Mark Livak of Restoration Watches is a qualified and honest watch technician. He conducted a watch restoration of my fathers Rolex from 1971. I found Marks New York shop through the web. He took about 15 days to return the watch to me in an unrecognizable almost new state. I am impressed with the quality of his work and with his honest and kind treatment to his clients. I would recommend him gladly to any client from all over the world who visits NYC for business or pleasure. I will sure visit him again for another watch repair or simply to visit. He is truly a nice guy!

I took my vintage Patek Philippe to Mark for repair after researching local watch repair near me on the Internet. When I walked into his shop I knew I was in the right place. Everything about the shop is neat, clean, and orderly. He is a confident, competent expert in his field and is also friendly and will spend time discussing your watch with you. He repaired my watch for a reasonable cost and returned it to me as scheduled. My fifty year-old treasure year came back to me in beautiful condition and working perfectly.
