I am currently a student at NYU and hired Central Park Tutors for assistance with accounting. My tutor was friendly but extremely unprofessional. She spent the entirety of our session on the phone. She was either texting or googling the answers (you choose which is worse). In addition to her being on the phone, she incorrectly advised me on how to solve equations.To add to my disappointment, Central Park Tutors has billed me incorrectly for the session. The tutor was at my apartment for approximately 60 - 70 minutes at the most, yet, CPT billed me for .7x the appropriate amount.I have reached out to Michael at CPT several times and have not received a call back or response to an email. I would highly advice finding another tutoring company.

Central Park Tutors was excellent. We used them for our son’s Middle School G&T test. Everyone was very well-organized, professional, and responsive. They assigned us a tutor who was smart, prepared, and seemed to genuinely enjoy teaching. Our son was engaged and motivated by the class – and yes, he did well on the test and got in.

Great service - very accommodating, friendly, honest and professional.My child had a tutor for the G&T test. Upon initial evaluation, they called to tell me his score was low and they werent sure if he would do so well considering the amount of time we had for tutoring. I was quite impressed at this as I feel many companies would not share that information in fear of losing a sale. I decided to move forward and my child ended up scoring a 95! Highly recommended.

I have tutored for many tutoring companies over the years, but none of them were as professional and genuinely invested in their students as Central Park. Not only do they treat their tutors with the utmost respect, but they have a very tailored approach to each student as an individual. I cannot recommend Central Park Tutors enough!!

I called Central Park Tutors a couple of years because I was concerned that my daughter wasnt fully understanding her math instruction at school. CPT quickly found us a great tutor who was a perfect fit for my daughters learning style. The following school year I asked them if our tutor could also help my younger child master reading skills. Our tutor successfully worked with our second child who is now a strong reader. We have been very fortunate over the past two years to have a great tutor who is flexible, highly skilled at teaching and working with children. Most importantly both my kids enjoy school and love learning.
