I appreciate how the folks provided detailed info on what service they provided for installing our product. Very friendly! They used something of ours and it was returned clean and in a the same way it was taken to be used. I really appreciate that. Some people would not have thought twice about return your belongings in a clean n ready to use state. That means alot to me! Thank you service people!

Worked for the company. Was terminated for excessive away and poor attendance. If you use your sick time that you are stated you are allowed to use you are punished for it. Poor management and business structure. If someone requests to speak with a supervisor it takes 15 to 20 minutes to even get asked why they want to speak to them. We are told to finesse customers so they wont cancel orders. Anyone with half a brain knows when someone is telling them to blatantly lie to people. This company doesnt deserve any business. Average wait times for any sort of install is 2-4 weeks and thats if their techs actually DO the job. In my time working there the techs did more damage to properties than I can even come close to recounting. Fair warning to everyone who reads this. If you hear its Select Express just run.

I give them 5 stars. Excellent and professional. They were on time and they delivered my 2 media console from different stores that is more than 30 miles apart at one time as they tried. They call me for the scheduled delivery, they messaged me and the delivery man called like 20 minutes before arrival. Good communication! Thank you guys so much!!! I am very happy!!!

The actual installation team was awesome, but the process to get it done was frustrating. SelectExp did not communicate once I confirmed that I didn’t need any additional services. I had to call or email to find out what was going on and when my service would be completed (2 step process, and I had to initiate communication for both). Jonathan Rodriguez was the customer service rep assigned to my project and only returned my emails or calls when I asked for a refund, or asked for a Manager. I never received a call from a Manager and Jonathan did not provide a positive representation of the company. I’m only giving a 2 rating because I am happy with the end result. I would not hire this company again. I would rather pay more to avoid the delays, stress, and frustration.

Service was quick and very professional!! I would highly recommend getting this service when purchasing any equipment you would want to be put together by someone who can get it done ASAP.. Saves a lot of time and just leave it to those who know how to put your equipment together! Will definitely use this service again..

Excellent technicians. They called before arrival (which was within scheduled time frame), followed safety measures and took precautions to ensure the equipment was brought into our home and set up without any damages. They were knowledgeable about the equipment and cleaned up thoroughly after setup, as well as being professional abs courteous at all times. Great experience with this company.

Select was chosen by Leesa Mattress to provide white glove service when delivering my mattress and bed. Here is how it went:Your rep called me on Friday 7/2 to ask if my Leesa order could be delivered on 7/5. After she confirmed that deliveries would be made on the holiday, she said I would be contacted on Sunday regarding a delivery window. I agreed to the 7/5 date. I heard nothing on Sunday. On Monday morning, approx. 1030 am I called the number from which your rep called me on Friday and was only able to leave a message. I replied to the email your organization had sent on Friday at 218 pm, hoping that someone would respond, but that email address does not accept incoming mail. I then called Leesa customer service for help and was told someone would look into it and get back to me--no one did. At 3:27 pm the delivery guy called from the truck to say they would arrive in about 45 minutes. When they arrived, I found out that you sub the work out to another company. The delivery guys were GREAT. Courteous, professional and they apologized on YOUR behalf. The bottom line is that I waited in my house all day, on a holiday, because SELECT could not be bothered to give me a delivery window. I will let Leesa know that they should consider finding another supply chain vendor.

