I went in wanting to ship some things international. I wasn’t sure what’d be the most cost efficient way but Sofia was able to help me out and she also helped me pack things so air tight that I have zero worry about my package being damaged or lost. She handled with so much care and professionalism !

This is my go to place for all my Fedex shipping needs. Always friendly and helpful staff. My experience was truly heightened on 5/3/21. I had the pleasure of dealing with CS rep Sophia. She went above the call of duty for my multiple box shipment. Let me say again that Sophia is a real gem to FedEx.

Had a great and pleasant experience. The young lady behind the counter answered my questions and helped me, all with a smile on her face. I left this store with a huge smile on my face just because the experience was so pleasant. She had mentioned her name a I forgot it, I’m sorry. But it was a Friday afternoon and she was great, thank you.

To the woman on shift on Monday June 14th 2021. For everyones sake, LEARN how to print a label by scanning a QR code, and not make up excuses saying the customer needs to print the label. I walked 20 minutes to the next Fedex Ship Center and they did it without any issues.LEARN.

Will not print shipping label. Never again fedex, UPS has earned my business from here on out.

I was there today to pick up a package for a client and I was sixth in the line. Soon after they completed their transactions, I was able to complete my transaction. Overall my waiting time was reasonable and acceptable after I saw they were bringing out some heavy packages for two persons in front of me. It is no fun working here. Sometime it is a good thing to have some patience and you will be served when your turn comes. Two guys serve me & both of them were helpful, courteous & humble.

Most incompetent service I had the utmost displeasure of dealing with, 2 missed attempts the same day to the same address, I was home the whole day, I also have a concierge who signs for packages, and this idiot driver goes back and tells them that no one was home.. Please do us all a favor and fire your incompetent drivers, hiring a mickey mouse or a chimpanzee instead would certainly wage better results.. If it was possible to rate them with a half a star, I would have gladly done so, bunch of completely. useless, incompetent morons.

Ive been working with fedex on a daily basis for over ten years. Receiving and shipping medical equipment to and from all over the place. Yes there are times where everything gets screwed up and things show up late. Majority of the time I have to say it is not their fault, more due to weather, but of course we blame them. Today is one of those times were everything went right and they really pulled through for me on a very important item being delivered for a surgery. Only reason I didnt give five stars is because there are still a few mistakes in the past that burn. Thanks again!

Worst customer service ever. No communication with drivers and complete lack of caring regarding the delivery of a medical device for a surgery. I would never use FEDEX again. The worst.

If Amazon would allow me to choose the shipping method, I would absolutely avoid FedEx at all costs! They do not leave door tags. They do not deliver by the estimated delivery date. When you call customer service, the person is the most pedantic SOB imaginable. When you go to pick up your package from their warehouse, because they are incapable of delivering it, you end up waiting 30-40 min for them to find the package.

The 2 Employees working the Closing shift are horrible, wouldn’t recommend coming to this location before they close, forget it ! Go in the morning when the lovely young lady is there because they certainly won’t help you & will remind you several times while you are inside the store ; even an hour before that “ they are closing so you have to hurry up”. The disrespect I faced was insane, I came to pick up a package, which wasnt even supposed to be dropped off there & and they gave me such a hard time to pick up my package. I had to call customer service in the store and they even left me alone in the front until they closed because they couldn’t help me. & Didn’t come back out to see if I needed any other questions answered or provide any alternatives to getting my package redelivered. NEVER again will I ship or have my packages shipped with FedEx.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Not only did they lose a package of mine, but when the shipper resent it using express fedex, they seemed to think the package should stay at the location instead of being shipped out. If I could pay money to never use FedEx again, I would.

Polite staff, hard to access with street construction.

FedEx is just the worst. They cannot deliver. They cannot schedule timely pickups. And when you get to their location, which is usually at the end of the world, they take an eternity to bring your package to the front desk.
