Samantha is the current manager at this location. She was very helpful in helping me understand my payment options, plans and details about my purchase. She made the process painless and a pleasant experience. The delivery was made on time and they set it all up for me. I am very satisfied with my overall experience at this store.

Horrible customer service...doesnt matter if you explain a situation youre in and even need just a few days to pay, the manager Samantha is very combative and disrespectful. Threatens to bring police to peoples place of work. If you can avoid going to this location PLEASE DO SO!! Im currently waiting for the district manager to reach out to me due to the complaint I registered. You cant work with people and be that type of person. She needs to be fired ASAP. Ive heard a lot of people complain about her, just wish I knew beforehand. I should have known from the beginning when I received a call from her asking what was going on with the delivery that they were horrible considering I had set up the delivery date and time WITH HER prior to that phone call.

There very rude people they came to my mothers harassing her for a payment of 80 dollars that wasnt even her rental to begin with it was her ex husband she didnt even know the bed was a rental the two guys came talking about we need to pay them or they take the mattress ok fine sir we dont have the money but take the mattress oh no he said we dont take the mattress our self what u need to do is make the payment so we can leave in other words he wasnt leaving with out the payment so we felt threatened it was no go down to the office today and make the payment immediately no it was pay us now or for us to take the mattress mind u we had no clue why this was happening I told them or leave and I was not nice about it Ill admit that they came crazy so I returned the crazy I will also be making a police report about this cause if they come to my door again the police might be taking me to next time come with expalanation of whats going on not demanding a payment like if we stole something

The staff is always so helpful and friendly and they dont hassle u up until your date to make your payment.

Rude asf. Dont know nothing about there own products and that tierra girl that works in the front shes the main rude one
