I love this service. I called the Delaware office, Rose was so nice and helped answer all my questions. I am also very appreciative that she got me on the schedule as soon as possible, even though it was her who came out to clean. Her and Danielle did a wonderful job cleaning my home. MaidPro Newark has been cleaning our home on a biweekly basis for 6 months now. Rose, in the office has been super-responsive to our inquiries and requests and Michelle and Carola are seasoned professionals and do an awesome job each time. I have been using MaidPro for several months now just to help maintain the appearance of the house on a month to month basis. I switched from another company after 3 visits as with each visit they were spending less and less time in my home. I keep the house relatively clean over the coarse of the month but that should that is no excuse to walk in, look around, and basically say well this is good enough and leave while charging me full price. Since switching to MaidPro I can say I have never seen that happen. They take their time and do an excellent job every time. My last service was completed a few days ago by CeCe, she has serviced my home several times in the past and I am always impressed. She is the kind of person that does everything she is supposed to do and still finds time to vacuum the cat tree. If you are considering a cleaning service, give them a try. If you experience is anything like mine you will find it is well worth it.

I was very happy with the cleaning of my home. It had been awhile since I had a cleaning service and was thrilled to have the entire house clean at the same time. I’ve been using MaidPro for monthly cleanings for almost a year and have been very happy with the communication from the company and how well they clean my home. The cleaners are always very friendly and professional. Some cleaners are better than others at details, but when I have communicated preferences to MaidPro, they are usually able to accommodate preferred cleaners. They are also very flexible with scheduling.

Ive used MaidPro a few times at this point. They are usually very good, but this last time they broke my blinds and dumped a trash bag right outside my front door (when the trash can was at the beginning of my driveway). Im not happy about this most recent cleaning session.

After searching (and trying) other services, we are having a good experience with MaidPro. In fact we have been using them every two weeks since last January. Although no service is perfect, consistency counts for a lot. Our team consists of Michelle and April. and they have been great. They always come on time and thoroughly clean our home. Sometimes we dont even see them. They handle everything professionally and do it with a smile. Plus, the management allows them to keep coming and avoids substitutions. They are doing a good job for us.

Over the past several years we have tried a number of cleaning services and have never been completely satisfied until now. MaidPro delivers what they say. At the end of the service they actually cleaned everything they checked off on the list and more. On top of the great cleaning they provide, they also send reminders, adjust schedules as requested, check to make sure you are satisfied with their service. Excellent overall responsiveness from their management office. Everyone we have had contact with are friendly and professional. My wife and I both work from home and they are very respectful of the need to keep as quiet as cleaning allows. What used to be a pleasant surprise is now just the expected level of great service (although I am still surprised by all of the detail).Three years running and still the same great service as day 1.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I am a property manager and was attempting to get a home cleaned prior to placing a tenant. Upon contacting MaidPro, I made sure they were aware that the home had been unoccupied for quite some time and was unclean. They were to receive access to the house via a key in a lockbox, as I was not at the property. They quoted me $231 to clean the entire home, which I was happy to pay. When they went to said home, they refused to clean it because of the presence of maggots and roaches. However, having walked through the home myself that evening, there were absolutely no maggots or roaches of any kinds.The maggots, in fact, were a few stray leaves. The cleaners went so far as to take pictures of these fake maggots and insist that they were the issue, when I had touched them myself.The worst part is that upon leaving the property, MaidPro left the front door wide open for the entire City of Wilmington to enter for the entire day. The door was not just unlocked, but was left open from when they left that afternoon to when someone decided to call me and let me know at 7:30 PM that evening. MaidPro left the entire property open for vandalism and theft, never apologized for the delay in schedule over the fake maggots, and offered me $50 off after they told me that it would actually take 3 more hours ($120 extra) to actually clean....All in all, they left the property unsecured, created fake maggots to get out of doing the work, and then tried to charge $70 dollars extra to have the job done. Unbelievable.

I was SO disappointed with the quality of cleaning. The 49 points were certainly a figment of someones immagination. Window cills, baseboards, picture franes, base of tv, etc were not dusted throughout the house. Oak furniture was sprayed/cleaned with “spic and span” (instead of furniture polish). Fortunately I stopped them before they got to the piano and dining room furniture.Kitchen chairs were not even pulled away from the table so crumbs/dust were still on the cushions and chairs were not wiped down. Tub was not cleaned. Supervisor had to come to the house to oversee “completion” of job (i use the word completion loosely) I’m not very mobile so as I make my way through the house I find more things that are in the 49 points that were not done. Ladies were lovely but obviously NOT trained.? I will not use maidpro again and will discourage others from using them. Considering my experience I’m suspicious about the glowing reviews on their website. Will I see my review there???This was the MaidPro in Middletown, DE. They refunded the full amount that was charged to my credit card as a result of all this.

Not up to the service as promised. Not worth for the cost they charge. I would give zero if there is one option. I have asked them to clean kitchen, restroom, tv stand and mirror. First in place they dint clean it properly and second instance when reported they were totally not customer friendly to approach. Rather blaming back with reason on us back. Worst service...

Chanin, the proprietor of MaidPro Newark, is very helpful and accommodating, as were the ladies who came to do my first clean. Everyone likes things done differently and its very hard to find a cleaning service that is willing to adapt its normal practices to your specifications. I also asked for a few additional services, like changing the bed linens and bathroom towels. So far, everything Ive asked for theyve been only too willing to accept. Its nice to have someone local who is responsible for the service and who I can call during normal working hours and who actually answers the phone! Also, the prices are very reasonable and represent good value for money. From my experience to date, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
