They charged my card twice and wouldnt fix it, am now having to dispute with my credit card

They charge for additional 30 minutes when Im 1 minute late to pick up the car, which never happens in any other garage in Manhattan. Moreover this 1 minute was due to themselves. The staff kept running around and ignored me, so I waited for a few minutes to finally talk to them. Moreover, I used spot hero when I first came here, and they said I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the starting time in spot hero. I said then I can cancel my spot hero reservation and only use their general reservation system. Then the staff looked quite disappointed because he could no longer make me unhappy. Thats really disgusting.

It’s a great parking garage and every one that works here is so nice and helpful! Couldn’t see myself parking elsewhere in this area.

Easy to goNoisy

Very noisy and way to much construction. But the most amazing doormen and maintenance crew make it worth it.
