They arrived very close to the scheduled arrival time, had everything I asked for and set up was smooth. I scheduled to have the slide picked up for 6pm. What I wasnt informed of what that the generator I ordered with the slide only had enough gas in it to last until the pick up time -- and so about 10 mins to 6pm it began to deflate with kids still inside it! This slide is large and has a sizeable pool of water at the end of the slide where you land. This is a huge safety problem because if any child was stuck inside, the deflating slide could have caused a child to get hurt. I would have happily told the kids to come out had I known this would happen. Also, my husband had to actively ask for any rules or other dos and donts from the installation person -- so Im surprised this wasnt covered during that time. This review would have been 5 stars had this incident not occurred. The price is great - but unfortunately it should 100% have been communicated that if you are using a generator, the propane is only enough for the time you have it and the item will deflate. There are so many safety concerns that could have easily been avoided with communication - and that is unacceptable.

I rented a bounce house with slide from another company on the day of my event they called to tell me they couldn’t make. So they refunded my deposit and after 7 phone calls to get another company to provide a bounce house with slide the same day they were able to come, deliver and setup before my guest started arriving.Thanks to them the party was saved

The delivery driver was prompt and called me 15 minutes before arriving for both pick up and drop off. He was very polite. Dealing with Vinny at the office to schedule was very simple. My questions were answered by a very nice lady when I called who’s name I do not recall. This gave me confidence in the booking process. The company called the day before to verify the time window and delivery address. We had a fantastic experience with Tulio. Tulio took his time setting up our bouncy house rental. He made sure it was throughly clean and disinfected before he unloaded the tables and chairs we rented. He was professional, friendly, and made sure we were satisfied before he left. I originally reserved the bounce house with dual slide a month in advance, but when I finally took my yards measurements, i saw it wouldnt fit well. Nearly panicking, I called Infla Blounce and they were able to switch it for the 13x13 castle about 10 days before my sons birthday. With the extra $10, it arrived by 8:30 am and the bounce house was ready to go for an all day event. The man who arrived was friendly, quick, efficient, and was the same man who returned @ 8:30 p.m. to pick it up. My son had a blast with his friends bouncing all day. Infla Bounce was a wonderful find, very helpful, well-stocked, and well-priced. Thumbs up

Amazing the guy that dropped off the house was professional and genuinely a nice person. Dropped off before time and picked up a little after it was time to pick up. Called 10 minutes before arrival and same with time for pick up. The guy that dropped it off did all the work, he brought his own extension cords, disinfected the bouncy and everything inside. Completely happy with the service, will recommend in the future.

I never write reviews but I had to for Infla Bounce house. I was having a house warming party for St. Patricks day weekend. We rented an obstacle course and 20 chairs. Not only were they super accommodating but I must of drove Vinny and Henry insane with my last minute extensions with the obstacle course rental then later on in the evening for the chairs to be kept overnight. Without hesitation they checked in with me and their schedule and allowed me an extra hour with the obstacle course and then also allowed me the overnight chairs. I would definitely be calling them again for my next backyard party! Also, Henry set up the obstacle course in 30 mins or less and was always keeping me updated on arrival and/or departure. GREAT SERVICE:)
