Cecelia has been cleaning our home for probably at least 3 years now and her service has been excellent. She is always not only thorough, but kind and thoughtful. I trust her implicitly and she does amazing work. I love every other Friday because she comes and makes my house look and smell amazing! Ive never had a bad experience with them and highly recommend them to anyone.

Called this cleaning services and spoke with owner. Made appointment for 2/14/18 which was a surprise gift for my grandmothers 93rd b-day. Cleaning person Maria should up and walked around and stated she was going to need another person to come help her. She was gone for an hour called owner and no answered the phone. Sent a text and received a text 1hr and 39min later saying she was getting another person to help her. Never heard from them again. Great way to start my grandmothers Birthday/Valentines Day off.

Made the appointment but never called or showed up. And when I called she sent me to vm very professional. Dont waste your time.

Absolutely great! She got here on time and cleaned everything perfectly. I would definitely use this service again. She came with all the supplies that were needed, and all we had to provide were garbage bags. Our house was in bad condition, and she left it looking brand new.

Ive known her for 4years and she is amazing, she cleans very well, very trustworthy lady. I leave my jewelries all around and nothing has ever got missing in my house. She will come anytime I need her even at the last minute.

The sister use to come to my house and clean until she decided to steal a box of pills that did not belong to her or me. Anyway, the service was not that great because she use to leave the glasses in the house smudgy, and she would never move furniture to get rid of the dust. I am very disappointed in the quality of service that was delivered to me and will never used there service again. ( The sad part was I saw her walk out my house with the box tucked up under her arm with the pills swooishing back and fourth). I seriously thought it was garbage, and I have proof that she took the pills.The situation could of been worse but knowing how my temper can get the best of me I decided to walk away and like God do the rest.

I had a sunday night emergency where my previous tenants failed to clean out the space before my new tenents moved it. It was a disaster. Even though it was just before closing, Sophys maids took care of us and had someone cleaning within the hour. They are life savers!