No one ever called or showed up…i took off a half day of work for nothing. i called the company that afternoon to see what happened they said they would check and no one ever called me back… terrible way to run a business much less how they treat peoples customer. This has been a roller coaster experience.The original installers almost never arrived. We had to call them, and they arrived after the time slot at night. We took off of work for this appointment so it was very rude to not even communicate that they were delayed. If we hadn’t called, I don’t think they would have showed at all.We ordered a home gym and an elliptical. The person installing the home gym completed the work and left the other person here. Eventually the second person installing the elliptical left as well.Immediately looking at their finished work, after they left, I knew there was something clearly wrong with the elliptical. The entire machine shook just by touching it. It was barely held together.There were also “leftover parts”; screws and a handful of washers.I’m not a professional elliptical installer, but I’ve put together enough furniture to know there’s sometimes one or two extra screws or washers but not an actual handful.I put in a service request with videos showing the severe movement. They were timely in getting back to me and said they would send someone to fix it. When I tried to coordinate a date with them, they never returned my email and then randomly sent people over to my house when I wasn’t home with no scheduling confirmation or notice they were even coming.We were finally able to confirm a date to have them come out here. We were lucky that they sent wonderful service representatives, Don and Quan, to take a look at the machine.This was a night and day difference of service experience from our original installers, both literally and figuratively.Don and Quan provided notice a half hour before they arrived, arrived within the scheduled time slot, were courteous and professional, and showed expert knowledge of the situation.I described the problem to them. They got on the machine and we’re able to quickly identify and validate the problem. Just from the sound, they knew where in the machine it was coming from. What I appreciated most was how thorough they were. During their assessment, they uncovered that the original installer did not use all of the screws, or any of the washers, did not properly place the wires which caused them to break upon use, among other issues.They concluded that the machine should be replaced due to improper install.They changed my perspective about Select Express and because of them, I would recommend this service - despite all of the other nonsense we already went through.Don and Quan are literally saving the company. I hope Select Express reads this and gives them both promotions, raises, extra vacation, a pizza party, and a plaque on the wall as well. Honestly, Select Express should pay for their vacations. They more than deserve it. These two are the definition of professionalism and quality service.Overall, Don and Quan were truly exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about them.That said, I recommend Select Express as long as Don and Quan are involved!We have been dealing with this situation since the install in August.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They aren’t even worth one. This was the delivery company that was partnered with Dick’s for a treadmill that I purchased. I paid additional for delivery and assembly and was told that they were running about 2 weeks out. Our scheduled time came around and the day before it was rescheduled by the company. Then rescheduled again 3 more times. We gave them out window of availability and they proceeded to continually offer times that we were not home ( we both teach and are not able to take off work). We then proceed to take days off to accommodate their schedule only to be cancelled on again.I call customer service to speak with a “manager” to get a delivery time. After speaking with her, we got another email confirmation (our fourth rescheduled time) only to get a call back from another extremely rude manager the following day telling me that person was not authorized and the soonest they could deliver was the end of next week, if the driver was even going to be in our area- mind you the treadmill has been sitting at the store for over three week now. This is completely unacceptable. Why even schedule the appointments in the first place if they are unable to accommodate them? This has been the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They say they will call back, and never do. You confirm appointment and they cancel for no reason. Please DO NOT EVER use them! They have the worst business practices I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t even deserve one star since they can’t deliver on a service I’ve paid for weeks ago.If something must be delivered by them, I just won’t purchase it.

SCAM! Purchased item at store with the advertisement of same day or next day. Called Select Express and Logistics and the agent could not get a dispatch confirmation and told me that it would be a week but needed my credit card in order to confirm. I called PickUp Now, booked online and had options for delivery the same day or next day.This is simply a scam or a failed attempt to tap into an adjacent market and the company is not prepared. Dont waste your time

One of the worst organization/contractors to involve to get any work done. I booked them to get a inground basketball hoop installed. No one shows up on the day of install. I wait till end of day still no one. I call them to inquire and get informed that, very conveniently, the technician could not make it and will have to reschedule. I call them again next day to check on the next date and they said that the technician has not given a date. Three days later I call them again and get informed that the next date is 8 days from now. No one checked with me whether that date works for me or not but its a wild wild west in that org and they are completely at mercy of technicians with no accountability on anyone. Horrible experience. Still waiting on the installation gods to show up and bless me with their presence.08/30 Update: today was supposed to be the rescheduled date for the first step in the installation and the story continues. Technician does not show up till end of day and I am on call with Select Express to figure out whether they are for real. The response I got on this post I believe is from an autobot which just responds to show concern with no intention of even following up. I would recommend get someone who takes more to get the job done and is really professional and committed.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. They are the rudest, most incompetent, uncommunicative, delivery service. Do not book there under any circumstances. Not only was my delivery delayed 3 days in a row. The day it is supposed to arrive from 3-7, I have to call twice to hear it’s been delayed and will be delivered between 7-8. Then had to call again at 7:45 to hear that order has not even been picked up from the place yet. Never received any correspondence about this update. Very horrid way to conduct business and you are better off getting your orders yourself.

