Lovely staff, I would give it 5 stars but I got charged twice for one day and it wasnt worth my time to go back for a refund.

Two stars for the attendant when I checked out. He was great. No stars for the attendant when I checked in. He took someone ahead of me, who came in five minutes after me. A male. I nicely commented and was told to wait. That didnt sit well with me, especially in the day of Womens world cup Soccer team Parade. I reminded the attendant and the person he took ahead of me - USA equal pay! Why? Because this was the third time in two months that parking lot attendants took men ahead of women although the women wete there first. Not good business.

Fast service & nice staff. We pre-bought online, it was easy and we got a great price to park by Radio City Music Hall.

July 30th at 00:30. Very very bad experience ! The person working there barely answering the question after asking to extend for another 48h. Welcomed with an angry face and que paso.Took my car and brought it to the parking next door

They don’t respect reservations.They don’t respect single mothers, who also happens to be a professional athlete.Don’t waste your time. They have no respect, to female drivers especially.
