I drive a large lifted truck, and their high clearance garage was a perfect fit! The only draw back is that youre keys must be left with the parking attendant.

Parked here for first te today.. ce at three pm to get my car.. found my glove box open.. keys movedy personal stuff moved.. and my GPS gone.. I tried to talk to attending and he gave me attitude and walked away..

TERRIBLE! If I can choose 0 stars I would. I parked my car for two hours and there was only one worker in the booth and another worker running tirelessly trying to accommodate everyone. Being understaffed didnt seem like a problem at first until I was overcharged on my card. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The man behind the booth told me his name was Cesar and he had no idea on how to help me. I called the beginning of this week with a response of we are looking into it and yet nothing has changed.

The staff was very nice & the price was very affordable.

This is the worst place to park in nyc. They move your seat, play with your radio, and go through your center console/glove box and the attendants towards the late afternoon have the worst attitudes and overcharge you.

Lied on the price. Doubled their prices when i went back take the car. It was much more expensive than on the sign. They damage your car. Horrible service the guy was sleeping...talk about safety.... avoid at all costs!

Very overpriced for the area. Paid $65 for three hours. Staff is nice but there are much cheaper alternatives in the area.
