I know a lot of people shop around yearly for insurance providers. I have ALWAYS had State Farm and I always will. State Farm has always been there when I needed anything at all (immediate answers about homeowners insurance, help when I had a car accident, advice regarding amount of coverage). They also have a super helpful App for my phone!!!I might also add that Heather Broujos and team are AMAZING. I moved to the lower part of Delaware several years ago but wouldnt even think about changing offices!! Heather allows me to text her personally and always does her best to make sure I have the best coverage at the lowest rates. On a personal note, I also always get a Happy Birthday message :-) I cant say enough about how wonderful State Farm and Heathers office are!!

Heather is the best. I was at a dealership this past Wednesday purchasing a new car and needed a nee insurance card. New to State Farm, only switched due to bundle renters and auto to save $$$. Coming from geico, geico was very much self-service and as a younger person I loved that! I was in control of payment schedule could do almost everything i needed right on the app! Now with State Farm opted to make 2 payment ...Naturally I assume payments would be due every 3 months...i would find out later that large amount only due 30 days apart. When selecting a payment plan future due days should be disclosed to make a better customer experience. Since making the switch thus far I’ve had to sign doc via email, acknowledgment of my limits are compliant with the state of delaware (shouldn’t the agent only sell insurance required by law), send additional documents to prove defensive completion and if not was told will remove discount, all this info sent to me after i paid my whole 6 month premium!!! My work schedule isn’t the best for phone calls or in office visits. So far the switch has been annoying. Let’s hope it’s smooth sailing from now on.