They LOVE LOVE putting customers on hold and never coming back. Use another service if you can, Im trying to save you from frustration. They are seriously HORRIBLE. The service for this company is horrible. They would get zero stars if I could rate them at this level. My husband and I ordered a portable basketball goal on May 7, 2021 and were told we would be expecting a call within a week to schedule the assembly to have the team assemble to basketball goal for us.A week has passed and no call, so my husband and I called them and were told they left a voicemail scheduling our assembly. That was a bold face LIE!!!!! We did not have a voicemail. Then I requested they send me an email to schedule the appointment. They emailed us for assembly on May 22, 2021, two weeks later, between 5 pm - 8 pm.On May 22, 2021 we are waiting and have not seen them. I checked our email to see if they would say if they were on their way or give us a definite time. I see an email on May 21, 2021 at 11:38 pm stating they need to reschedule our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. This is very unprofessional to send an email that late at night and on very short notice. Common courtesy would be calling your customer and explaining why you have to cancel.I called them to get answers and they give me these lame apologies. I asked to speak to a manager and no one would take my call. The guy who emailed us told his co-worker he would handle it. This was another LIE because I left him a voicemail and did not receive a call back. I requested a refund for my $150 assembly fee and told them to cancel our assembly order. We will get someone else to assemble the goal for us. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

Very disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased a bedroom set from Bobs Discount Furniture, and Select Express is their delivery company. During the delivery, they pulled my storm door off the hinges and left it hanging there. When I reached out to have the situation rectified, they asked for several pieces of information, then told me the claim was denied because I didnt provide a clear access point. I guess having a storm door precludes them from completing deliveries without damage to someones home. Bobs has been as accommodating as possible, however Select refuses to acknowledge damage they caused or to rectify it. It is really a shame that Bobs has a company like this representing them.

I recently had a couch delivered from EQ3 and had a wonderful experience with Select Express. The couch was originally going to be shipped through another company, but the other company refused to provide a certificate of insurance. Once the order was transferred over, Select Express got the couch delivered seamlessly within a week. They provided a certificate of insurance right away that met all of my buildings specifications. The couch was delivered exactly when scheduled, and the delivery people were polite and efficient. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Would not recommend this service. Scheduled and paid for someone to come put my moms bike together in her home and still waiting a month and a half later. They tell you they will call you to schedule a date and time, but they don’t call. You have to follow up to find out they scheduled you a random date that may or may not work for you. The first scheduled time I worked it out to be home only for them to call and change the window so I had to reschedule. Second time, did not show up at all. Very poorly run service, don’t waste your time.

For less than $30US all of my furniture arrived without any problems or issues. The two delivery young men were cordial and friendly. I definitely will use this company again when I have the need.P.S they need to update their system because when I spoke with a customer service agent and inquired why I was given a delivery window of 9am-9pm she told me that was an old system and it was an error. I had explicit instructions for morning delivery. But overall Im satisfied...things sometimes do happen. Hope this is helpful to reader.

We Purchased a basketball goal for my son on May 1 2021, it took 5 weeks for the delivery, and they have not finished the Job, I purchased removal and takeaway service and the goal is in the middle of the driveway and my son is unable to use the goal...I have called the company 4 times and NO ONE Will call me back.. Worst install experience of my life. Stay away

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They told me my delivery from IKEA would be from 9:00 am-9:00 pm..NOTHING. Then on Sunday, I contacted their customer service and the dispatcher said it would be delivered that evening...NOTHING. NO responses to emails, theyve given me 4 different stories, said it was IKEAs fault on Monday that they never received the items from IKEA. My question is, Why did they set up the deliveries in the first place on Saturday and Sunday? ABSOLUTELY IMCOMPETENT! I called them this morning and they wanted to give me another delivery time out 3 weeks. Then, Select Express said they were going to come to my house to pick up the items they never delivered. I dont trust them and you shouldnt either...in fact...RUN!!

All phone communications were excellent. Unfortunately the dispatcher did not vet the address with google maps before sending out the truck. Because of a typo the crew got lost and were trying to call my cell number in an area with no reception. The crew did not leave a message about being lost - a bad decision - I had to guess something was wrong and look back at my call history to ID the number being used by the delivery crew. It would be advisable to let the client know the phone number used by the delivery crew so as to not treat it as telemarketing.

We paid for our basketball hoop to be installed back on April 25,2021. We are STILL waiting. They have never called us! I have called them over and over again and continually get the same story of it being another week or two. When I finally got a definite date for install, of 6/10, they called the afternoon before to cancel!!! After waiting almost 2 months!!! Needless to say we are VERY unhappy with their service. We should have installed it ourselves!

