They mess up and you pay the price! 💯💯💯 awful

I AM VERY GRATEFUL ON EVERYTHING WE R ALL GOING THRU, DAT I WENT IN PERSON 2 DA H.R.A. @ RYDER BX @10AM & I WAZ TAKEN CARED OF VERY QUICKLY & VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF LOOKED IN 2 MY SITUATION & HANDLED IT 2 DA UPMOZT 4 ME!!!!I WRNT ON THURSDAY & SATURDAY 5AM MY SITUATION WAZ GRANTED.THANK U ALL 4 YOUR HELP.

I cannot fathom anyone having complaints about this place. These people do their job. They are treated less than human, by people who need them, on a day to day basis. I have never had a single bad experience. You want a pleasant experience? Go in with a smile on your face and tell your worker good morning. Be prepared. And get their early.

Never had a issue with them however, if u go with an attitude u will receive one!!! I just wish they would answer the phone just once lol!

They move so slow when they call you but be quick to on lunch and take they sweet to come back and some of them act like they don’t like they job and don’t wanna help

Listen don’t even come in here today. Their system is down so you have to wait hours for something as simple as replacing and printing your card. The employees are telling us to call Albany and complain??? Like what? Make sure your system is updated so it wouldn’t be shutting down in the first place! So annoying!

I caught a viral infection breathing in the dust and dirt in one location. Most of the locations ive been to are really dusty and nasty.

Would be wonderful if they still stayed opened until 7:30 its a shame that they close at 5pm like welfare closes at pm people should still be able to get this cards after leaving welfare but overall the staff are respectful as as long as you treat them like you want to be treated and they get the job done asap and also have enough respect to help the handicap right away.

Dont waste your time. im disable veteran and i had discriminated while i was in military uniform and been already 4th year since i report the case, plus gave them so many proofs about same people did similar discrimination to others.result nothing look like they work for who discriminate because they have money.so there is no human right especially if you re black no matter you re veteran or not.still send email but no respond from Elizabeth.its time to take this case the media with all proof

The people were very nice and understanding. My appt was for 10 but didnt get there until12:30, I thought I would be sanctioned but thank god this place doesnt care what time you come, As long as your there before 5pm. And dont worry bout trying to call them for anything cause they never pick the...

Since moving to the east side a couple of years ago this office has been an experience that I cant forget the staff for kind of uninspired and if you ask me just downright rude if you can go somewhere else

Need more people with a human heart to help clients in need.

Most of the staff are rude and they dont treat patients with mental illness with any concern of how they leave that place also a person get a new case worker every other appointment

Never had a problem with this place in person, but the numbers listed are either disconnected or nobody wants to pick up the phone.

All of these places are the same. Over paid State workers that are slow and dont care about you at all.... I want to cry everytime Im in here...
