The address they sent in the email worked with gps and signage as I neared the lot was helpful so even though it’s a bit off the beaten path, it wasn’t hard to find.They answered all my first time customer questions and shuttled me to the airport fairly quickly, though drop off is a little out of the way it’s tolerable.Upon return I mixed up vans and thought my driver pulled away without me but my actual driver saw me try to flag the van and got out to explain my mix up. He was realt friendly and helpful.The car was dusty from being outside but it was waiting for me at the front of the lot. No issues!

Super easy, quick and efficient great value. No problem hassle free, free valet, car was ready and waiting for us, called for shuttle as our plane arrived an hour early and shuttle was there within 5 minutes. defiantly would highly recommend. only weird thing was we arrived around 4am, had to honk to get attendant to unlock the gate, I thought it was closed, but directions were clear and precise on how to arrive. even sent me email alerts.

My 4th time using this service. I fly out of Newark often and this service makes it easy. As soon as I hit baggage claim, I follow the instructions on the back of my ticket or give them a call and they arrive at the pick up area within 12 minutes usually. I’ve had no issues with my car or transport to the airport. On-line coupons make it even more cost effective and I’m back in BK in 15 minute. 🤸🏿‍♂️

Great service. greeted with a smile and friendly driver. The van was there right away to take us to the airport. We called as soon as we received our luggage and had to wait less than 5 minutes. Very convenient and much cheaper than Long Term Parking at Newark NJ airport.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this parking service. My flight got in very late and I was nervous taking the van back to the lot. The process for pickup was easy. The driver was nice. And my car was waiting in a well lit area for pick up. So much better/safer/quicker than using the economy lots. I will definitely use Park Plus Parking again.

The bus pickup and driver was great. The office staff were efficient, even though my Groupon deal wasn’t completely honored on some fine print I still can’t find it wasn’t much more. I am sure the office people were following there directions since you have no choice. They were quick and completed the transaction very efficiently and got us on our way. This is I believe my 3rd time there and because of this surprise I may go elsewhere which is a shame.

The drivers were very helpful and nice, however the customer service on the phone was not tactful or nice at all. Also, there was a lot of ambiguity when it came to arriving after our flight. No one told us where to go to get our car or where to wait. When we asked one of the attendants they themselves sounded unsure of what to say. It seems to me like they just need to train their associates on customer service.

This is one of the nicest off-airport parking facilities at Newark Airport. Friendly staff, easy in, ride to the terminal and then pick-up and back. Drivers are helpful with luggage, office staff is efficient. And their vans to/from the airport are very comfortable. We always use them when we leave our car at the airport.

I parked at Newark Park Plus last weekend while traveling and had a very nice experience! Upon arrival they took charge of parking my car and I had a prompt shuttle right to my terminal. When I returned, it only took about 10 minutes for a shuttle to come after I called their driver. Pricing was reasonable and service was good! I will definitely park here again!

Great experience. No problems w anything.. Instructions are thorough and easy to follow. Staff was pleasant. Prizes are cheapest. Dont get turned off by super discreet, hidden, in the cut locations.

This place is good for the money. I’ve used them about a dozen times. You just have to be prepared to wait a good 15-20 minutes when you get outside to get picked up to go back to their lot.

I experienced quick drop off service when I arrived at around 6:15 am on a Friday and quick pick up service when I arrived back on a Sunday at around 5:45 pm. The staff was professional and courteous. My only suggestion is to review the Bessemer location on Google Maps before going. Look carefully for the green Bessemer Street sign just before entering the circle and bear right.

Very organized company. From making the booking to picking up our car, everything went smoothly. Professional and friendly staff as well. Our car was brought to the checkout location before we even arrived at the park upon our return. The best part, our estimate was the exact amount we owed and there were no hidden costs. When we travel from Newark again, we WILL return.

My family has been parking here for years when going on vacation. We have never had problems with Park Plus. Sometimes, it takes a few extra minutes to get back from the airport, but not a serious complaint. Staff is courteous and car is always the way I left it when I pick it up.

We have used Park Plus several times now and highly recommend. We never have had any issues with the drop off or pickup. The drop off and pickup both have been quick. We like their customer service too.