I have had an absolute horrible time with this company. We had a basketball goal installed this past winter by this company. Scheduling was a complete mess. You could never get a hold of a real person and when you did that person could not assist properly. Once we finally got scheduled the tech poured our concrete and said it would be 2 weeks before he could be back to put the goal on the cement block although it would be dry the next day. My husband and friend ended up doing this part. Therefore, that is wasted money on our part. Not to mention the tech left our gate open and trash all over the driveway. Fast forward to last week when I had our sprinkler system installed and found that the installer hit 2 of our sprinkler lines. My husband spoke with the installer specifically about the sprinkler lines at install and the tech made it clear to us he would not hit them. I called last week to inform select express of this issue and was told it wasnt their fault. I asked to speak to a manager and they assured me someone would call me back. A week later and still no call. I also filled out an online customer service form for someone to contact me and I still have not been contacted. Meanwhile I paid $300 plus in expenses to have my sprinkler system patched and repaired. I understand mistakes happen and times are particularly different/difficult right now. However, I have not spoken to 1 person who seems to care even just a little bit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I wish I could give this no stars. I ordered a dresser from Buy Buy Baby. When they called to schedule the first delivery, it was an automated message the day before the anticipated delivery. This gave me less than 24 hours notice they would show up. Luckily, I work from home so it was not an issue. However, they never showed and never called. I had to call their company and wait 30 minutes to speak to someone. I then spent 30 minutes on hold as the customer service representative tried to figure out what happened. I was told the delivery wouldnt fit on the truck so the driver left the warehouse without my item. First, what kind of trucks are you using that a dresser for a nursery didnt fit on your truck? Second, it would have been nice for them to reach out to let me know. They said they would call to reschedule. They didnt call, so I called them and proceeded to be on hold again wasting 1 more hour of my time. They gave me a new delivery date. They then call during my delivery window to tell me that the line for the warehouse was too long and the driver couldnt wait that long just for my piece of furniture. Awesome, right? The woman on the phone was very nice but this company has some serious issues. I can imagine your employees are yelled at all day long due to a company that is being poorly managed. I then had to get Buy Buy Baby corporate involved and I am STILL waiting for them to reschedule my THIRD delivery time. Judging by the other reviews, this may happen to me a few more times before ever getting my furniture. Having major regret ordering this dresser online rather than going to a reputable store to have them deliver directly to my home.

The customer service rep hung up on me. the delivery drivers had a random guy who was working on my home sign off for the packages and did not fulfill their job. oh, and they lied to me ab the delivery guys coming back to do their job and bring it into the house. they never came. so, they left over $500 worth of packages on my front porch in the elements and easily stolen.

Had a service time set up for a Friday 3/26 from 4-7. Proceeded to no call/no show on a Friday night- definitely didn’t have anywhere else to be. They informed me someone would be in contact with me to reschedule the service- cool, just an honest mistake- nope! I had to call back on Tuesday for them to inform me it was “wild that I called right then because the manager was just looking at this”. Manager then proceeds to act like she has be on top of this the whole time and assigns a 4/12 delivery date, acting like this is some huge favor. We shall see if this ever happens because already no called/no showed. Would never use again, but unfortunately am I stuck with them until this delivery is complete

I purchased a large couch from Homegoods and decided to have it delivered so it would take the pressure off my husband and I and to reduce the risk of damaging the item. My husband was the one that was at home when it arrived, only to discover that it was one man in a pickup truck. My husband had to help carry the couch in. If I had been at home by myself to receive the couch I would not have been able to lift it. I feel that it is unacceptable to have the paying customer help bring the item into the house. We also though it would be delivered in a covered vehicle like a box truck to protect it from elements on the road as well as rain. We could have taken a pickup truck and done this ourselves if we had known. If you’re going to offer a delivery service to customers it needs to be legitimate and have multiple employees to carry furniture into the house. The dimensions of the couch were given to the company, they should have been prepared to complete the job without our help.

I called on 4/14/21 to arrange in-home assembly of Sole F63 treadmill. I informed Customer Service that I was available any time and day except 4/22 and 4/23. On 4/20, I was contacted and informed that assembly could be done on 4/22. HELLOOOOO!!!! I told CSR that 4/22 was not available to me and was told 4/27 was next available. I asked if assembly would be done in AM or PM to which they could not confirm. Still waiting .......Rating may improve once assembly is completed.

