(Updated review) I am downgrading my original review from 5 to 2 stars (see below for original review). The second time I hired this cleaning company, I asked for maintenance cleaning of my home. T&S charges more than two and a half times what other cleaning services charge for my home, so I expected top-notch quality. This second cleaning was done by three women who appeared to be much less experienced and thorough at housekeeping. In addition to missing a number of obvious places while dusting, they broke a lotion dispenser in my powder room and did not tell me about it. Im not mad that they broke it, I am mad that they didnt tell me at the time. I definitely did not get my moneys worth of service, and I will not be hiring them again.(Original review) Because of COVID, my home had not been professionally cleaned in many months. I called T&S Cleaning Pros for the first time and asked for their deep cleaning residential service. The cleaning staff worked very hard and did an amazing job of cleaning my home! The cleaning products they used were much more effective than anything I have used before. My home is now sparkling clean and I am very pleased.

We needed a somewhat last minute move-in clean and turned to T&S based on their great reviews, and so glad we did! From the first email requesting a quote, they were super responsive, courteous and professional. More so, the team showed up ready to jump in and had all the equipment they needed (including a step ladder to reach the ceiling fans). The place felt fresh and clean by the time they were done. We will definitely call T&S again whenever the need arises!

I never leave bad reviews. But this time I had to.I was planning on using T&S Cleaning Pros for the first time.The cleaners were supposed to show up at 9am but never showed up, even buffering for the 1 - 1.5 hour possible delay they let me know. I called three times after 10:30am and no one picked up from T&S Cleaning Pros. I even emailed to check.Earlier this week, I had spoken to Vann clearly about my address and paid the deposit over the phone. We exchanged some follow up emails after where she was not aware I already booked. Vann seemed confused so this should have been the first red flag. So I reminded her over email.Upon further inspection of the invoice T&S Cleaning Pros sent over, they have confused me with a Different Mimi, a Mimi Gilmore with a different address and I had paid a deposit for that persons cleaning.Now I am trying to get my deposit back with no response.Regardless, this was a very bad experience as we have spent hours waiting with no reply or update.Terrible customer experience and I will never be using T&S Cleaning Pros for their unresponsiveness, poor attention to detail, and for wasting my time.

I had my home cleaned today after testing positive for COVID-19 for nearly 2 months. The T&S team was very accommodating with scheduling my appointment. They did an amazing job cleaning and disinfecting my home!

I had my chandelier cleaned. My experience was great! The cleaning professionals were very polite and courteous. They cleaned my chandelier and replaced lightbulbs. Excellent service and my chandelier is sparkling clean!

Jevon (spelling?) with T&S was wonderful to work with by phone as my husband and I went through a lengthy and borderline disastrous home buying process, complete with five closing date changes within nine days. We finally got our carpets cleaned today, which our sellers allowed their three dogs to *ahem* ruin as soon as they accepted our offer on the home. Justin and Ken, our carpet cleaning techs, were beyond fantastic. They were polite, cheerful, and diligent with their work, and wore N95 masks throughout their service. They put a ton of muscle into the carpets and frequently asked me to approve their progress. I never would have believed that these were the same carpets by the time Ken and Justin were done. Even my shy old dog got a few minutes of love and attention. :) I highly recommend T&S!

I am very glad that I called T & S Cleaning as they are pros! It was easy to contact them and to make an appointment. They arrived at the exact hour when we made an appointment. My entire apartment is carpeted except for the kitchen. I had not had my carpets or my couches cleaned in a very long time. The two gentlemen worked very diligently and they took their time to get the best results. I believe that their rates are fair for the work that was done. I recommend that you call T & S for any of your cleaning needs. I was impressed with their work ethics and I am going to use them to clean my windows. A tough job well done and I am a satisfied customer.

I was recovering from covid and was nervous about having my mother come to my house so I called this company because ofAll their good reviews. They preformed as expected. 2 man crew showed up on time. They fogged and disinfected my house. It took I would say about an hr. When they were done employee walked me around my house and explained to me how they disinfected all the touch points. I was very pleased and highly recommended this company.

Cleaning services should include absolutely everything as in no additional charges for windows or oven, for instance. Also, for 3 bedroom home, there should be at least 3 workers available as well; 2 is not fair for the home to be very well cleaned for the time duration the company provides or at least provide a more fair time for the workers to do their job accordingly. This service is too costly for them to rush through the home.Due to the inconvenience the owner arranged another cleaning free of charge once my home is situated. Very professional and considerate. Hands down this is best cleaning company I’ve ever dealt and I’ve hired plenty. The cleaners were professional and detailed, the owner is a sweet girl who called throughout the service to make sure I was happy. The girls went above and beyond to get the job done and I will be hiring them again.

I scheduled a cleaning before moving into a new rental home. They were absolutely amazing. They cleaned places I never would have thought of and worked nonstop for hours. I highly recommend them and intend to set up a regular cleaning schedule with them.

I found the owner of this company to be highly professional and responsive.Although my first appt was cancelled due to an employee injury, I was able to reschedule for the next day. Natalia arrived within 1/2 hour of the scheduled time (Im flexible since I work from home). She was a very nice young woman, easy to work with and attentive to my explanations regarding what needed to be done. With a couple of minor exceptions I was very happy with the job done. I expect with repeated visits and familiarity with my house & expectations I will be even happier in the future.

Not thorough at all. I had to follow behind them and clean the short and curlies they left in the bathrooms🤢🤢🤮...not mine!!! On top of it, they were there for an hour and a half instead of the 4 hours I paid for. They also scratched my stovetop on my $2k range. Trasha said she would fix it but never got back to me...in February pre Covid-19. I guess thats what I should expect from a Groupon special. Never again

We originally came across this company after purchasing a Groupon. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication and confusion as to the date we scheduled to receive the services along with actual details of the services. I was able to voice my concerns and frustrations with customer service and they immediately recognized their faults and validated my feelings. We were able to come to a mutual place of understanding and still schedule for a future service. We cannot wait to have our home cleaned by this team! I’ll be back to review the actual cleaning :)

Jay did a great job with the deep cleaning. He tried to clean every dirty spot and material in the house that have dust. The house was still clean a week later. He was also friendly and seems to care about business and his customers.

T&S Cleaning did an amazing job on my home (deep clean). The staff was professional, kept up communication, asked for my input and the office staff was also proactive in communication and professional as well. Our house was in need of some serious cleaning after many months of two adults working from home, a 1st grader learning from home and a toddler as well. COVID specific notes: Staff wore PPE and followed Covid safety protocols to a T. This is my third time using them and will definitely do so again.
