Prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. Excellent job with my familys laundry and comforters. Their pickup & delivery service was such a huge benefit, especially when it snowed. I strongly recommend Waterworks Laundromat and will continue to utilize their many wonderful services.

I’m a little disappointed our family has washed our clothes here many times ourselves and I never knew they did wash and fold I have been using another service for my laundry needs since we are so busy but when I seen they had this service I wanted to support and go with your company since it is our community and the owner/manager that used to work there on weekends was such a good guy and I enjoyed how well kept the facility is. my clothes was picked up this morning and the driver was a very nice man then my receipt came and said my order had been complete I will receive it tomorrow. I was surprised such fast service then I seen the charge of 85 dollars for two bags of laundry. I do wash and fold service every 10 days and have never had 65 pds of laundry. I weight it at home it was around 40 pds give or take and I’m usually within a few pds on my bill. I called and explained if someone could please weight them again I think there’s a mistake I’ve never had 65 pds of laundry and my weight has never been off 29 something pds from me weighing it and company. I didn’t get much help but told to call back and speak with owner in morning and I work and don’t have time to call until evening I mean it’s fine if that’s the price it is what it is I will just use another service. I just really enjoyed this place years ago and was so excited when I learned they pick up and deliver. Other then that this place is amazing always clean and friendly and treats out for kidos. If the owner ever reads this my order number was 2941. Again love the service don’t feel like someone doing anything sneaky I just think it was a honest mistake. Thanks again even tho the billing is a negative one lol the service and company is amazing

Love love love, so convenient and easy. Pick up & drop off is so helpful since I have 2 small children . My clothes smelled soo good & was folded nice, neat & flat . Highly recommended ! Staff was very respectful and helpful ! Plus it’s BLACK OWNED 🤎✨ why not

Prompt and reliable service every time. I send my preferred detergent and bleach with my laundry so that my clothes smell just like I am accustomed. I may never do a load of laundry myself again.

Tried Waterworks for the first time this weekend. I dropped off on Sunday and my 80lbs of laundry was ready the next morning. The attendant came to my car and picked up my bags and brought them back to my my car when I picked them up. I will be dropping m.p ore laundry off this week. Fantastic service, my clothes were clean and fresh!!! You guys saved me so much time. I highly recommend Waterworks!

The associate that was there was a light skin, heavyset female with long hair weave working on 12-22-19 was Extremely rude! Not sure if she was having a bad day however to speak to customers in a disrespectful manner is not acceptable.. In addition to, using profanity while children are around I will not be using this service or location ever again! To the manager of this establishment, please retrain your staff on respect, and customer service.

Nothing like the place I remember! I decided to go there with a friend from across town! I had been bragging about the quality of service and just the overall environment! I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed once I got there! The washing machines don’t use much water, which resulted in my clothes being dirty AFTER the wash.. the dryers are $0.40 for 10min which is fine, BUT .. I filled the dryer 1/4 full of socks and put 40 min on the dryer. My socks were STILL soaking wet after 40 min! The guy that works there simply said that 40 minutes was not enough time to dry socks! The overall experience was disappointing! I refuse to go there again.

There a good local Laundry in Newark. I wish they had Dryers that dry faster, but this is Newark so I cant expect to much. They are however better and cheaper than most laundries.

Enjoyed doing my laundry,the employees are both adult and child friendly. They also gave free pop corn but could do more by getting professional help in making it,it was too salty...by and large they were cool

The people that work there are very friendly. They have putdated machines, more often broken than not, the dryers are expensive, 0.45, and you need more than 40 minutes for your clothes to be completely dry. I opt to drive elsewhere

Clean, safe, friendly, just annoying that you have to purchase their card to use machines. Costs 2$ just to buy the card then you have to load money on it. I prefer just using quarters.

I went to this laundry mat at a time I had transportation restrictions it was a 5 minute cab ride away and 15 minute walk away which worked out for me but once I was able to get solid transportation I have not been back..I will say that the staff is friendly they open up at 6am on Saturdays and they provide coffee and snacks free of charge but the major issue I had with this laundry was the one thing I came there to do and thats get my clothes clean. Yes they have new washers and dryers but I found that the quality was poor my clothes never looked or smelled clean and be prepared to spend money on the dryers because they dont dry well. It got to the point that I knew which dryers worked and which dryers didnt but the truth is all the machines should wash your clothes thoroughly and all dryers should dry. Another thing that people tend to like but I hate is the card method I still have money on my card that I will never use because I found a better coin laundry to go to.

The washing machine the very good but the dryers bad to be a little more hotter but its very nice and yeah the work is a nice Anna lots of machines and dryers put a little bit more heat to the dryers and itll be excellent

Its the best ever and they are very helpful all time.

The staff makes me feel comfortable and they tend to my needs immediately.. The only complaint i have is the mrs. Pac man arcade game.. Joystick needs to be fixed! Thats why i give it 4 stars..

The medium washer, meant for adult, cost $4 break-down during a wash leaving my clothes soak and staff tells me its done even though water is pouring out my clothes and dripping on the floor. Then I had to put my soak in the dryer of 70 minutes which cost $2.8 and all my cotton clothes shrink and my towel has a disgusting odor that causes me to barf. Now I have to rewash all my clothes cause they all smell like dry mildew and more than gotta have to buy new t-shirts, underwear cause their all too tights. For how much they charge this is unacceptable.
