Just moved in a few months ago and I really enjoy the apartment. This 2 bed 2 bath is beautiful and area is also great. On the other hand, maintenance is horrible, washing mashing needs replacing and Management will do nothing about it. They take forever to replace common area lights and allows the garbage area pile up for days before having a company pickup, including furniture are left out for weeks or months to be disposed off. Office staff need lots of improvement and professionalism. I have to include that my water heater stopped working sent an email with no response, sent text with a questionable response, handyman looked at it, needed parts will return, but was delayed 4 days and still not fixed. This place deserves a 5 star, but Management needs to earn it..

A friend told me about this company and after reading some of the reviews I was skeptical. When I got there the office was nice and the people very friendly. I explained to them that i was from out of town and needed to move immediately. They gave me a list of apartments to choose from and within in a week I was in my apartment. Im happy that I didnt let the reviews deter me or Ill probably still be looking. Anyone looking to move immediately I will definitely recommend them. Amazing team!!!!!

Not a good company to work with for renting any property. Whoever works in the office does not take proper notes regarding tenant complaints and the lack of professionalism is INSANE. You are promised an appointment to have someone come take a look at an issue within the apt. However, when no one shows, you dont even get a courtesy phone call. YOU have to call and the only answer you get is, Oh, we had a guy that was supposed to come out but he didnt show....CLEARLY. But, what does that have to do with a paying tenant?? If you come across this company, run!

Michelle Peters is a broker for this company, completely unprofessional, uncommunicative, and rude. I looked at an apartment in the beginning of this month, I was told a specific price and that heat/water would be included in the rent. I can understand if youre busy, but let me know. Ive been trying for the past two weeks to get the paperwork done and had a deadline on Friday 4 PM which she agreed she would have everything done by. She didnt send in the needed paperwork until last night (Sunday) at 9:30 PM and has the audacity to tell me that I have to sign and send the same day. The lease was incomplete, did not have her or the landlords information filled out and I noticed the rent was raised an extra $25 and I would be paying practically all of the utilities except cold water. When I called her this morning about it she gave me a BS excuse that the owner wants more money, why wasnt notified? As Im trying to figure out why, her rebuttal simply was, if you cant pay that, I have other clients that can. Very sneaky and unethical on her part to try an get more money. I would NOT work with her again or bother referring anyone to this company.

This is the WORST company to go to. I gave an employer $800 deposit on an apartment in March. About 4 days later she told me the apartment was NOT $800, it was $1000. I refused to pay $1000 for a small 1 bedroom that they wanted me to make the living area into a bedroom. She stated she will help me find something else in my price range. 2 weeks later she was telling me that she gave my information/application to another lady renting an apartment on VERMONT in Irvington. Its now the end of April and I still havent heard anything from their employee. I called and called and her phone kept going to VM. As I started worrying I thought why not give the agency a call so they can help me. The RECEPTIONIST was very rude and GHETTO. Then they told me the Apartment she showed me was NOT a listing of theres, that my money was not in there agency and that they couldnt help me. This company dealt with my situation unprofessional and one of the receptionist wanted me to come down their and said she will have me locked up. Please DO NOT give CORNERSTONE REALITY COMPANY your money.

This is one of the worse realtor companies I know, save yourself the hassle. They told me they would have an apartment ready for me Aug15 and when I arrived an unskilled painter was there panting. Once I spoke with Jack he gave me the run around and I was out of 2000 dollars. Please do not ever go to this HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! The houses are substandard I was upset that once I gave my money they were no longer interested in costumer satisfaction. This place lacks communication and you will have to take them to court if you want matters resolved.

This Realty Company is the WORST EVER to Rent from!!!!!!! I called and said I needed a repair and they said ok we’ll get someone out there a whole week went by and No Confirmation or anything so when I sent them an email listing how may times within the Week I called about the issue and left a Message saying if they didn’t send anyone out I was going to take my Rent money and pay a professional to do the repair and guess who called me next day saying “ Hello Ms. Benekin we’ll have someone out on Thursday at 1:00pm is that good for you” smh they are terrible the most unprofessional Realty company I’ve ever dealt with. Run Run far away from this Realty Company these 1 Star Reviews are very much an accurate rating for them if I could give them 0 Stars I would because the 1 Star is too generous if you ask me. This is no exaggeration this really is one of the Worst Realty Companies in the Tri State area.