Convenient, fast, professional, and I will use them again for my Newark parking needs. Please do bring cash to tip. I am so sorry that I did not have cash and there is no ATM. The parking company I use in Philly allows you to tip when you pay and it is divided amongst the people that assisited you... that is NOT the case here. I WILL double them up next time, they deserve it.

Service was great! Car was ready for us after shuttle picked us up, no damage to vehicle and was ready to go, only reason for 4/5 and not 5/5 is parking lot is based on day not time so even though we had a 0500 pick up of vehicle we were charged for the entire day... so just be aware of this before scheduling. Would definitely use them again

The most important part of any of these places, to me, is prompt drop off and pick up at the terminal. This facility delivered on both counts. Check in and out was also very efficient. Would recommend it.

I always use Park Plus when I am flying from Newark. The drop off is simple. Pull in, they load your bags in the van, and you are off. The pick is simple and painless as well. Once you get your bags you call, they pick you up, and drop you off to your car which is waiting. I’ve never had to wait more then 5 minutes from calling to getting into the van and being dropped off at my car. Excellent customer service and professional courteous drivers.

We used Park Plus the last time we flew out of Newark, and it was a great experience. We dropped off our vehicle, they shuttled us to the correct terminal, and we when we returned, we called, them and they showed up shortly to pick us up, when we got back to the parking place, our vehicle was there, all ready for us to load up and leave. They have a good rate, much better than the airport long term parking, and this is also valet service.

I was at the pickup location for the Park Plus airport shuttle at 7:30pm on a Thursday. I did NOT call ahead but only waited 5 minutes before a shuttle showed up. The driver was courteous and loaded my bag into the vehicle. It was a shorter ride to the lot that it normally takes me to ride the air train to rental car locations that are inside the airport complex. When I got there I went into the office and had my receipt but not the official ticket that my wife received when she checked-in the car. That was not a problem since I was able to furnish my passport as a valid ID. Since I didnt call ahead, my car was not ready or warmed up, but the attendant retrieved my car by the time I finished paying and left the office. All-in-all a smooth experience on a cold rainy night in Newark. And since the cost was $8/day plus fees of $4/day, I would use Park Plus again if the opportunity arises.

Location is close to the airport. Signage inside the entrance did not disclose the office is 300 feet around a hidden drive. Shuttle to the airport was quick. Pickup from gate C arrival took 15 minutes. Our flight was several hours late and there was no extra charge in addition to the reservation. Service was very friendly. I will use them again.

Have used this service several times and it’s great. Longest wait for a shuttle has been maybe 7 minutes. When you arrive back they have your car pulled up and ready. Can’t beat the pricing, drivers are friendly and very helpful with luggage. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience using Park Plus and it was excellent, from the moment I dropped off my vehicle till I picked it up a week later. Service was timely, drivers were pleasant, I had almost no wait for pick-up at the airport, and my car was pulled out and waiting for me upon my return. I will definitely park here again.

Quick ride to terminal from the parking lot. When our return flight arrived at Newark airport and we claimed our luggage, we called to get picked up. We exited the airport and by the time we walked to the pickup location, The Airport Park Plus van was driving up. Excellent experience.

Parking Plus is top shelf - service is great, vehicle is always ready and the airport limo, clean and punctual. Staff is awesome. Easy access to parking lot and easy directions for pick-up at airport terminal.

Convenient valet parking area close to Newark Airport and nearby hotels. Check in, pick up and checkout were efficient. Had a deflated tire at pickup and they brought out a compressor and had me in my way in minutes.

Drop off with a reservation was quick and efficient. I was taken right to my terminal and shown where to go upon return. Upon return I called once I was at the pick up site and was picked up shortly afterwards. Got my car and paid my bill in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely use again.

Everyone was kind and courteous... Trying to get in and parking, not exactly sure what to do, we parked our own car, a little frustrating, Then calling last night to get a ride home was an issue. The phone number just rang and rang, no answer. When a driver did arrive, thank goodness, our car was not ready when we got back to the yard. Not sure if I will use them again.