I paid to have one blowflex treadmill removed & the new treadmill assembled. Well the 2 men left the new treadmill in the driveway & didn’t remove the old treadmill. The first story was they didn’t have an order for removal. The second story was I made a racially remark. Well I’m a black women and both deliver men were black as well. I’m disable the deliver man told his company he felt his like was threaten. Really 2 knee replacement & hip replacement . It’s Thursday 10:49 and the treadmill is still out in the driveway. The company Blowflex will have it pick up Friday.All this happen at 1pm Thursday 6/23/21.Oh I do have a contract starting removal & assembly in writing and show it to the deliver men. The worst experience ever as well as unprofessional. Never use this company 😡😡😡😡😡

We call and call....and call but they just keep telling us to wait another week or two. First - when the delivery *finally* happened - the actual crew were courteous and careful.The issues are with the complete lack of customer interaction and timeliness.I bought a treadmill from a retailer ~30 miles away and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours.72 hours later I called the retailer and was told the delivery had been scheduled more than two weeks out. I had not been contacted by Select Express to pick a date at all.Calling customer service is essentially useless. The representatives (when you can reach one) have no visibility into the drivers schedules and cannot work with you to pick a date and time. They are basically a messaging service and you never get to work with the dispatcher at all.First appointment was between 11 and 2 - they completely missed it and I finally (after multiple phone calls and emails) spoke with the driver who wanted to deliver that evening even though I had already told him I was not going to be home. He actually texted me several hours later still trying to deliver that night.I spent the next few days calling and sending emails to customer service giving options every day with the exception of Friday afternoon. As you can probably guess, the date I was assigned was Friday. I said it was OK as long as the delivery could be in the morning and was given a 10 - 1PM window which was confirmed twice the day before. Then the night before I got a text saying it would be between 2 and 5 and I immediately replied that that was impossible as i had to leave the house by 3. No reply even after multiple texts. Called customer support and they could not reach the dispatcher either.The next day the 10 - 1 window came and passed and when I finally reached someone I was told 1:45 which turned into 2:30. Fortunately even though the crew did not have a proper dolly (they had to unpack the treadmill outside in the cold and take it upstairs in pieces) they did manage to get it completed only shortly after 3.Again - the complaint is not about the crew - but the organization and communications are terrible. They clearly do not care about repeat business.All they would need to do is give their customer service department the ability to contact the customer and schedule a delivery window that worked for the customer. On - and actually meeting that window.I will not willingly do business with Select Express again, and I will avoid any retail purchase that uses them.

I did appreciate the communication at first.. I was told it would be delayed, so I scheduled a date and called to confirm it. After confirming the date, they changed the day on me and so I called and they were unwilling to correct it or allow me to pick another day for delivery. Also I selected the call back option, which they never called back after 4 hours in which I called back and received no correction to their mistake. Just upset with the disorganization and the lack of their accountability.

I order furniture from home Goods, they referred me to this third party delivery service (Select Express & Logistics) the customer service is horrible. One lady didn’t know a delivery date when I asked to check, she puts me a long 20 minutes hold. I called back again. I spoke with a gentleman, who was so rude and puts me a hold again without even informing me, and then, he hung up on me. My husband and I decided to rent from U - haul, who are much better customer service.I would advice anyone, Please DO NOT rent from Select Express & Logistics!!!!!!

I ordered an installation for 60“ basketball hoop with 10” overhang. The schedule window is between 3-6pm. But the installation guys came at 1pm without notifying in advance as I requested. I found him by my camera. When I got home, I found it was installed at wrong place from where I put a signal. I reported to the company immediately. They also canceled the second time installation. But the installation guy still came and required to finish the installation on cancelled day. He argued with me he is right that he put 2” distance from my driveway. He didn’t read the manual and not behave professionally. Then I sent an email with pic to the company and confirmed that they got it on May 15th. The issue was reported to a manager. Today, May 15th, I still didn’t get any updates. I called the company again, they said they didn’t get my email at all. The manager is still waiting the installation guy sending them a pic. What a mess!

