They was ok if youre in a hurry but it was only one other car and myself. Didnt mind the $28 dollars but They did not do a good job on the inside.. they could of been a little more detailed like cleaning the console in the car properly, I went in becuz I spilled coffee in the cup holder, I soaked up most of it with a napkin but the sticky stuff was still there. Maybe Ill try them again one more time before I move on.

Don’t waste your money. They need to pay more attention to detail for what they charge.

I was charge $3 when i asked the mat in my trunk to get clean too. Which i dont mind. But besides not being cleaned like the mats in the front i think they just sprayed it with water and thats it, the trunk was not vacuum which i think it should be done when one is paying for the highest option.The compartments in the center of the car never get touched or vacuumed, very disappointed with the service

Great car wash, all by hand and very reasonably priced (2nd highest option is only $20). They also offer student discounts. Just try to avoid going on weekends because it gets really busy. They also offer inspections and oil changes along with a store for basic car wash stuff (generic wiper blades, assorted air fresheners, chargers, etc).

Just went there for the first time and I had a bad experience. I will never go back again

One problem I have always, they need to wipe the water off the tires before putting the shine on. If they dont the shine go away in two days. I always get flush

Wow.They wash it by hand and dry it by hand. For $10. I just fell in love with the color of my car all over again!They load it with soap.. hand wash preserves the paint.. dry it so thoroughly.. its really worth the money. Plus, most of the staff is so nice!This is my go-to car wash from now on.

I tried this place 2 times, first time was just okay.... so i said maybe it was just the employees on that shift, second time was even worst.No partial refund or anything!

After coming here for 7 years, they scratched up my brand new car. Cops came and said it didn’t show up how it happened on camera. They didn’t wanna let me see the cams but ok. Also, horrible job on this $48 mini “detail”.

First time using the car wash facility, I normally go here for oil changes only. received a 1/2 off coupon so I had my car cleaned which was much needed. i selected the $16 option. they did a great job, then even got up some of the stain that was on my carpet on the driver side from my mechanic... I paid $8.. it rain all this week n my car still looks clean n the windows ate spotless! all i needed to do was clean the around the dash with cleaner.. car looks great

Great customer service and they usually do a pretty good job. However they dropped the ball tremendously today. Apparently they Had problems with the water pressure system and never opened up at 8 a.m. I got there at 8:50 a.m. not realizing what time they actually opened. I assumed from the long line of cars that they opened up at 9. So Im waiting and waiting.Wasnt until 9:10 a.m. that I started to question what the heck was going on. I saw the guys standing around drinking coffee and on their phones and thought that was pretty strange. Stayed in line and called in to the place and was told by the woman that theyre having problems with their water system for the past hour and something and havent been able to get it fixed. I suggested she come out and then at least inform the customers which she was very nice. But still no one ever came out to inform anyone. Its that I took it upon myself to go to all of the cars online and explain to them what was going on. They were pretty pissed off to the no one came out to say anything.Horrible communication for such a great place to get your car washed. So Im keeping them at four stars as not to hurt their rating. But they definitely need to do better with customer service when theres a problem. And I wouldnt have to post this publicly if they at least had a website you can go to on Google and send them your complaint. This place needs to step it up. I know its in Newark but have more respect for the beautiful people of Newark when it comes to running your business.

I don’t see why ppl are complaining here. This is a hand car wash place and of course it’ll be a bit more pricey. But it’s still a bargain. The soap is good and won’t take off your wax like some other places. The undercarriage wash is great for rust prevention. Also try tipping the cleaning men and women outside the car wash every once in a while. In Newark or even close by towns I haven’t yet found a decent car wash than here.

Rude unprofessional lazy staff $30 for a full service( royal flush) in and out wash. Placed my rubber mats back in the car soaking wet didnt clean dash or doors,center console was untouched, water dripping all over car from the outside. And when i asked for a towel so I can do their job for them which I paid for they got upset. Save your money go somewhere else this place is garbage every time I go here its the same story they suck at cleaning the inside of the car. Bunch of lazy people that hate what they do.

I guess a new owner bought this place and now charges $10 extra for crossovers. Not even SUVs a crossover. When pushed on it the staff was very rude. Not only do this they charge extra they actually do a an awful job.I would stay away from here at all cost. They staff is bad ownership bad and there are much better places.Lastly, cheapest car wash where you can get your car vacuumed is $55 if a crossover. Utterly ridiculous!

So Ive been here twice and got the 13 dollar wash and vacuum. The car comes out clean like any other car wash but what Ive noticed twice is that the workers pay little attention to wet spots leaving me to finish the job even on slow days.

My husband has raved about this car wash. He uses the monthly unlimited plan. So I took my BMW there just before taking it to a car dealership to trade it in for a newer car. The guy who greeted me was very friendly. Where I made my BIGGEST mistake was by NOT standing there and watching my car from the beginning to the end of the car wash!!! (Ive never had to do this at any upperscale hand carwash business). The cashier was very friendly too. As I stood waiting for my car to come out of the car wash I noticed the front emblem on my car looked faded. I thought maybe its the wax they put on it and it still needs to be wiped off. I purchased the Full House deal. As the guy drove my car over to finish it I noticed the back emblem looked the same as the front. I started to get nervous about it. As soon as the guys were done I went over and saw that my emblem, especially the back one, was completely jacked up!!! Most of the paint on the emblem was gone! Whatever they put on them must have sat longer on the back emblem to do that much damage. I was so p****d!!! My husband claimed it was from years of wear. However, I look at the emblem when opening my trunk and had opened my trunk 4 times earlier that day between my job and cleaning out the trunk to get ready to trade in the car. Nobody was anywhere near my car that I could point it out to. Instead of going in and causing a scene I left and will never go back.As I was driving away I noticed a few fingerprints on the edges of the windows and when I got home and inspected my tires there was still much dirt on my rims that I finished off myself. This car wash was a complete waste of my time & money...in fact I lost money at this place, just like I would if I went to a real casino. I guess the name has a purpose!!Im glad this experience happened on my 2001 vehicle and not the 2010 that I traded it in for. I will NEVER go back to this place.

Went there today for a carwash. I had a half off coupon. I didnt get half off. $26 bucks minus $7.50 is not half off. The coupon is capped at 10.50 and I didnt even get that. They lost my keys. I was waiting for almost a 20 minutes expecting them to hand them to me. I was trying to be patient. I ended asking two people and they just strugged and kept cleaning cars. I waited an additional 15 before going inside and asking the young woman at the counter. When she came outside she talked to one of the young men I talked to and he dropped his towel and went to my where my keys were instantly. Very frustrating experience. Will not be back