Very good service although I found the pick up spot in the airport a little confusing. I was also surprised that they didn’t have change for cash so I had to use a credit card. But, that is minor to me. Whats important is that my car was ready for pickup. I like the fact that you just leave your car there and they will park it for you. The bus was there already.

Dropped my car off with them and they did a full inspection to make sure the car I got back was in the same shape. Excellent service from taking my reservation to dropping me off and picking me up at the airport.The driver even double checked that my car would be there when I arrived from the airport to pick it up.

This was my first time. Instructions on web site are not that clear, so I went to wrong entrance when dropping off, and I didnt know process to retrieve my car when I got off the shuttle for pick up. Someone pointing us where to go would help, especially since it was my first time using your company. Otherwise staff was great, friendly, professional and there were no problems w/ my car.

I have parked at Park Plus many times for the past 5 years. I travel for a living. About 4 months ago I got back from a trip to pay and pickup my car and the balance I was told I owe was twice what I had printed out from the website. My husband felt it was a bait and switch but I thought it was a mistake. On this last trip a few days ago...it happened again. I made my reservation through the website and was quoted twice as much when I went to pick up the car. This is unacceptable to me. If there is a glitch in the website fix it...better yet you should honor the price I have from YOUR website! I will not be parking there again. There was no customer service to this problem. No honoring the price I was quoted on their website...and paid a $10 down payment. And of course I have to pay what they say so I can get my car back. I should have not parked there after the first time this happened...now it won’t happen again...lots of other parking options.

Driver was good both trips, however I had to wait a pretty long time at the airport for a shuttle pick-up.car was as I left it, no complaints. It would be helpful if they had a more timely response to calls for pickup.

The facility is very close to the airport eliminating traffic issues. The check in was painless. the Attendant was ready as we drove in to take the car off our hands. We were transported very shortly to the airport. When we returned after a delayed flight and in wee hours of the morning, we were afraid the shuttle wont come for a long time. But the shuttle was waiting for us at the baggage claim with a smiling driver. Our car was ready and waiting at the parking lot as the shuttle pulled in. After a short quick transaction for the delayed pick up payment, we were on our way home.We were very happy with the services.

It was a little confusing following google maps directions but there are huge signs pointing the way to get me there in ease. Staff super friendly and I was met directly upon arrival and the shuttle was there waiting, it couldn’t have been easier! A very pleasant experience and I will certainly park there again!

Very professional and close to the airport. They were quick to pick me up upon arrival back in Newark. This was a much better experience than I have had in the past with similar companies/lots.

I did not give 1 star because I have used Park Plus before with no issues. This past time however was so bad, it truly will impact my desire to use them again.Park Plus has been utilizing Groupon and other discount programs to bolster usage. This has apparently lowered their standards in service and capabilities. The shuttle buses have grown tired and do not run nearly as frequent as their competitors.On this trip, we stood at the pick up location at Terminal A for over an hour, we watched no fewer than 8 shuttles from each of their competitors go by without ONE Park Plus bus. When we did get our bus, the driver told us that he was the only one working and he had just started for the day (8am). Which meant the person answering the phone lied to us saying the bus was on its way.Until Park Plus cleans up their act, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There simply are too many lots in the area to put up with sub-par service.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful with our luggage. When I arrived at the airport, I called Park Plus and when I arrived at the lot, my car had already parked it front. Nice service! Dont forget to give the workers a tip...

We were very pleased with this service. We fly out of Newark a few times a year and always use a parking area outside airport. We especially liked this place and will definitely use them again. They were fast, professional and courteous. The big perk was valet parking...made drop off and pick up so convenient.

First time using Park Plus. Making the reservation was very easy and the directions were on point. My issue is I selected the RT 1-9 location and when I got there it was locked. I called the office and was told to go over to the Bessemer location. Thank goodness for my GPS. Im not familiar with NJ and didnt want to get turned around and miss my flight. Other than that I would recommend them!

There were so many hidden fees. I prepaid and was charged an additional $42 at check out on a 4 day trip. They said I had an oversized vehicle (F150) in an outdoor lot.

When returning to pick up my vehicle after 5 days away its always great to be greeted by a rude staff member when paying your balance. Then to see your vehicle covered in berries and bird feces that really makes you feel like a valued customer. When complaining to staff about it the staff tells you that there is nothing they could do. Great answer, how about at least rinse the vehicle off? After using Park Plus for years Parking Spot has got a new customer.

