The drop off and pick up process was bad, other customers were having problems picking up their cars as well. They also close at 5:30 even though their sign says 24 hours. Choose a different parking garage!

Drop off experience was not acceptable. Waited in a line of cars out to the street (and actually blocking traffic) for an attendant. Eventually had to leave the car on the ramp. Pick-up was fine, but did not make up for the front-end experience.

Very unprofessional staff. My driver side mirror was damaged at the lot and when I brought it to the morning managers attention he offensively denies causing the damage even though I didnt personally accuse him of causing damage. I just wanted him to retract my mirrors so an accident like this wouldnt occur again. I didnt feel the need to get anyone in trouble, especially being around the holidays and were still in a pandemic. I park here daily because the lot is adjacent to the building that I work in. Yesterday evening upon pick up of my vehicle I noticed that most of my vehicle settings were changed, the radio station, temp settings, passenger seat setting, windows on auto lock ect... I asked manager this morning to please do not change settings in my vehicle and he immediately jumps on the defensive and raises his voice to me and calls me a liar in the presence of other customers. Very embarrassing. The other parking attendants assured me that my car will be ok, but the manager there clearly has tempermental issues and the SP+Parking co. should look into his mental health stability before it gets way out of hand.

The hotel we stayed at nearby had a discount rate for this garage and so we used it to park for 24 hours. The price was fair and the location in proximity to the hotel was fantastic. However, after picking up my brand new Audi (only two months old) and driving home, I noticed that one of my speakers was blown and rattling. Went into my sound settings and to my surprise both the bass and subwoofer were cranked all the way up. I certainly did not have it set like this when I dropped it off the day prior.With such a blatant disrespect for personal property, I would highly advise against leaving your vehicle here.

What a nightmare experience. DO NOT book a reservation at this extremely mis-managed garage. Paid $85 several days in advance to book a “reserved” spot only to be told upon arrival by the parking attendant that they were full and my reservation meant nothing. So much for the reserved spot. (Had Used the Spot Hero app). He said I would have to use their other garage and he gave me directions that led me to one way streets the wrong way. Either he wasn’t familiar with the streets or he was just looking to get rid of us. Never found the other garage and after wasting a half hour made it back to the garage where I was booked and only after demanding to see the manager for a refund did they accommodate me and park my vehicle. Amazing, Now all of a sudden they suddenly had available spots. We were a party of seven with young children and chose this location for the walking convenience that it was to our event, which they almost made us late for. Extremely unprofessional staff. Typical New York City experience. Then when they know they screwed up they start talking in their foreign language and try to get rid of you by directing you to some fictitious location knowing that you’ll get lost or stuck in traffic somewhere, just to get rid of you. What a joke establishment !!!

I went for a biospy. Doctors are well known in this place it is nice and clean and from the secretary to the nurses there everyone was nice and pleasent. And timing was fast and professional..

Purchased parking in advance to ensure it would not be an issue the day I would be in NYC with my family. We arrived at the garage at our entry time of 1pm we were scheduled to see a show at 2pm. After waiting in a line of cars for 30 minutes, while a parade of cars were exiting the garage I finally had enough. I walked down the ramp to see if I could get answers to what the hold up was. It was extremely clear the garage was being mismanaged. I ask to speak with a manager which when I finally was able to he was rude and walked away from me when I asked what the hold up was. Clearly he could not communicate with a patron of the garage let alone his employees. He told me they were busy and yet no cars entering the garage were being taken care of. When I stayed at the booth and kept asking him questions repeatedly he another 10 mins passed. I finally got help after having to keep asking other employees to help me. We literally made it to our show with 5 minutes to spare from the 2 minute walk we had. I will never use this company again for parking anywhere! If I had not prepaid I would have went to another garage nearby the manager on duty in 11/11 around 1pm was the most incompetent man I had ever encountered. When we returned to pick the car he could not find the car or the keys and kept us waiting another 20 minutes. My family finally walked around and located our car. I feel this was done out of spitefulness because of what occurred earlier

It’s important people check the ratings of parking places in New York City since there are so many! Central Parking System is a horrible place that doesn’t keep their word at all. We went to this parking place and asked for an Early Bird special at 7:15am. After hours of being in the parking garage they decided not honor it. They made up a time and said that 7:30-9:30 is an early bird special. There are no signs listed at all in the parking garage. Complete garbage of a place and horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!

Pre-paid online. Arrived and the address posted outside was not the address on the receipt. New signage or something but it was indeed the correct lot. The guy took my print out receipt and gave it back to me with a ticket stub and walked away. I asked if that was it to which Im still waiting on a reply. So coming to pick up the car, they tried bringing me the wrong car telling me thats the car on my receipt. Mind you, they took both my online receipt and the ticket stub they issued me when I went to retrieve the car from the man in the booth. The valet attendant was of no use because he of course was going based on the information on what he was given from that man in the booth. So after attitude and of course me inconveniencing their lives, they brought me the correct car. Its not that hard.

Perhaps one of the worst garages in midtown. Understaffed, slow-moving staff, accept too many cars such that entry and exit is very challenging. Lines persist to both have car checked in and to retrieve car. Today, not during event hours, took 10 minutes to drop car, then 12 minutes to pay for parking and then another 10 for car to be retrieved. Customers have no walkway or elevator--they have to share a steep driveway with moving cars. Not safe at all. Would never use this garage again.

All the other negative reviews are right. The organization is nonexistent and it is astounding how poorly they operate. Do yourself a favor and avoid this garage if you can. You will be losing a lot of time and sanity otherwise.

Took an hour to get our car because they over parked the garage. There was no order to the situation and people had to start finding their own cars only to have to wait for them to move the cars that were blocking them in.

This place is the worse parking garage in NYC. The disorganization is beyond explanation. The wait dropping the car off made us a half hour late to the show and upon pick up one of the guys just set our ticket aside and just forgot about us. We waited patiently for 45 minutes until I realized that everyone that had arrived with us and after us had left. We were will NEVER be parking here again. The nanagement needs to go. Shame on central parking for running this place in such central location the way they do!

This places is a rip off. They charged me $70.00 for 2 hours as an event rate. Event rates are not posted. They also charged me an SUV RATE which my car was not. Avoid this parking garage at all costs. No one is willing to help you nor do they speak English.

Same as guy below. Brought my car in and went to get it & passenger & drivers side door dented in!Same thing, manager claimed he understood and took report, then just got a denial from claim guy statin pre-existing damage. It was a brand new car!!!AVOID!

The guys told us it would be 16$ to park & go see the show Wicked, when we got back, the guys that told us the 16$ were not there anymore, it was all new workers that claimed the parking was a flat rate 60$ and WOULD NOT give us back the keys to the car even though we clearly told them the others had said 16$... There is a huge difference between the 16$ that the guy told us and the 60$ these thiefs had us paid! AVOID THIS PARKING AT ALL COST!

Parked for just over an hour late afternoon. Previously I put my GPS in the trunk. Tipped the guy $1. When I retreived my car they took the coupon I printed earlier & my car was close w/ the GPS still in the trunk.

This garage damaged my vehicle. Took them 2 hours to finally give me an incident report of the damage... I’ve called about 30 times and the manager never sent the report to the headquarters and we are still waiting to get this resolved!!! We will file a complaint with consumer affairs!

It took me 3 hours in the garage to get my car.Mismanaged and lack of staff. Car were parked in driveway, none of staff member moved the car for easy access.I should rate NO star but this site is not allowing me.