Final edit 7/8 5:30 pm: One of our delivery men was very rude. He made it very clear he didnt like his coworker (who happened to be his father!). Not a great ending, but its finally over. Good riddance!Edit 7/8 1:16 pm: Just got off the phone with the CEO. After leaving voicemails with both the CEO and the president, the CEO surprisingly returned my call. He said yes, they had screwed up. The first and only time Select Express and Logistics admitted fault was when the CEO got involved. Delivery has been rescheduled for today between 4 and 7 pm.Edit 7/8 11:17 am: Dorca promised her manager would return my call within a half hour. Guess who I havent heard from yet?Edit 7/8 10:35 am: Dorca returned my call and said it couldnt be delivered today because of a flash flood warning in our area even though its 13 minutes prior to the original delivery window and barely drizzling. Its not a warning, its only a watch. Total rainfall between 2 and 4 inches. Apparently that means every contractor in the greater metropolitan area has suspended service. She said one contractor was willing, but too far out of the service area so that isnt feasible either. I said the warning ends at 6 pm lets do it then. She didnt respond to that (probably because it makes sense?). I asked for an explaination for the multiple cancellations and she couldnt give me one. We work with independent contractors so sometimes this happens. Three times is not a mistake or an incident: its a pattern, and its your fault, Select Express and Logistics. Waiting on a call from Dorcas supervisor now.Edit 7/8 9:59 am: Just spoke with a manager named Dorca. She apologized and offered us compensation. When I told her I still expected the delivery today because we are going out of town tomorrow, she told me she couldnt garuntee anything. When I asked why, she said it was because I had been inconviencied enough and she didnt want to make a promise she couldnt keep. She didnt want to make a promise she couldnt keep! Just like Select Express promised three times to deliver the elliptical and they couldnt keep those promises either! Select Express and Logistics: Making promises we cant keep! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!Our elliptical was scheduled for delivery on 7/1. They rescheduled the delivery of our elliptical without our consent and without giving a reason for 7/6 by leaving a voicemail and sending an email. They did not do us the courtesy of speaking with us to confirm the new time. They did not respond to our multiple return phone calls and voicemails regarding this. My husband emailed back asking for an earlier time, but if that could not be granted, we would like to keep 7/6. When I called on 7/6, waited 15 minutes, and was finally able to speak to someone, they informed me that our 7/6 delivery had been cancelled, too. First she lied and said we never confirmed the 7/6 date. Then she said because requested to have the elliptical delivered earlier if possible, they put the delivery on hold. Their policy is that if customers request equipment to be delivered earlier than the rescheduled date, they put the delivery on hold! This hold was never communicated to us! The customer service rep refused to allow us to confirm a third delivery window over the phone. Requests to be forwarded to a manager were denied. We were told that someone would reach out to us. When I explained that I dont trust that our calls will be returned because they were ignored in the past and I would be happy to stay on the line and wait, the rep hung up on me. We understand issues arise, but we expect professional communication. Now we still dont know when our $1000 piece of equipment will delivered.a

She didn’t make any excuses for her staff, she simply delivered. I would highly recommend this company.

I had them place the pots where I thought I wanted them-----then I decided they needed to be moved----they graciously worked with the pots until I was satisfied with the arrangement.

This is by far the worst company that Ive had to deal with on a professional level. I provided clear instructions on the date and time for my delivery from Home Goods. First two attempts no show. The apartment manager agreed to let them in my apartment since I was in the process of moving from Georgia. Again they never showed during the schedule time frame. Calling customer service is a joke !! They have no visibility of the drivers schedule and cannot verify the time of delivery. Organization and communication is terrible!! I will never do business with Select Express and never will refer any of my family or friends.

These guys were the recommended delivery service for oversized items at homegoods, and they were able to get, and just for emphasis this is a real sentence, and 8 ft tall white wrought iron ferris wheel delivered to my house within 24 hours of purchase. They helped set it up, works extremely nice, and were there fairly early in the morning. The delivery window was wide, but they made it in the first three hours. A+.

I have now scheduled a delivery for a 4th time!! Worst experience I have ever had! First delivery came and the dresser was damaged. Now I have Scheduled a delivery for the replacement 3 times!!! 1st attempt didn’t arrive bc of mechanical issues and I had to reach out to know that and that they weren’t coming no one reached out to me!! Second attempt they gave me a time frame and then no one again showed up between that time frame and no phone call! I had To reach out yet again to get another delivery date scheduled! We were very nervous about this delivery based on some previous reviews. In fact I reached out to other techs just in case. Boy, was I surprised! Andre Butler and Nelson arrived on time, calling first. They delivered a box the size of a large coffin, unpacked, and assembled our elliptical perfectly. They were so polite and respectful of our property and cleaned up beautifully. We are thrilled with their professionalism and kindness, and give them five stars. And Dick’s price for delivery and assembly was far less expensive then any services I spoke with.