I’ve been using this service for years. The drop off times are still great but my last few pickups have been a bit longer. I like the convenience of the location and the price. Hopefully this improves.

We specifically have used Park Plus in the past because of the valet service offered - with two little kids, strollers, car seats and suitcases it is well worth the extra fee. So, I made my usual reservation only to arrive and be told they no longer offer the valet service. Despite it still being offered on their website, and a huge banner over the main office listing it as an available service. There are so many options in the Newark Airport area, might as well find a parking service that meets my needs.

Very convenient location, friendly staff. Just keep in mind that you have to call or text when going back to pick up the car. Being from outside USA, without cell phone services, we waved at the shuttle driver and he stopped for us. I would definitely use Park Plus again.

Fast and simple. The location was a bit hidden but the service was good. After arriving at the parking lot, I showed my reservation number and hopped right on the shuttle. No need to stop by the office for any paperwork. On the return trip, my car was already waiting for me when the shuttle dropped me at the office to complete the payment.

The shuttle and the location is in a good spot. However the first driver was rude, he flat out pointed at his hand and said “Yo where is my tip, I’m suppose to get a tip”Meanwhile I placed my own bags in the shuttle and took them out myself. All he did was open the door. I felt it was very unprofessional.But going back after my trip, the driver was great and had manners.When picking up my key, the same guy I have a complaint about was eating a sandwich at the front desk and when I approached him he pointed with his sandwich the next register to go to with a full mouth of food just dropping out his mouth. My exp with that particular man wasn’t good for the company image

When we got to the lot at 4 AM, a smiling staff member was ready to get us checked in and the shuttle got us to the airport immediately. The lot is very close to the airport so we were there in a couple of minutes. On the way home the shuttle was ready for us and helped make our trip home (which was delayed by an airline issue) much more pleasant. We were on our way quickly. When we need to park at the airport, we ALWAYS use Park Plus. They are friendly, efficient, and just great.

Experience has been consistently good.Upon arrival, minimal time is spent waiting to be taken to terminal.On return, a maximum wait of about 15 minutes has been encountered waiting for the shuttle with the car ready to go upon arrival back at the Park Plus facility.

I am very happy that I discovered Park Plus. Used them several times for JFK parking and just used them for the first time for Newark Int’l. They are quick, reliable, convenient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I had opportunity to use Park Plas few days ago, and I have to say they’re very well organized company.I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who is traveling from Newark airport.My full size work cargo van stayed over there for eleven days without any damage.Just be patient and listen to their directions, and make sure that you remember you’re ticket number, best thing is to snap pics of your ticket.Feel safe to trust this company.Well done folks!See you next time.

Fast, friendly and easy. Definitely a good Groupon deal. The only issue is that you should not use the address to GPS as it may take you in circles. It is best to use the written directions or call for clarification.

Everyone is so pleasant! All you have to do reserve ahead of trip, drive there, they unload car and your off to airport! Coming home is just as easy, drop off at car and they load luggage right in car! They are the best! $ is right!

The parking experience was smooth as silk. Dropped off my car and they transported us to our terminal. When we returned they picked us up and had my car already lined up ready to go! Always a pleasure to park my car with them!

Park plus was easy to find with GPS. Attendants were friendly and helpful upon arrival. When we returned from vacation, we waited quite a while for shuttle to get us at airport. But once they arrived, the attendant was helpful and friendly and got us quickly to our car. We would use Park Plus again.

Its a little confusing to find the place upon entering (gotta drive ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK, towards the left after the car wash). However, after finding the place, its very easy, folks were friendly and its really convenient to the airport. The way out is much easier than the way in, making that trip home so much better after a long flight.

I arrived early and they were able to get me on the shuttle to the airport right away. The drivers were very personable and even entertaining as they brought us to the airport. I loved that I did not have to carry around my keys and the had my car in a secure lot for tgec2 days. They brought my car to where I was dropped off so that I could get right on the road after I paid. I will use this company again should I ever need to fly out of Newark.

