Beyond rude. I called asking for a package and the guy said, called these 4 numbers... what phone number has 4 digits in?! Then he hung up. Take your business somewhere else.

They charge for DHL drop offs even I have the labels, thats fine. However, they wont give me a receipt for my dhl drop off, this seems weird. When I insist to get a receipt, they give me a random receipt without any info about the dropoff or anything... The guy has a weird attitude, and he asked me if I believed him with my package. I dont really get the question. Its not about trust, its about my package and customer service.Avoid if possible.

This place is horrible. I lost my paperwork for livescan and the owner refused to help me get a reprint. They are so slow and super unaccommodating. Now, I need to go pay $75 somewhere else to have my paperwork..Absolutely ridiculous. If I could I would give them zero stars...

Opened about 15-20 mins late. Did a live fingerprint scan here, prices here were higher then what was advertised on State of California Department of Justice.

Absolutely terrible. We paid over $150 for DHL international 2 day shipping. Its been over a week and the recipient has received nothing! Instead of providing compensation, the owner yelled at us when we confronted him. On top of that they are VERY slow and casual. My advice is to stay far away from this place. Its worth the extra miles to find another shipping company than to waste your time at this outdated establishment.

Went to the location two days in a row at 10:00am - nobody around. Noticed today that theyve removed the hours of business from the front door. Seems that they open and operate as its convenient for them, and not for the public who need the service(s). Thankfully theres a UPS store directly across the street.

The lady in the store is so rude and not honest.She shouted and yelled when I questioned about the cost of the shipping. They tried to charge me for the usps large box price when I am using the medium box. If there a 0 star rating I would use that. Avoid this place.

The clerk is slow and nonchalant. I waited several minutes while he was trying to get fingerprints of another customer. All the time I was facing his back. He never turned around to say some sort of common cliche like I will be with you momentarily. I finally walked out and sent my package from the nearby UPS.