Could not possibly be worse.Nordictrack TreadmillFirst delivery attempt they never showed up. Dispatch/Customer “service” lied repeatedly. Stating they were coming.Two weeks later, they failed to call ahead. So they arrived and no one was home. Driver called and said he would leave it in driveway. This is of course after he drove on my lawn to get into the driveway. In the end it was not delivered and the order was cancelled. Also this was 10 weeks after I ordered.

Bought a bed frame that came in 4 different packages. One of the boxes was not delivered on the first scheduled delivery date. I was told I would be contacted to set up another delivery date but was not contacted. I had to reach out to the store I bought it from and they stated they were not updated that I hadnt recieved all of the boxes. Set up another delivery date and they never showed up. Didnt even call to let me know they wouldnt be coming. I called select express and they stated they werent able to pick up the item. I called the store I bought it from and was told it was indeed picked up that morning. Now Im waiting to set up a 4th delivery date. Also dont waste your time using the online contact us email system. They never respond.5/13/21 Update: I had my fourth delivery date scheduled  for today and was informed  it was canceled  because  the items were available  at the store, but were not loaded onto the truck. I had to schedule  a fifth delivery date. My time is being wasted and Ive been majorly  inconvenienced by this place, canceling other things to make sure Im available  for all these delivery  windows they give me just to cancel or never show. Also, they still never respond  to the customer  service emails I sent. Might just report them to the BBB and Attorney  General  at this point. Dont order from ikea or any other store that uses this delivery service.

Absolutely horrid professionalism and customer service. Placed an order through Dick’s Sporting Goods, and this company cancelled on the day of service four times. Actually, they didn’t cancel all four times, they no-showed 3 of the times. Reps for the company couldn’t care less, on hold for hours, would get hung-up on frequently.If I ever buy another item and they set up delivery through this company, I will cancel immediately and recommend you all do the same.

Company doesn’t honor their delivery windows. They scheduled a delivery between 11am - 3pm and didn’t show up until after 8pm. Customer service is useless and can’t provide updates to their customers. Took a day off work to accommodate them and they can’t even perform close to the schedule they establish.Why anyone or any business would choose to use this company is beyond me. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague.

I purchased form homegood and I think that the 2 companies could communicate better, I had no idea what was need for the delivery (weight or size) the guys who delivered were nice and efficient and on time (although I did get rescheduled once) communications is the big one here other then that great experience a little pricey too

Ordered a treadmill from Pro-Form, it sat in a Select Express Hub for 12 days without moving. I called multiple times trying to contact them. Every time I would spend at least 30 minutes on hold and then they would tell me that I reached the wrong department, I never did find the right department.Finally I called Pro-Form, they scheduled my deliver for a Thursday between 1 and 5pm, they never showed up. I tried calling, spend 45 minutes on hold and never got through. I called Pro-Form and was told that they would escalate my issue but the vendor usually takes 4 to 6 business days to respond and setup a new delivery date.Poor Customer Service!

Called to have an install done on my 72 goarilla. Upon speaking to customer service they gave me a quote but said they couldnt do any work due to a weather hold for kentucky due to severe winter conditions. Now mind you on this day of the review Im standing outside in 70 degree weather. Also I had explained I bought better than recommended concrete for the use of the base platform! They said they wouldnt do the install with my concrete I had purchased due to liability and that they would be using a lesser grade concrete thats cheaper. I explained that using a higher grade concrete would improve performance in holding such a large goal. They said I had no knowledge of concrete work and I of course had to answer back that building homes, sidewalks and other masonry work that I knew the ins and outs! They kept arguing! Such a sad customer service and company! Id highly recommend you to do your own install and invite all your friends over for a fun day of work, play and food to get this job done! Oh did I mention that they wouldnt cover any damages occurred from a failure of the concrete should it topple and hit your vehicles? Yeah be very very careful when choosing this company! Please I dont do reviews unless its absolutely needed to save someone a headache and potential lawsuit!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!Do not waste your time or money with this company. I have been rescheduled 3 times, all of which my wife took off from her job and loss pay. Their customer service is a joke, I called to speak to a manager due to my frustrations and was told no manager was on duty...which was very odd.Last night, the third attempt, the driver shows up to the military base entrance to install my treadmill and to my surprise they were denied access as the drivers License, Insurance, and Registration was expired! The driver then had the audacity to ask my wife could he ride with her.I truly feel like I got scammed with the company. I was promised I’d receive a call from a manager....it has yet to happen. Bottomline, my advice to anyone is STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

