Honestly this is the worst company to ever work with in Newark New Jersey I’ve only worked for this company for two days and they have the audacity to only pay me one day. I’ve called him multiple times for them to resolve the issue and they always gave me the runaround story of we can’t find the paperwork that says you worked mind you only worked for two days Monday and Tuesday they paid me for Tuesday but not Monday. Don’t waste your time applying for this company. don’t waste your time showing up for the interview. Don’t waste your time

My experience with workonomics Wasn’t the best at all but I will say the recruiter Ruth was very professional an organized also helpful she knows the company inside out I actually thought she was the boss when I first started.I will say they should up the pay and get more accounts but I will give a five star because of the customer service and professionalism I got from Ruth from day one.

I wouldnt trust this company as I can tell they are through a temp agency who hires. Good part is pay is weekly but not enough for the labor job you do. They should pay more than minimum wage. Especially when you are on a garbage truck all day.

I have worked with this agency for the past 8 months and so far I havent had any issues. Ruth and the owner are always nice. My cousin went to apply over the holidays for a seasonal position and said that he dealt with another recruiter, not Ruth, and that she was very unorganized and was eating and on her phone the whole time. He had issues with his check one week as well but said it was due to the new lady messing up his paperwork. But he was paid on that Friday so they did correct it right away. I heard the new recruiter was fired so perhaps they will go back to normal.

The Secretaries that work for this temp agency are so respectful handle what ever you need to be done well organized there work performance is immaculate However the person that runs it just need learn more about the running a temp agency fars when it comes to direct deposits other than that I never had a problem with there company keep up the good jobs Secretaries.

Worst company still waiting for a check I did 4 weeks ago they will ignore ya calls text and emails and still tryin to ask me will I come to work this is modern day slavery and they keep doin this it’s has been 100 if not thousands of people they did this too people quit everyday because of this only in American can you do this and get away with this

Not organization, dishonest, dirty office, don’t have a real schedule, I went to pick up my check before 5pm and no one was there.

Seems to take joy in the fact that most of their clients are dehumanizing companies, that is why they rather this outfit be the face of them. Pay is just above minimum wage, treatment is not ethical.

They dont pay u correctly. when it comes to pay day they Complain that there direct deposit system is down or not working. they all so mix up there employees hours . they do everything for u not to get your full pay.
