Go early for walk-ins. The staff was friendly and organized. In and out within 40 minutes. Ill go back again for future activities.

This location has plenty of parking and the staff is very nice and helpful and they have great manners and concerns about your needs

Its was great. The staff was very professional. There was barely no wait, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I also had an appointment, however I arrived early and they still took me. Have your state ID and birth certificate, also have a debit or credit card to pay.

I must say this location exceeded my expectations. They were punctual and actually were able to see me prior to my scheduled time. Front desk staff was professional, friendly and well groomed which speaks volumes, others I could see how theyve been reviewed otherwise. I wouldnt say they have attitudes perhaps they just arent very personable which you need for Customer Service skills, however, the job gets done. During these times of course it was crucial for me to observe their cleanliness - which Id give them a 4/5. 1 tip Id like to offer is the signature pads and pens should be cleaned between clients as well. They do clean the finger print device which is nice to see. Again, Im super hypervigilant but if you arent no worries youll be just fine. Now lets just keep in mind that I was in extremely early so this may play a factor into everything as well. If I had to recommend this site, I would without a doubt.

I have visited this location only twice, and both visits I happened to interact/get service with the same employee. She showed me exceptional customer service during each visit. Her name is Karen. I just had to ask her her name, because 1 year ago she was very professional as well. She is definitely a polite woman who knows how to work with public people. I made an appointment each time & was seen very promptly with under 3 minutes of a wait!

I was disappointed that they didnt send out a notification that office would be close until 2 hours after they were supposed to open. They obviously had already informed the employees because not a single one showed up.

This place is very very rude the staff talk to you very rudely the skinny you g lady is very rude and ghetto. There is a Caribbean lady that is very rude as well. They definitely need new staff

I have been to quite a few IdentoGo offices, but this one in Newark was by far the best run one Ive encountered. It was clean, orderly, and everyone was professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Short wait time for a morning appointment. All employees I encountered were polite and efficient. Mask wearing and social distancing are enforced, which is much appreciated. I was a bite late for my appointment, but they graciously accommodated me. I was pleasantly surprised, highly recommend this location.

Getting your finger prints here will be a great experience. They have a system that works phenomenally. Everyone there is friendly and ready to help.

Would give this place negative 5 stars, if I could. The lady doing my fingerprint, (I believe her name was Jen or something) had such a repugnant attitude. She acted like everything annoyed her, thrust the fingerprint cards at me, and acted like she didnt wanted to be there, which is unfortunate when so many people are unemployed. Would not recommend this place, customer service is nonexistent.

My Appointment is at 7:30am. Place is clean, but one of the staff members had an attitude problem her name is Jan. I dont like her Attitude, yes I understand that there are some customers are hardheaded, but help them, talk to them with some kindness and respect. I like this location, this is clean, but that particular person needs to work on her attitude and skills

I went to this location to get finger-printed and the whole process was pain-free. The place wa nice and spacious and the lady who helped me was friendly. Plenty of parking outside too.

Environment clean. Their employees not the best. Everytime I come here I experience bad customer service. Majority of them have attitudes and are not friendly. The young man at the front who is supposed to be security was slouching in his chair on his phone. You wouldnt even have thought he was an employee or working there.

It was ok but the people in there need to learn how to tell people who standing outside the door that they open doors at 7am instead of looking angry 😠 faces

I arrived 10 minutes early and they still took me in right away. The person who fingerprinted me provided good customer service. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Ive come here several times and have never experienced delays or poor customer service.

Place was pretty fast. I lasted maybe 20 mins tops and that’s because I waited for a friend. You pretty much go in sign in and wait to get called; you confirm everything and get your fingerprinting done. I had to get my fingerprints for my nursing license. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly. I did go on a slow day I believe since I it was just me, my friend and like 2 other people. What I didn’t like was that one of the managers or supervisors there was talking down on a new staff that wasn’t doing much; something he could of probably done privately even thought there weren’t many people, but I felt kinda bad. But other than that I would recommend the place.

The people there were chill as f and nice. Very fast too. Good stuff.
