Horrible experience. Will never park here again. Be aware!!! Huge scam.

Don’t read the reviews that say they are very unprofessional. Don’t know what these reviewers are expecting, white glove service at a five star hotel? This is a parking garage, they park your car and they give it back to you, what do they want to shoeshine also? These guys are really nice I use them once a week when I go to 42nd St. for business meetings.They are efficient and quick, that’s all you need from the parking garage attendant.

I came here for there cheap price as the sign outside says $8.45 for an half hour. I was there for 38 minutes and had to pay for an hour, but when asking what my total is which I thought would be $ 16.90 they said my total is $44, Because I have a SUV. When I wanted to start asking why its so much money the guy said this is the price for an SUV and kicked me out. They were also very uncareful with my car.

Do not park here- i reserved a spot on spot hero, got there and began to pull in and the attendant started screaming at me saying they were all full. I told them i had a reservation and he said “well cancel it you can’t come in here” very rudely. Had to find another garage which made me late for work. I would have been fine with the guy telling me the lot is full but screaming at me and acting like i was in the wrong was very unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Refused to accept my spot hero reservation, verbally abused me, and then abused my car. Atrocious behavior and customer service. Highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend parking elsewhere.

Very unprofessional at this location. I was attempting to leave after they got my car and another two cars were coming down the ramp. I was backing up to give one room to pull to the side when one of their workers started yelling at me that I had enough space to go. There were no other cars or anything behind me but he made it seem like I was going to take out the support beam or something. He even called me stupid and I’m pretty used a racial slur. It’s a shame I won’t be going there again because they were actually really quick with getting my car.

Quick service, and a great deal if parking on the weekends 12 hours for $14 on Parkwhiz.

Dont risk your day by entering this parking they will rip you off with no guilty feelings, and you dont have an opinion or the rights to ask them a question about a charge

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE. Second time Ive used this lot, one in my friends car and one in mine. Had items stolen from the vehicle each time. (A watch and an EZ Pass). Go else where.

All the staff are so nice and great service.
