Just went there today to get my work verification. Unlike other reviews mentioned here, the lady I met was super kind and helpful. I got my work done under 5 minutes when the estimated waiting time was around 30-45 minutes. Thank you Miss Kelcy!

This review is for the LaGuardia Career Center @ Elmcor office since they dont have any other branches registered on Google maps.First of all theyre very demanding with their document requirements, I had to go back a second day to bring back my passport, mind you is a 1 1/2 hr commute each way for me.After my identity was confirmed I told the account manager Terri Artis that I was applying for an iT position but that I was willing to do security, or wheel chair/baggage handling and said she would get me a job as soon as possible.This happened on 12/12/19 as today they have not found me anything and ghosted me for no reason. Ive called back at least 20 times, every time they told me to try to reach Terri but she doesnt answer calls nor she would reply to emails. I even requested a different account manager but they still would send me back to Terri, obviously these people dont care about their jobs and are there just to justify their salary.As for me I got a job in IT somewhere else and passed all background checks meaning that Im not the problem. Stay away from CAO these people dont care about finding you a job.

Yes .... front desk lady need better manners but they offer good jobs.... UPS AIRPORT 14 /hr or WFS for less .....

Worst place I’ve ever been to. The account manager tried to give me advice on being approachable.. said I look too serious. Don’t u want officers who are serious, take their job serious, who is military veteran, and has years or supervisor experience?? Guess not. Besides I don’t take advice from someone with half a shaved head and two different color hair. Luckily, another company called me up and hired me for a supervisor. Company that values u. This place is actually the middle man between the security company and u.. don’t waste ur time here. It’s faster it u go directly to the security company urself. Worst place I ever visited. Avoid this place even if ur desperate there are better options

The 2 ladies at front desk need to learn manners, asume they see you dressed improperly (no shorts, no tshirts, no jeans, neither sneakers) dont allow you to apply or get in the orientation. Today is over 90° summer and they kick People out because you are not comply the requirements (proper business attire?) Its easy when you have the air conditioner at your workplace. I suggested apply directly to the Airlines companies at the airport, because this is the begining of how you going to be treated at the airport when you Will be hired by vendors. This Council Airport Opportunity needs better employees!!!

Please, do not go to this place to take your federal test or any type of testing. I recommend you go somewhere else.The testing site has computers from 1995. They have CRT monitors that constantly blink and shift what you see. They will hurt your eyes specially after four hours staring at them.the refresh rate is like 10fps and the color of the monitors are washed out and the computers are extremely slow. They run windows XP and it feels like you are using Windows 95.You may make a mistake and skip something because the computers take a long time to load.the AC in the room is loudThe receptionist is nice but the testing site pathetic! will never go there again

The woman at the front desk was awful and rude. she mocked me after i answered a simple question. don’t bother coming here. it’s for nothing and you’ll leave with nothing.

Parking its a big problem, theres not parking available unless you spend $10.00 for parking. Just to show ID proof. What a pain.
