Our technician, Shawn, arrived on time. Because of an outside project underway, I moved the three cars scheduled for detailing to a friends driveway nearby. He was very accommodating.One of the cars had a good bit of damage from a snow scraper. He was able to remove all of the scratches and now the car looks great.Another car is a 73 Duster with original paint. Very fragile and thin. Shawn did and outstanding job giving it a gentle clean and wax.I highly recommend MMD. It was convenient, affordable and quality exceptional.

I found Mobile Magic via a fb group and they were highly recommended. I can see why. Our tech Shawn showed up on time and was super friendly. He explained what he was going to do and we handed over the keys. A few hours later, my CRV was looking brand new! I am a mom with a full-time job. I do not have the time or energy to run my vehicle through a wash, let alone detail the inside. We picked the lavish service and Shawn cleaned every inch of the inside (and outside) of the SUV. This service was easy and so convenient. We are so pleased with how the CRV looks. We will definitely be using Mobile Magic again.

Shawn did my 2014 Expedition and Id just like to make it known that he did a phenomenal job. I purchased the Lavish package. My truck looked like it had never been detailed, which is why I wanted someone else to do it for me in the first place. Previous owners had moss growing in the cracks, coffee stains, dogs in it, kids in it, and smoked in it. It now looks like it left the show room. Shawn killed it in every sense of the word. He took his time and was in no rush to get it over with. Im speechless and can not give him enough praises. I was hesitant to allow someone to come to my house and touch my vehicle but it saved me time and allowed me to multitask. The communication was great even when I had to reschedule due to weather. The tech showed up on time and called to ask if he could start early, which was fine with me! I was more than happy to walk outside to a car that looked brand new. With short notice, we were given an appointment instantly and our service was immaculate! I wish I had the guys name but he came with short notice while in route home and he picked up our appointment as we were prepping for a military move! Ronnie was a very nice and most professional gentleman and a good representative for this company. I understand when a job runs over but, although he was in contact with me regarding being late, he arrived 45-minutes late from our appointed time. He was not able to finish my second vehicle but it definitely looked better than when he started. There were still some areas not vacuumed or wiped down. The first car he did looked great—only a few spots I had to follow up with wiping down when he was considered done with it.

Mobile Magic just finished detailing my 2000 Winnebago Brave. The coach hadnt been washed or waxed in over 2 years and they were able to bring a diamond out of a lump of coal. The tech worked for a day and a half in really hot and humid weather and through his tenacity and hard work made a difference in the appearance of our old girl that has nearly 200,000 miles on it. I certainly will use Mobile Magic again.
