They are so polite on the phone . I truly loved it.

I just had a new key made for my vehicle. I was surprised at how fast and efficient the guys were. I only have one key and since my daughter will start using my car to get to work. I wanted to make sure I had I had a back-up key for any emergency. They were prompt and did it while I was at work.

They no longer have any store fronts and was told by phone they couldnt come to make ONLY 3 copies of a key. Saw on their website that they have kiosks at the Rite Aid near. Called them back to confirm and they continued to say they dont have a store front. Clearly had no idea what a kiosk was. I ended up calling Rite Aid directly and they said they do have a kiosk there. First rep didnt advise this, second rep didnt know what it was. Waste of time and uninformed employees answering the phones. Decided to not even bother going since they clearly dont want my money.

They were excellent. Arrived early, courteous, got the job done efficiently and properly. Will use again, and would recommend to all friends and family.

The key this machine cut wasnt identical to the key I inserted and it ended up not fitting the lock. Customer service was great and they gave me a full refund and a code to cut another free of charge, however that key didnt work either. Oh well.

Eventhough the key i needed was not able to be made at the kiosk, the fact that one exists is amazing. The process is simple and quick regardless.
