Horrible legitimately charge you double then any other taxi service . Don’t even keep track of miles or cost as your driving . Ridiculous. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE . Scammers is what they are ! Charged me 60$ to go 10 miles . Insane . Looked it up on Uber and they would of only charged me $20.33

Today was the second time I called them in the afternoon and was told, they have no cars. For a car service, this would mean that you are out of business. However, both times before I was told this, I was asked, Where are you? I was at Newark Penn Station, a major railroad hub in Newark. So either this is an undesirable place for them to pick you up, or you they might as well be out of business if they have no cars to send. Just ridiculous.

Worst taxi company ever! First of all they don’t bother to call when they’re outside and they’re very impatient and rude. My taxi driver was supposedly outside and when I had called to ask where they are they declined my calls and when I called the actual company they kept declining my calls. Most unprofessional taxi company I have used I recommend any other taxi company but this one. If you need a good affordable taxi company call Gold Lincoln !

Terrible service. I would actually give them no stars but that is not an option. I have a concert for my son at his school and I called them to avoid issues with parking. They stated they would send a taxi and after 20+ of wating outside on my porch while it is raining I had to drive myself. I also called numerous times and they hung up or didn’t even answer the phone. I bet their employer would not be happy to know their dispatchers are ignoring calls. This is how you lose clients. I am now stuck in traffic, still have to park and will probably be late to my child’s show. Never get business from me. You should save yourselves the hassle and call Gold Lincoln or Classic Taxi. They will actually show up. This is what I get for trying to save money since they advertise $5 rides within Ironbound.

We received quick and great service. Only one call to them and a taxi came in no more than 5 minutes. The only problem I could find is service can be harder if you dont speak Spanish.

I normally use this service daily. Lately I’ve been having problems with getting a car and the young lady who answers the phone has been rude!! I called for a cab and within a minute or so I get a call saying he was on his way. Then about 10 minutes later the base calls me back saying there’s no cars available. How is that possible?!?! As I’m trying to explain to the girl that someone called me she’s insisting I called another company and not them because no one would call me since she had no cars available. As I was trying to speak she hung up on me! Never have I ever had a problem with them until this week. They have definitely lost a faithful client!

Wow! Im shocked at the receptionist and her customer service abilities. When I was unable to give her the terminal door for the flight she became very tense and was not able to help with a cab! The terminal is one thing but the door that is assigned to the flight?? Amazing.. I called a different cab company and immediately had a cab to take me to the terminal.Customer service starts with a Hello and ends with a thank you.

They d9nt even have a customer service dept or email account for me to send them pictures to show of the drivers attitude and parking skills in a busy neighborhood like Ironbound.

Called saturday over night to complain about a taxi driver and get hanged up on by a rude lady who sounds half awake and can barely speak english. WHO YOU ARE is the extent of her vocabulary. Stopped calling after 4 tries. Worst service ever.

Los que contesta las llamadas son muy mal educadas! Te tratan cono si fueras que está pidiendo que estas y que no vas a pagar por dicho servicio! Muchas veces te dice 5 minutos y el taxi se apareces en 20?!! Lo que hago es llamar 40 minutos antes!!! Realmente no tienen ese protocolo de brindar ese servicio!! Yo lo llamo cuando no hay mas opcion como lo ultimo!!

Wow what a bad service. 0 stars if possible. Ive been waiting for a taxi for 30m. Call 2 times to find out if I was going to arrive or not. The first time he told me he was on his way, then he told me that they still have me on hold. After that I decided to wait 5m and it didnt arrive. Then I contacted another company and they arrived super fast. After Im home, the taxi driver calls me and I try to explain the situation and the woman started yelling at me on the phone. Wow what a disappointment the worst option to order taxis.

Horrible dispachers, disrespectful and they never sent me my cab. Never call that company because you are wasting your time. They hang up when you call to know where your taxi is going. I pass today October 05/2018 at 4:30 p.m. It was 5 oclock and my taxi did not arrive. A super rude, ill-mannered man that I never in my life want to hear again. Call Lincoln Taxi and Ill be here in less than 5 minutes. I dont know how that unpleasant guy has a job. And in the morning a woman answers who is also another rude one, it seems that one asked for free service with the way they answer, no! We pay from our money so that they are talking like we are garbage.

Worst . Please dont waste your money or your time with these people. The receptionists are unpleasant and the drivers are worse. They talk to you like youre trash and hang up the phone when you call to find out where the taxi is going. There is no ethics or professionalism and much less people who know about customer services
