Nice selection of shirts! Large sizes too! Friendly service! Basic was very helpful!

Let me first start by saying I am all for the old school barbershop. Customer service and vulgar behavior is normal. However this place is in the mall...Guys there seem to know there stuff. I know because I waited as 3 people were taken after I got there. So I had an hour to watch. They don’t take appointments but if you are cool with the dudes they get you ahead. I guess I’m not a cool dude.The shop is ten feet from a kids play area and one guy was vaping weed non stop and blasting music children shouldn’t hear. If I was cool guy, I guess I wouldn’t have minded.This barbershop is in a mall not tucked back somewhere like most are. It’s unfortunate that a shop with kids passing by all day are able to do what they do.This review is not based on a haircut because I walked out, it’s based upon a shop acting like fools where children are playing.

Its almost 3pm on a Sunday but they havent had a barber all day. They keep telling everyone that it will be 30mins. I cam back here almost 2hrs later and still nothing. While lie? Just close the damn place. Its not like they have great barbers. And this place has always been flakey. People just come here to get a cut while the wife shops. If not I would never go out of my way to this place. You have a big urban shopper segment just outside your doors but cant even bring them in. They should just put up a regular barbershop and see how how busy the place would be

TL;DR Treat all barbers here with excessive compliments due to severe insecurity issues. CAUTION: They may try to insult you but fear not! That is simply a weak persons way of coping with their insecurities! Love is the answer!One of the barbers here is in a bit of turmoil. He insulted his client for the shorts he wore and presumed his sexuality based on that. Clearly, the barber who served my friend needs some love :)To be a professional and to relegate to insults against a client is quite something! I really hope this particular barber finds love in hopes that he lives his life peacefully :)Just imagine, how low must one be to degrade someone in order to pull themselves up? What fragile character that individual must have! We all have our insecurities and I really hope the best for this barber :)If you come here, please give all the barbers constant reassurance of their worth as they arent capable of creating it themselves :)

I called to make appt. was told no appt system and to call back at 11am as there were NO barbers there yet. Even though they open at 10am. 11am no one answered! Went to there shop. Loud music. As usual they never acknowledge the customer unless it’s someone they know or are a regular. Overheard a barber tell a customer he needs to text the barber he wants in order to make appt! That same barber was talking on his phone while cutting a customers hair! My son and I sat there over an hour. In walks 2 customers and they were waited on BEFORE my son!! One barber was done with a customer and just walked out the door! Suddenly another barber appears from the back and started cutting a child’s hair. Keep in mind NONE of the barbers ever acknowledged us or had the courtesy to atleast say “someone will be right with you”. Or explain how there service works! So we left. We will NEVER go back there again. It’s like a club. If they don’t know you, they won’t acknowledge you. My son used to have a regular barber there, but he works at a different location now. Again...won’t be going there ever again! Horrible service.

What a horrible experience, really avoid coming to this place, I thought it would be different to come to a barbershop and a thousand times you cut better those of 15 dlls,expensive and above the prices they advertise are different from what they charge you. avoid coming to this place that disappointment. maybe if you saw me a little more gettho they will treat me better .... the lady never listen to what I want, I ask for not short and she did short I ask for a different type of barba and she did whatever she wanted. very disappointing. Maybe it was because I was late for my appointment but it was not for treating me like that.

My child was crying in the chair because of the foul language. The barber then proceeded to slap him. I will be suing this place soon. This is unacceptable behavior. On top of that an employee was smoking in the shop. Very unprofessional, will not recommend.

Worst place ever! Not only do they suck at haircuts, they also rob you. I had my card swiped three times because it kept declining but when I looked in my account it showed that it had been removed from my account twice. No wonder I saw them splitting the cash with the rest of the employees. These guys are nothing but thieves, paying cash is recommended. Never again am I coming here.

Terrible, they barely acknowledged that I was there. Than after witing 30 munutes they said that they were booked all day. And than i watched them give haircuts and one barner was using a wax pen and blew the smoke in the man getting the haircuts face. A terrible experience 1/100 would definitely not recommend.

Sorry I had a schedule appointment 330pm the barber saw me talk to me left I waited till 435 no barber wow.

Too much talking no cutting. pausing all the time like antbody cares about your fantasy football

Totally unprofessional place, barber was on the phone texting while cutting my sons hair . Also kept stopping the hair cut to change channels on TV then watched tv. Last time I take my kid here.

Everyone in the shop can cut. Watch bringing your youngsters in here the language can be rough.

Horrible one hour wait just to say your booked for them to pick and choose who they serve, ps only a couple of them can cut

They keep on leaveing others in a chair to talk on a cell phone or buy food while your waiting with half your hair cut they take longer then there suppose to and keeps talking & stoping way to much

I think its safe to say worst haircut of my life id put 0 Stars but Google wont allow it
