Ive had my LV Wood Hakwood flooring for 10 years now, and it is by far the best purchase and investment we made in our home. It looks as beautiful now as it did when it was installed. Im so happy we worked with LV Wood, my only reason for 4 stars is that I was not using a designer at the time and found the process a little confusing, wish LV had been a little more user friendly otherwise, no complaints.

Worst Experience, when BC (sales person) tried to push us into purchasing the more expensive type of engineered wood, we should have left and never signed the contract. They promised dates when we would receive samples and kept changing them. They delayed our construction on our apartment by months. We kept telling them that they did not give us the coloring that we wanted and every few weeks when they would send us a new sample, it was wrong. We finally had to accept delivery on sub-par merchandise for a lot of money. See photos. Would never recommend. Ever.

As a design professional I can not say enough about my experience with this company. When I walked into the showroom, I received wonderful, no pressure service that was informative & relaxed. Since I did not identify myself as a designer, I can only assume that no preferential treatment was in play & that this is how they approach their customers.The LV WOOD flooring product is superior, with beautiful & unique options in different price categories.The delivery was on time with good communication & a small delivery window.Often the true test of a company is when a problem arises & how it is resolved. In my case, the problem was dealt with graciously & extremely fairly & served to solidify both my clients, the contractors & my opinion of LV WOOD as the 1st rate company it is.The floor is beautiful & my client is extremely pleased, as am I, with the entire experience.

I have owned three homes and worked in construction/real estate for 15 years. This is one of the most customized flooring display I have seen. If you are not looking for some boring same old off the shelf wood flooring design then LV Wood is the place for you. The salespeople are very nice, helpful and informative.

I just called to ask if they sell wood veneer. And the lady just hang up on me. Never gonna go there for sure. The custom service is horrible.

As a design professional, LV Wood Floors is usually my first choice when Im specifying a wood floor. They have a great selection of beautiful woods and a very helpful staff.
