Yeah .. no. 0/10 would not recommend. I waited to get my nails done as a nail tech sat on her phone and after waiting, they then sent me to her. I asked for square nails, she files the corners of my nails so theyre ... slanted to the middle??? I had not had gel on my nails prior to and she shaved my nails down with that shaving tool and just kept apologizing for hurting me as she brushed the tool up against my cuticles. Did not clean underneath my nails. Got gel nail polish on my fingers and did not remove it. Dug her fingernails into my skin / cuticles extremely hard to clean her mistakes. My nails are uneven / poorly shaped. Just go somewhere else. I know the reviews are 50/50. But truly .. go somewhere else.

I’m really upset . I brought a friend to get a simple manicure and when I got there the wait was 30 mins which escalated to 3 hours plus. Because my friends services was only $21 they didn’t care and prioritize those who was paying for gels manicure and pedicure. I hate this place.

Walking distance from my home, quick and convenient. I go biweekly for pedicure and gel manicure. I get the spa service #2. It really depends on the individual that you get, most of the girls are pretty good. The place is clean, you get new slippers and the pedicure sink plastic is changed with each customer.

The best pedicure I had in a long time. Its very convenient for me. Just in walking distance of where I live. I wasnt to happy with my nails. But I believe the young lady was nevous because of the previous customer who was very nasty to her. But I had a very pleasant experience. I will go back. Nice and clean and sanitary.

Youll get great service at this salon. As an active guy, I really appreciate the skill that this place offers with their pedicures. Youll get the luxury spa service right in the neighborhood. My feet have never felt better!My wife is a frequent flyer here when it comes to her nails. If she keeps coming back, it means theyre good.

Do not come here . They do horrible shape, they did my nails horrible shape and my reall nails started ripping with the acrylic in the middle and this only happened at this nail place .

They messed up my nails they started to come off 4 days after I got them done. I went back and they did them over but less then a week they started to come off. I wish I went somewhere else 35 dollars in the trash but they do do really good eyebrows

Steady Nails is okay. There is only street parking. Ive been going for years. Initially they gave you a drink while you got your nails and or feet done. They dont do it anymore. They have a great spa pedicure. I would recommend to go for the pedicures.

Dont go there they gave me a second degree burn I had a mint rap play store my leg and my feet and the woman burnt meplease dont go there Im still looking for a lawyer right now because they will not pay for the medical bills they will not talk to me

My cousin went there and they treated her like crap then had that audacity to ask her to leave. All she did was request a few more minutes to soak her feet before the started working on it and the management asked her to leave. The place was empty at the time so I didnt see a big deal especially since shes a great tipper. Stay away from this place unless like you being treated like a second class citizens.

I have plenty of patience but me and my daughter waited over 2 hours while they continued to helped those customers who came after us a total of 5. We will never go back there. Just beware!!!

The little latinas do very good pedicures and they serve wine but the owner has a poor bedside manner. No good for business.

Then when I expressed my unhappiness with her service she offered a refund and then expected me to sit down and soak off the TERRIBLE, SLOPPY WORK!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Please, LISTEN!! This place is THE WORST PLACE EVER!! And OWNER IS UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I wish I had a no Star option!!!! Thats how TERRIBLE THIS PLACE IS!!!! Horrible, unorganized, owner bad attitude changing prices left and right, they have a list of things they offer when inquiring they had no idea what I was talking about, so the services they say they do isnt correct, very slow service on top. So refill, full set, eyebrows and pedicure is all they do, not the 50 things they have on the list...smh.

I had a horrible experience here. First off the owner did my nails and they were horrible and rushed. She was so busy trying to getme done so she can move on to the next person that she didnt file down the acrylic on my full set properly. The place was not busy by the way it was a Wednesday morning smh. Then when my pedicure was finished and I went to put on my socks I discovered the lady had cut both of my heels and they were bleeding. When I told them, everyone kept saying the lady is new and she filed too much off. The owner put disinfect on it and I had to ask her to put bandages on. NOT ONCE DID SHE OR ANYONE OFFER AN APOLOGY OR A REFUND!! My heels were so raw that I was limping for a week after. I will NEVER go back there and I will be reporting them to New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling because Im almost she doesnt have a license to do pedicures.

All employees have nasty attitudes . The owners is the worst. I walked in at 6pm and she screamed closed as if she was annoyed to have business although They close at 7pm. They were not packed. She screamed again they were closed. I wish I never spent any money in there in the first place. Will never go back. Dont suggest anyone to go here

This is a hood nail salon she tried to charge me $22 after changing to the price from $17 for a fill in. They charge you a estimate on the price from looking at your nails. i will never good here ever again. no stars are needed this is sooo sad i am only 13 . like girl bye

Compared to the other places ive been to they do great quality nails. They dont charge extra for the length, its only $5 to get them shaped and 10 for gel. The nails always last about a month before u need to change them without breaking ur own nails best nail salon for the past 4yrs.

Both of my pinky nails were crooked 😒 they charge you 10 $ extra just get them sharpened ( coffin, point and etc ) i came in at 2 oclock and waited 4 hours just to get my nails done ! They are very unprofessional and they are narcissistic ! Im only 15 and i shouldnt be expressing this much in a nail salon ! Trust me DO NOT GO HERE !!!, but they do okay eyebrows but i would never come back here too get anything done ever again ✌ i wish there was no stars thats how bad it is .

She did do my nails correctly and they had this young person do it and she didnt know what she was doing it was terrible
