It took 1 call and 3 rings thats how fast the response was! Now normally for companies that advertise 24/7 service response youd bounce around calling for someone to answer but Alex answered right away. It was a Sunday early morning call no fuss, no hassle, no attitude just straight glad to be of service type of attitude from Alex. The portable a/c was delivered less than 2 hours and the delivery guy was more than happy to find a economical spot for it and the machine was spotless! Will definitely give them a call for any needs that comes up!

My property management company Coates & Sowards, Inc. manages several office and medical buildings. Air Solutions really helped our company out this year. Our AC unit in our entire building went out during the hottest time of the year. It was so hot we had to start sending folks home. Fantastic service. Picked up my call on a Friday evening when server room cooling went down on our project, equipment was delivered by 8AM the next morning (2-hour delivery was available, which I declined). Alexs team helped us to assess cooling demand and logistical constraints, and helped to structure his approach and associated costs around that.Delivery was available within 2-hours of initial call, and equipment pick-up was next-day also. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

The Air Solutions team provided 2 portable air conditioners for our mid summer performances in Castro Valley. Alex was our contact person and Edgar performed delivery and set-up of the machines. Alex is great. AC went down in my store on Fathers Day. Temp AC units arrived in about 2 hours before my store closed even though it was a Sunday. I had to extend my rental due to problems with getting my AC unit replaced and it was no problem at all. Great service.

We engaged the assistance of Air Solutions when our server room HVAC went down. They arrived, on a Saturday, 90 minutes after I called. Everyone I spoke with, who delivered and picked up, asked questions and were able to assist with the variables and to adapt their equipment to what we needed. They brought in three portable units just in case the situation required something other than discussed over the phone. We ended up using two of the units and they brought the temp down quickly and kept it for the week until our repairs were completed. Everyone was personable, helpful and professional.
