Needs some work on the washers & dryers. From the washers certain temperatures not working or the washers dont work at all. Dryer doors just open by themselves or dryers dont work at all.

Always a pleasant experience. My sole & only house of washing. As long as the employees stay color blind and DONT get IGNORANT OF MY DARK SKIN Ill continue my business at this location

Small little place its acceptable a few machines were broke its very tiny tight squeeze but the lady working in there is very nice, she saw I wasnt great with laundry came over help me let me sit in the car while she measured out the soap told me to leave her the money while my clothes were washing and she put them in the dryer. Thats a great service without any explicit charge. Oh plus when I got there she was getting ready to close and she volunteered to stay if I wanted to watch now on a Sunday evening. That was extremely convenient cuz I was just off from work and never have many good opportunities plus had all my clothes in the trunk and was short on time.What a nice person. She gets five stars but physically the laundromat I got to go with three because how small it is in the size maybe 20 washing machines 15 dryers.

Clean, newly refurbished. Coin operated machines that are affordable. Can be somewhat busy at times. However, they do have good hours that they are open. Street parking only, and can be a hassle during some days. One of the better laundromats in the area and located in a decent neighborhood.

I used to use live in Newark and used this laundromat on a weekly basis. Staff is super friendly. Place is clean and organized. The owners are fantastic and now I use their different location in kearny.

We have been using this place for drop off laundry every week ($25-$50) for the past two years.Its a little pricier for the other laundromats on town, but its closer to our house.Today we picked up our laundry and something got into the laundry, and over $200 worth of our office clothes were ruined and covered in stains!Not only did they not replace the ruined clothes, but they had the absolute audacity to charge me for the ruined clothes!?!?!I spoke with the owner on the phone and she kept telling me its their policy that they dont 1. Check pockets, and 2. Reimburse for ruined clothes (even if it was their fault).I threw enough of a ruckus Im kind of surprised they didnt phone the police.They lost a long time customer! I will start using a different laundry service. I figure I spent a good $120 every month for two years! Good luck!

I love this place.. with my busy schedule, its so convenient to just drop off my clothes and pick them up later.. and its inexpensive too.. never had any issues with my clothing and Ive been dropping my clothes off there for 2 months

This place is spotless !! Machines are in excellent machines and staff is very friendly !

They supply laundry detergent on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I love that they have HOT WATER.
