Called to cancel my reservation 2 days before my event!!!! My sons big day was ruined!!!!

The best party rental experience Ive ever had! Vic was complete with regard to every detail! He even stuck around probably longer than he should have just to make sure I was comfortable running the cotton candy machine on my own. It was super windy that day and he also assisted us in scouting a place to put the machine! Everything went well and the cotton candy was a big hit at the Community Easter Egg Hunt! We cant wait to do business with Vic again!!!

Funtastix was amazing. I had rented the 5-in-1 combo Disney Fairies. They delivered earlier than my reservation called for which was perfect on Saturday. I had called them Friday afternoon because I had a question about the amount of blowers needed etc. they called me back within 10 minutes; excellent customer service! The pricing was very reasonable for the rental. The moon bounce was lots of fun even the adults had fun on it! This was my first time having a moon bounce for my childs birthday and I am glad we went with Funtastix. We will defiantly be renting from Funtastix again for our next event/birthday. We rented a new bounce, I think we were the first to use it, and boy was it a hit. The quality has always been exceptional and the folks who set up and tear down are always timely and professional.
