Love the staff there. Ive been going there on and off since they open and they always strive to keep the place clean, the equipment working and up to date.

Providing equipment in which isnt found at many gyms anymore. The staff is motivating and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the experience and membership.

It is unfortunate that I have to withdraw my membership because of a small experience that now has been turned into a major interruption by one of their personal trainers. I have be alienated by management who took no action. Disappointed on customer service for sure.

Great place to workout. The place is covid ready with spray bottles throughout the gym and everyone wearing mask....I coach local students that can not get to gyms because of the pandemic so thanks to the owner for giving a reasonable price for school kids....

Wonderful gym. Free weights & machines. The massages are like therapy! Then the boxing ring & equipment add a whole new element to your workout! I love this gym & staff! I just wish they had longer hours sometimes!

Eh its alright. They have all the equipment you would need for weight training, sometimes the staff are nice other times they are rude. But if your concerned about your workout, youll be fine. While some of the machines are worn out they are still functional, and to be honest if youre more concerned about aesthetics that your workout well this isnt the gym for you.Equipment 3 out of 5Staff 3 out of 5Music 4 out of 5Bathrooms (guys) 0 out of 5Overall a three in my book.

Awesome place and awesome people

Staff are really great, prices are ridiculous, everyone is so friendly. You can leave your new pair of beats in the bathroom and come the next day in the lost and found box. Had a really great time going there, met some really good people. Planning to go there again, would recommend anyone this gym.

Very good and convenient gym in the area. Nice diverse crowd. Knowledgeable trainers. I dig the vibe here, especially since they cleaned/rearranged/upgraded.

Good parking. This gym lacks some of the contemporary features and comforts of a modern facility but if you know what youre doing, youll be fine.

3/5 on my point. I go there everyday I workout with a trainer by the name of Eddy, this guy is really great. When you want to give up on yourself hes right there. All he want from you is to try. Out of all the trainers I can say he is legit. Some of the equipment are in bad shape simply because the general public dont take care of what they are paying to use. People dont rack up after themselves, throw things all over but expect things to stay the same. Nooooo CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES AND TREAT THE EQUIPMENT LIKE ITS YOURS. (Gym etiquette) staff doesnt bother anyone very helpful, and easy to find when you need help. My negative about the gym would be the fact its cold. I dont understand why. 2.Wish people would clean after themselves. Other than that I strongly recommend this gym to anyone. Youll end up growing a bond and friendships with people from all walks of life.

I love the classes here, especially Zumba, cardio kickboxing and yoga. The renovations that the gym is experiencing are wonderful, and I appreciate the friendly and fun staff at the gym. I definitely enjoy working out here and definitely recommend!

Not signing up again after this month ends. First of all I put my clothes in the locker and locked it but for some reason someone broke in and stole my $70 outta my wallet. Again I had my shake from Somewhere and the lady at the counter told me i can’t bring shakes in unless it’s bought from them. The most annoying one is just today. I had my coffee in a regular Dunkin’ coffee cup and the same lady denied me to go on to workout unless I have the coffee in a thermal. Regardless what content Is in thermal or bottle, it will spill by mistake at some point. I’ve used this gym for over 3yrs because it was convenient but I guess it’s time to leave. Cool gym but needs better policies in place.

This is no Planet Fitness. All the equipment isnt high gloss painted, its not slick like Blink, there arent a lot of class options like they have at Retro or LA Fitness and its definitely not open 24 hours, but you walk in and feel so welcome and everyone lets you do your thing. It is so low key. While for me, the music is too loud it is energized to keep you moving and they have a DJ a couple of nights a week! Its a powerlifting par-tay!Lots of parking, great protein shakes and its in a strip mall so if you need to grab some socks at the Dollar Store, youre good!

Machines are always out of order. Staff is nice.restrooms are extremely dirty. Gym is expensive compare to blink fitness.Plus point is you dont have to sign up for contract.

I challenge myself everyday with different workouts.

First, the staff are clueless have no idea whats going on especially with the so many different changes in rates. The changes happen often, there is no consistency.Secondly, Colosseum gym is filthy!!!!! I mean down right nasty, where is the cleaning staff?Third, when and if you see the Owner to file a complaint, he is not easy to deal with, not responsive to customers needs.Fourth, there are a lot of machines are not working. The only reason why I Am a member, it 3 mins away and intense workout classes located upstairs with the hired trainers. The trainers are really good. I dont touch anything, I dont even use the bathroom.Colosseum Gym needs a huge improvement in customer service, cleanliness, and overall the quality of service (machines, locker rooms etc).

Its only convenient to everyone that goes their, including myself.If there was a choice in that same neighborhood, no one would go there.

Before even joining, the desk rep/cashier Preston acted very unhelpful and not becoming of someone whose job is to meet and greet and *help* new members sign up.When I asked about more information on the plans he just pointed at the sign and instructed to read.Rude person. I would hope that just because I signed up and he was there, he didnt get commission, he truly didnt deserve it.Doesnt speak well for the owners who dont care about customer service, who they employ, and their common decency.

I’ve been member since 2013 in this location, but Iam so disappointed today!!! I asked them if I can freeze my membership If I have to go out of state! They have mentioned me that I would be able to freeze the member ship! When I came back after 3 months they didn’t allow me to enter unless I renew my membership even though I should get credit for the time I was on vacation!!!That day I forgot my wallet so I asked them if I can Bring them next day!! The old guy at the front desk was so rude that he said “u can walk back and bring ur credit card”!! I felt so bad the way they treated me!! I already had my pre workout so I really needed to work out that day!! So I walked out to my home and brought my card wasting my 20 min!!! I gave them itenary of my ticket as a proof of me being on a vacation !!! But they never added! I handed them print copy of my itenary since they requested me but they lost twice and I had to print 3 rd times!! At the end I never got my 3 months credit!!!! Last months I lost my I credit card that was on record so they charged me $38.25 for feb. They gave me the reason was late fee for invalid credit card!!! I was so disappointed and decided to go to other gym! I went there and filled the form for the cancellation of my one year contract!!! And they girl at the front counter was polite and told me that I will not be charged from now on and Iam all set!!! Today, they charged me again $21.36 for March!!! Which is so unfair!!! They are saying I have to notify 30 days prior, which I was not told during my registration!!!How can they take someone’s hard earned money so easily!!! Iam leaving this gym with 5 of my other family memeber!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to be membership at this location!!!

This place is an absolute SCAM! Horrible, unethical, grimy business. I had a Groupon one month trial. The girl told me I would not have to cancel and that I just signed up for one month. Three weeks later, theres another charge on my credit card. When I called they said I had needed to cancel within 15 days and that I needed to actually go in there to cancel. (The form is a joke by the way - they just want to make it difficult for you to cancel.) so when I got there she said they were actually going to charge me a third time because I needed to give 30 days notice. So how can I possible give 30 days notice if they charged me for the 2nd month in the first 3 weeks. This review is getting lengthy and detailed. On top of the unethical business scheme, the place is dirty and doesnt even have a water fountain! (What gym doesnt have a water fountain?!). Dont donate to this gym.

It is very beautiful and quiet the people are good and the truth is that the staff that attends is very good the truth I have no complaints about this place. Maybe they should clean the bathrooms a little more but the rest is fine. I recommend this Jim.

I love this Jinnacio it is my favorite place to carry out exercises and the truth is that I would only like a little more cleaning in bathrooms and dressing rooms but in general the place and the machines are excellent I recommend this one to exercise.