I purchased nursery furniture from my daughters BuyBuyBaby Registry and was contacted by Select Express with a Voice Message about a delivery date...this led to the MOST horrendous customer service experience Ive ever had! It is next to IMPOSSIBLE to reach Select Express...every single call is at least an hour on hold with a repeating message that all agents are busy (they offer a save you spot in the queue but the prompt doesnt work so if you need help you must wait! You are also offered the option to enter the ext # of the person youve previously spoken to, but forget about that because no one will ever give you their ext # to use if you have to call again), and when you finally get someone on the phone they are indifferent, unresponsive to legitimate complaints, and basically have no answers. They then put you on hold for another interminable period of time and come back to the phone with an Im sorry for your inconvenience and someone will get back to you...but no one gets back to you, and this whole nightmare starts over again and again day after day with no resolution! I was finally promised a delivery date of March 18th with a promise that I would receive a call the day prior with a 4-hour window, and a call from the driver the day of delivery with a 30-min heads up...no call the day prior, no call from the driver the day of, and no delivery! Another 2 hours on the phone with Select that night...I asked why the furniture wasnt delivered and was told, I dont know, maybe the driver decided he couldnt make it. REALLY? How about a call to let me know?! The phone call ended with another promised delivery date of March 22nd between 1-5PM and a 30 min heads-up call from the driver. Again, no call, no delivery, and another 2 hour phone call to Select! This time I was told that the Crib was delivered...I said it wasnt delivered...then she said that it was the Dresser that was delivered and signed for by someone named Freddie! I told her that NOTHING was delivered....after going back and forth with this person she said she would follow-up and give me an update as soon as she could. The next day she sent me a text saying that the drivers name was Freddie and he signed for the dresser!!! He didnt respond when they attempted to reach him, but when they finally reached him he said that it got too late to deliver the dresser (he didnt even have the crib) and he decided to return it to the warehouse in NJ! How do you like that! Not even a call to let me know. It gets even better...they searched the warehouse and couldnt find the dresser that he brought back!!! I was finally so frustrated that I went to the BuyBuyBaby Store that had my daughters registry. Finally, a lovely manager got involved and this whole situation was immediately escalated to the highest levels of corporate at both BuyBuyBaby and Select Express! I received both pieces of furniture the very next day! BuyBuyBaby is a great company and extremely customer service oriented, but their online furniture delivery is handled by Select Express and there is no need for me to say anything more about my opinion of them! In good conscience to others I cannot give them anything but the lowest rating as a company.However, I must give the driver who finally delivered the furniture an A+ rating for his professional and super courteous service! His name is Rigo (driver #5745)...he called me 45 minutes before arrival, and again when he was 10 minutes away so that I wouldnt have to wait long at my daughters house for the delivery. He got there right on time and well within the 4-hour window promised. He brought the huge boxes inside taking great care not to cause any marks on the walls and placed them right where I asked him to. I ordered a bedroom set from Big Lots. Had a delivery window between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.. the delivery did not come until almost 2 o clock. When the delivery people showed up at my apartment and realized I lived upstairs, they were not properly equipped with the right dolly in order to move the large pieces of furniture. In order to get the larger pieces up the stairs they had to be removed the items from their original packaging. In the process of doing so one of the boards that support the mattress for the platform bed was broken and left in the grass. The delivery people also left the original packaging all over grass area. All the other pieces was brought into my apartment but like I stated before the board that they broke was left in the grass along with the trash from the original package. Although I do appreciate them bringing up my furniture, I do not appreciate them breaking the board and leaving it outside to hide it. I also gave them a $20 tip just for bringing my furniture up the stairs. If I had known they have broken broken one of the pieces to the bed Ive never would have given them a tip. And I also would have told them not to leave the original packaging thrown across the yard. And I may add it was a very windy day that day and trash was blown everywhere. I had to go and collect all the styrofoam pieces that had blown across the complex. I am not a happy customer would select Express out of California...

I placed an order through buy buy baby for a crib on August 12th. I contacted buy buy baby when my order hadnt been updated by the first. They told me Id be getting a call from this company within 48 hours. They have yet to contact me to schedule the delivery. My daughter is due in a little less than 3 weeks so its kind of important that we get her crib. Ive ordered a few large items that had to be delivered by companies like this within the last couple months and havent had a single issue with delivery so Im not sure why Select cant get their act together.