My experience here is always wonderful.. I reserve online, pay the tax & any extra days when I return. Their service is top notch. My car is ready and waiting, once their courteous drivers bring us back from the terminal. Just texted my ticket number & location. Dispatched even checked to be sure we were picked up promptly & this was important to me traveling with my whole family of seven.

Overall it was ok for the price. Drop off was hectic and a long line waiting to get in even though we had reservations ahead of time. Pickup at the airport once we arrived was about 15 minute wait from the time we called, not terrible. My car was out and ready to go when we arrived. We always used this place because we loved the “Drop up and pick up “ extra service features that are no longer available.

I have consistently used Park Plus for about 6 years but I am done.Yesterday (New Years), I had to wait over 45 minutes for the shuttle and the airport was not busy. At about 25 minutes into the wait, I watched as the Park Plus shuttle flew by the Terminal C stop without slowing down - there were at least 3 people waiting at the stop. The shuttle driver that finally picked me up was apologetic and said the driver claimed that no one was at the stop.The five people that were sitting in the Park Plus office looking bored could not have cared less.The Parking Spot seems to have much more activity - not sure about their pricing, but there were at least 6 shuttles in the 45 minutes I had to wait so I will go there on my next trip.

Left my car for a one week overseas trip and was taken immediately to Newark Airport in my own car. When I got home I called from the airport and my car was there within 10 minutes. We have used this facility for several years now. Each time I drop off the car, the employee taking in the car is always pleasant. The drivers to and from the airport are always kind and engage with the passengers. One downfall is the person answering the phone when arriving back to get picked up. I get we come home at midnight, however if you are not a late night/early morning person you should not be there. Thats my one and only gripe.

I drove to lot and got driven to the airport quickly. When I arrived from my I called to get the shuttle bus and it quickly arrived and when I got to the lot my car was already in front and I left quickly. Great service!!!

The experience was easy from beginning to end. It took about 15 minutes from when we dropped off our car to get to the airport. The same was true for when we arrived. Our car was ready to go by the time we got back from the airport. Both of our flights arrived and departed well before 6AM. I will definitely use this service again. Very easy drive into parking area. You get your bags out of your car and they take your car and give you a claim ticket. Returning to the airport and getting picked up was easy and quick.Would definitely use them again.

Great experience, always use Park Plus on Bessemer. Just wish they had cash in their office. Tried to pay my balance with cash, which would have also given me change to tip my driver. Unfortunately they had no cash and I had to use a credit card. I typically wouldnt care, but I specifically told the driver to wait while I got change for the tip. Felt like a jerk telling him I had nothing because his office had no cash.

We have used parking pass numerous times and usually things are good but the last two times we’ve used them we’ve had to wait 45 minutes just to get picked up at the airport and this last time the driver drove right by us and didn’t even look even though we had called specifically and were told he was coming to get us. Having to wait for them to send another driver 20 minutes later after a nine hour flight Is not what I pay them to do. Just drop us off and pick us up on time is all I asked and if they can’t do that why bother using them. Probably going to use someone else figuring it can’t get worse than that .

Location a little remote but Google directions took us right to the site.We were served right away and the bus took us directly to the terminal.On our return, we called from baggage claim and the drive arrived right when we got to the pick up place.Car was right out in front when we got to the site.Will probably use this facility again for my next trip.

I made a reservation online with Park Plus because it was close to Newark airport. Booking was very easy and straight forward. Check in on arrival only took about a minute and the shuttle immediately drove us to the gate, but we arrived at 4am so it wasnt very busy. After our trip, I called to have the shuttle pick us up and not even 5 minutes later I saw the van pull out and drive away while we were approaching. Since this shuttle left we had to wait 15 minutes for the next one. Not a huge deal but it would have been 5 stars if the first driver would have waited another minute. The drivers we did get were very friendly. Our car was ready when we arrived and settling our bill was very quick. I would and probably will use Park Plus again - quick and easy service.

I am always a little questionable about the off-site airport parking but this location worked perfectly for my family. There was a little hold up when we first arrived but luckily we built in extra time so we were fine. When we arrived back at Newark airport we were picked up within minutes of calling which probably got us to our car just as quick as if we had to walk or take the airtrain! Will definitely use again!
