Fantastic experience end to end. The reservation process was extremely efficient. A call the night prior assured me of the delivery time. Used this company 3 times. They just came through in a pinch for us and worked us into their schedule. Audra went out of her way to rent us a water slide. She contacted the warehouse manager and got us a slide that wasn’t quite packed away after Labor Day. Absolutely fantastic service! We recently rented the Roaring River water slide from Big Wave and the experience was excellent. Our kids and their friends LOVED the slide. The equipment was in great shape (it all looked brand new and very well maintained) and the set up crew was very good. They arrived on time (actually early) for set up and communication was great throughout the process. I would highly recommend Big Wave!

This company took my inquiry and called me within 10 minutes on a last minute request. They came early and set everything up great and even came later then expected so we had some extra time with the dunk tank . It was really clean and worked great. I had an Easter party for neighborhood kiddos and last minute (a week prior) decided to get a bouncy house for them. I called Big Wave and Audra helped me schedule the bouncy house. BUT then she gives me a call to confirm the location and the rental, I told her the possible areas and concerns I had so she offered to do a drive by to CHECK the area for me before the event to ensure the bouncy house I chose would fit and be safe. She suggested I get a smaller one and the one I got fit perfectly and the kids had an EPIC time. THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING WOW 🤩

We rented the monster water slide from Big Wave Party Rentals for our grandsons birthday party and I have to tell you the slide was a hit! Guests of all ages including Nana had a blast! The staff at Big Wave were wonderful and very helpful. Audra went over all the available slides and helped us make a good choice for our group. She also worked with us on a date change as the birthday boys were delayed on their original party day. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a slide or outdoor bouncy for your event. Oh and they are very reasonably priced.

WOW, JUST WOW!From the very first contact with the owner, Audra to the very last minute to pick up their equipment the experience was FABULOUS!I ordered quite a few things for my nieces entertainment and it was WONDERFUL. The bouncy house & velcro wall were in pristine condition and sanitized at my home during set up! The delivery was on time and went so smoothly. We also rented the giant connect 4 game, and the spin art. EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!! This is a family run business and a well oiled machine. Audra spent so much time helping me decide on the perfect age appropriate equipment, she was kind and patient. Not only they extremely knowledgable before my actual rental date, but they were also incredibly professional during the setup of the rented equipment. They also leave written instructions incase you dont remember what they detail during setup.I had experienced some lightning during said rental time, so I unfortunately could not use it the same day, but Big Wave Party Rentals were flexible and easy-going about letting me extend my rental hours so my guests could still have fun. I would absolutely recommend them, and will use them again for future parties!

We rented a bouncy house for my son’s birthday and it was incredibly easy to do online. They texted the day before and told me to confirm the time they would drop off. When they got here, they set up quickly and made sure to move the electric cords well out of the way so the kids didn’t trip, and then the bouncy house was in perfect condition. Bright colors, clean, and no rips or tears. They were very nice and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

I would rent from this place again. I wasnt the happiest with my slide because it didnt have the handles on the sides and it was challenging to climb but eventually the kids figured it out and had a blast. The owner also cares about her customers and made that evident with me after my concerns.
