Are you kidding me... 20 mins for someone to get to tool rental for return one guy waiting and myself for purchase of tool from used tools online. Pro Service should be able to check the tool in or something its not even busy or crowded in the store. Wait it gets worse... they dont have ANY of the tools for sale listed online (online has 10-15) except 1 and the price in the store was $300 more. The guy said they dont update it...bhhaaa bhaa what a WASTE OF TIME. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER HOME CRAPO

Rented a snake to clear a drain the snake head broke inside the drain from a repair then home Depot did.

I am livid with this home depot location and todays experience will most likely keep me from shopping at this or any other home depot stores in the future. I had purchased a few small items : PVC pipe and a couple connector pieces and 1 can of spray paint. All of my items fit into a bag. As I was leaving the store I was asked to show my receipt as I have been in the past, to which I declined. The woman went and found the police officer outside and told him that I refused to show my receipt for my now purchased property! I am not mandated by law nor is there a sign in store stating that I had to show my receipt and then the contents of my bag to anyone. I felt as though I was being treated like a criminal. If there is a high theft problem with this specific store or the entire chain then that is something they need to get a handle on a different way BUT to make a person who clearly paid for their items stop is uncalled for. I will NEVER shop with you all again. I will go out of my way to LOWES to get what I need. Yes, I could have showed her but they are my things after I pay and I dont have to. The cop BTW didnt want to see my receipt because all my items were in a bag!.

While they have what you need workers here do not seem happy too help you out its best to go with someone who really knows there stuff I am from new york came here looking for roofing materials and after several attempts getting help had to go to local contractor to get materials give you three star because you do have what need would have given 5 star only if would have been treated better

Bud sevice I took my tools to fix and they lost I was waiting almost 8 months when I ask wher is my tool nobody knew ..I spoke with Ashley in charge Ill call tomorrow and she never did just walking around when I called to the store they put me in hold for 30 minutes or more always with excuses I was tired of all that and I called to 1800 home depot and they finally help me in 3 days
